An average pizzeria with classic, if not outdated, pizza dough. A special mention goes to the gluten-free option, which was tasty. There were no other dishes available, not even a slice of grilled meat or fruit, which is perfectly reasonable for a pizzeria. However, their menu, both online and in print, listed main courses. When ordering, we were told, "The menu is old and outdated, and they only do pizza." This seems like a significant oversight on their part. There was a person with us who, for medical reasons, cannot eat flour, and who essentially had to fast. If they had updated their menus, we would have chosen another place that would have allowed everyone to dine.

After seating us, they told us they only offer pizza, no restaurant. We felt it was a shame to get up and leave, so we ordered pizza, which was quite good. After asking for the bill, I noticed the price of the drinks wasn't the same as the menu. I complained to the staff, but they ignored it. The sign outside needs to be corrected: it's not Restaurant and Pizzeria... but only Pizzeria, and the customer should be told before they're seated. It's a shame, years ago, the food was really good...

Simply outrageous service! I can't comment on the pizza because they didn't give us a chance to try it. Saturday evening and guests for dinner: my husband goes to the pizzeria at 8:14 PM to order pizzas, and they tell him they'll be ready in 40 minutes. He pays for the pizzas in advance. He returns to the pizzeria at 9:16 PM (ONE HOUR LATER!!) to find that the order hasn't even been processed! My husband, of course, politely complains and tells them he won't wait any longer and can get his money back, but instead of apologizing for the mistake, the lady simply tells the cashier, "Come on, give him this money back," looking down at him as if my husband were a beggar. End: No pizzas, no apologies! If they had at least shown apology, we could have understood and tolerated the oversight (despite the embarrassment they made on us with the guests). Instead, you were rude and unprofessional! You take your customers for granted! A SERVICE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ALSO IMPLIES KNOWING HOW TO MANAGE COMMUNICATION IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES. AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO IT! Scandalous!
