We had pizza and chicken wings! Pizza was excellent! Wings were very tasty we had half medium and half BBQ. Their BBQ sauce was perfect! Food was good quality and prices were right!! We will definitely be returning!! Next to try the Stuffed Banana Pepper Pizza!!! 🍕😋

Great pizza and wings. It always blows my mind that it usually only takes 20 minutes for my orders when it's not a holiday or Bill's game going on and even when it is their timing is still phenomenal compared to other places.

BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD! And I don't know what everyone is comparing this places prices to, but it's NOT 'pricy', in fact it's LESS than any other pizza place! You get way more for your money here too. The food is unbelievably amazing, the service is great, and the eat-in decor and ambiance is charming, warm and cozy...there's even a (gas) fireplace, and an outdoor ratio for the nicer months. Back to prices. Bella sells a large pizza with one topping for about a buck LESS than others, a bucket of wings is about $5 less, sheet pizza is about $3 less, and their pizza is thicker with more topping than the other guys to begin with. I really don't know how this place is 'pricy' unless comparing to 7-Eleven pizza... I highly recommend Bella pizza. They're CONSISTENTLY awesome in every aspect. It's not often you'll find a business or company that maintains a consistent level of perfection as this place. It's also not often you get the best for less.

Pizza was ready on time, hot, delicious, and the dining room was property closed off and everything was clean. I am gluten free, and they always are careful, I haven't had a drink yet. I will definitely be back, thanks Bella!

We were very pleased that this restaurant has a "party room." The Hamburg Campers Association is a group of 20 and trying to take 12 children anywhere makes for a bad restaurant experience with the "muggles" (folks without kids present). The food and staff are solid and you will not walk away disappointed. The back patio is also very nice. The whole establishment is clean and inviting.

Love this place, I travel 20 miles each way to get here. The portion size is large you can spilt it wit someone else and still have full bellies. I always find kind staff working there, it's a very friendly place to eat in or take out. They do serve beer there. I come there one or two times a month.

Bella has one of the best pieces of pie around! Their chicken fingers are delicious and huge as well! Friendly customer service and I am always pleased with them. However, no place is perfect. It is very seldom, but I do have issues over the phone. The kitchen had messed up my chicken wing orders more than once, where I would ask for BONELESS wings and still received the regular wings. It also seems like I am talking to someone who in trying to write down my order is the noisy kitchen. It can be frustrating at times to repeat myself and still not get EXACTLY what I ordered.

Food ...both pizza and subs were fabulous with plenty of very tasty ingredients. Service was friendly and efficient both over the phone and in person! Food was also ready per time specified....I also have used + for great delivery services whether small or large party order!

Great pizza, great wings, and AMAZING breadsticks. Seriously, the breadsticks are something you want to try! They have excellent lunch specials, with lots of options. They have a decent menu, though I don't usually stay from the pizza and wings combo. The interior of this place is pretty nice, too. Refillable drinks with one of those pop machines that allows you to add flavor shots to any type of pop you want. (That's my son's favorite part, other than the breadsticks!) The patio is really nice to sit at in the summer months!

Holy mother of pearl. These guys are so buttoned up and service oriented. We ordered a big order of food - 3 sheet pizzas, 100 wings and everything was spot on. At the last minute I asked to move the delivery up and they did it. The stuffed pepper pizza is incredible. Excellent quality and service!

10/10 recommend, great employees whom are always on time with delivery. Food is delivered hot and rarely have I ever had an order messed up. I’ve been ordering my from here for over 10 years. Salads are delicious and enough for more then one meal. Pizza isn’t to greasy and has a lot of cheese. Chicken fingers are so good and they’re chicken wings are the best I’ve ever had. No complaints what so ever.

Stopped by on our way home from The Eternal Flame, which is a nice Hike and well worth the stop to see. Food was delicious and the establishment was nice & clean!! The slices of pizza were thick & crispy which I loved. The Krinkle fries were crispy and tasted so so good. I definitely recommend this place if your in the Buffalo area. You wont be disappointed!

Was referred to them from a family member. We drove 45 minutes out of the way to enjoy this delicious meal. Very clean establishment, great friendly staff, great sauces , wings, fingers and pizza. Definitely a must to go enjoy. Gave 5 stars. Good job team. Keep up the good work.

Bella Pizza is the best pizza in WNY. Bella Boston is the best of all the Bellas. The pizza just had the best sauce around. It’s always cooked perfectly, fluffy but crispy. Service is always great and friendly. Anytime we have friends from out of town, we always have to order Bella for them to try! Never disappoints. Also, their stinger sub is one of the best I’ve had!

I know its not the original location but it's by far the best of them all. Pizza always looks amd tastes great, they make it properly with enough pepp and cheese and sauce and their subs, chicken tenders, fries, everything is always well made and worth the money. Great dining area, always clean and the workers are always super nice and friendly. And that's saying alot especially during the summer time when u have George's hotdogs right up the road, this place really does hold up to what a good pizzeria should be and is def worth going to for anything on their menu for sure

The food is consistently wonderful, and I've never seen a friendlier staff. However, they have four TVs in the dining area, no sound, one always on an inflammatory pretend news channel which suggests to many that the owners care more about pushing their beliefs on customers than diner comfort. And while that would turn me away from any business, we still come back, because the food and service is THAT good. But seriously, not sure why they have soundless TVs on in the first place.

This place is consistently great. Order take out or dine in. They have outdoor seating. Have daily specials. We drive 4 miles from home to get their pizza and subs, and there is 4 other pizza shops within a mile from my house I pass up to come here. Sometimes my wife and I will just order and dine there instead of takeout. People/staff are always friendly. I love the ice cold water from the soda machine too

Bella is hands down my favorite pizza of all time. The food is always consistent and delicious, the staff is always polite and kind and my order is always correct. The only thing they could improve is bringing back breakfast, I'm still not over the fact they stopped serving it!

The guy on the phone was a little short, but if you've ever worked food service, you know this just happens sometimes. It was easily forgiven because when I arrived for pick up, it was pretty busy. I had the stuffed pepper pizza and it was awesome. Five stars because I wouldn't consider the staff rude, just focused on keeping up with demand. I would definitely eat here again. (Dining room currently closed due to pandemic.)

We stopped in yesterday on our way home to Michigan after hiking to see the flame. My daughter got a personal pizza, delicious. Husband got the sampler, everything was fried but in the best way you can imagine. I got the steak and spinach, a little dry but added some ranch, cheifs kiss! If we are ever near by again I will 💯 stop in again!

We ordered a large pizza extra crispy with pepperoni add garlic crust, 30 Cajun wings extra crispy to be picked up at 4pm Sunday 12/15/24 right before the bills game. The place had a line out the door. When it was my turn I gave my order number to the cashier. My order was ready I, got home and everything was cooked to Perfection..good job bella crew! Go Bills

What a beautiful place plenty of room for a family dinner !! Fabulous menu and delicious food..I stopped on the way to visit my brother and they had plenty of hot pizza slices and their garlic sticks were large and amazing!! I'll definitely be back ,!!

Bella is our family’s go-to place for pizza. We’ve been going here for 7 years now. Never been disappointed. My oldest was diagnosed with celiac recently and was bummed because Bella pizza night was something he looked forward to. They make a gluten free pizza! Not all pizzas are equal, and the same applies to gluten free pizza. He loved Bella’s GF cheese pizza. While our regular order has changed a little bit, our destination has not. They also have amazing breadsticks with marinara sauce!

1st time stopping in while passing through the area. Extremely POLITE YOUNG LADY AT COUNTER! Had a 1/2 Sub, fries & pop. Everything was FRESH. I decided to eat it there. The seating area was SPOTLESS, and very comfortable with BIG SCREENS as i was eating staff walked out asked if there was anything i needed and made sure with a walk around everything was up to snuff. Came into town from Texas & I had to stop by. Crispy crust on the pizza, loved it! Great portion of toppings as well. We also ordered wings, went 1/2 Honey Mustard BBQ & 1/2 Medium, both were delicious! Highly recommend this family owned establishment. Plus they just remodeled the inside + have a nice covered, outdoor porch 🎉

Ordered a pizza and fries while at Chestnut Ridge for dinner. Order was ready before pickup time quoted. The service was pleasant and prompt. Great amount of cheese, but the sauce was dull for my tastes. Overall, if you are in this neck of the woods, this is not a bad place to get a bite with true Buffalo flair.

Its a pretty good pizza place. The pizza is really good. I, personally, do not like their subs or french fries. The service is good. They are usually busy, but they expanded their parking lot so parking isn't real an issue. I would recommend them.

Great pizza and wings, but expensive! $88 for 2 pizzas and 30 wings. They gave me a lot of extra bleu cheese, though, and plates and napkins, so that was but I'd try somewhere else next time!

Stopped for lunch on a Sunday. Perfect timing as a fresh pizza just came out of the oven. Food and service is always good.

Got a sheet pizza and wings. Pizza was delicious. Got half mild half bbq wings extra crispy and they were! Sauce was yummy and messy. Definitely worth a little extra drive. Pretty expensive but that’s to be expected now unfortunately. Will definitely go back.

Bella pizza is my favorite, but I’m just tired of the laziness. I just ordered a large meat lovers (well done) a side order of seasoned fries (xtra crispy) and an order of apple logs. Currently my pizza is in the oven as it’s still extremely doughy, fries were decent apple logs weren’t cooked all the way through. Again, Bella pizza is my favorite (although normally go to Lackawanna one) but it’s not hard to read a tag and do it right. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Good food but the place is dirty, the trash can was overflowing with garbage, the floors were so sticky that I went to step back and I actually lost my shoe due to it sticking to the floor. Lose toilet paper all over the bathroom floor. Front counter workers are lazy and mostly just stood there the whole time talking when they had nothing to do. You would think since their are cameras they would at least pretend to be doing something.

I really like the food here, I’ve been going for years but lately every time I go my food is messed up. For example almost every time I ask for curly fries I get crinkle cut, I ask for smoky bbq sauce and get the golden sauce instead, I ask for extra sauce on my fingers and get a half coated chicken finger with the breading showing. I still keep going because again I do like the food but the service is really lacking.

Always been my favorite pizza and loved the breakfast . However it looks as though they're starting to cook using a balance sheet. The pizzas appear to be getting smaller, I hope they don't crash the place bye tinkering with the formula.

I love their pizza and wings but cannot believe they charge you and extra $2.00 to split the flavors if you order 20 wings. If I order 2 separate orders of 10 wings...I can save a penny and will do that next time just to spite them. It's not like you use $2.00 of tin foil to separate the wing flavors.

Wings were absolutely terrible tonight! I ordered hot and crispy and they were rubbery and not cooked through!! No sauce at all!! ALSO there were ONLY 8 wings in the box!!!its supposed to be 10!! I asked for extra crispy wings. I only live 15 minutes away. The wings were so soggy I didn't think they were fried to a crisp. Unless they baked them. Yuck

Terrible last night. Ordered a tuna sub. Did not want oil or mayo. It is already made with mayo...this was dry brown tuna (not white tuna like stated on menu) & they didn't even put the cheese on it-ugh! Wings were not crispy as per my order either. Had to put in toaster oven. Other customer had wrong order as I was picking up. Not a good night for Bella Boston!

Been coming here since they opened at this location in Boston was 5 star service up until about 2022 then something changed very poor quality food especially the pizzas must be the ingredients gave them 3 years to fix it but this is the last straw will no longer be going here.

Things have gone so downhill the last 2 years. 2 out the ten times we order we get a decent meal-and only the calzones-every other time it’s such a disappointment to spend so much money on sub par food. Pizza barely has cheese on it, wings are either soggy or drowning in sauce. A simple request of medium extra crispy can’t even be followed. We’re done giving them chances. Never ordering again.

Place has gone in the toilet. Order today at 10:00 AM for 11;30 pickup. Got there right on time, wings not ready. 13 minutes later, ready. No apology, nobody cares. Pizza cold as a result. We just recently received our order of a sheet pizza and bucket of wings. We specifically asked for no char on the bbq wings and they came completely charred. Basically inedible see pictures. Normally we love Bella but this wasn't a good experience.

Tried to use coupon that came in the mail, they refused to honer it. False advertisement at it's best!

Asked if they delivered to me first and was told they would be able to Get a call an hour later at 7pm that the deluvery driver was at the wrong place and wouldn't be able to deliver to me Did not make the effort to drive the extra few minutes to deliver our food for the game and was very disappointing

We always like to eat at Bella's however, last night's experience was awful. We waited about 45 minutes for our food. The waitress/worker failed to bring silverware and also the bread sticks that were included in the order. Waited over 15 minutes for the bread sticks and then decided to ask at the counter because our food was cold by then. Bread sticks were provided and the excuse was "we were really busy." The food as well as the service is not what it used to be. We will not be returning.

My husband just brought home 50 wings. 25 were medium and 25 bbq. When they walked in my sons jeans were soaked in grease/sauce or whatever it is you want to call it. The whole bottom of the box is soaked. I called to talk to a manager (Mike) and he said well once you walk out that door we are no longer responsible. I asked to speak with an owner and he's out of town for the week. I just want people to be aware of what happened. I'm glad this was my sons jeans and not the seat of my brand new truck.

Been there over the years and they seem to be going downhill. Possibly due to poor management. We ordered a sheet pizza with pepperoni on one side and mushrooms and onions on the other. They put all the ingredients on one side and left the other side with nothing. To top it off, the dough was raw in the middle. We called to let them know and they gave the phone to their manager, Mike. He told us it was our fault for ordering it wrong and gloated about being there for 12 years. So, for about $40 you can get raw pizza with the wrong toppings. Awful pizza and awful customer service, it’s a shame.

Used to love Bella Pizza however, Good quality has gone down over the past few months. Last couple times had to call and have food remade. Today ordered 2 subs and fries was told 20 minutes and I arrived 28 minutes later..fries were ready and sitting on the shelf and I waited a additional 15 minutes for my 2 subs. Got home fries soggy, call old and chewy...subs not how we ordered them asked for extra extra extra toasted rolls....not even toasted. Going to try Brunners and see if they got any better next time we order out which we do at least once a week.

Ordered 2 subs, salami and steak, the rolls were old, rubbery, tasteless, thin mayo on one side, salami was old, discolored, close to spoiled, no onions even though we said onions please. Abd shredded lettuce was sparse and turning brown. This is second time food was not at its best.

We used to order from Bella’s in Boston, NY every weekend. It has been 3 times now that our delivery has been extremely cold, not even worth eating. They have also forgotten our wings twice when we ordered pizza and wings. So- wings come cold 45 minutes later. The food is too expensive to never enjoy. We will not order from here again.

I recently ordered 2 pizzas and an antipasto. Pizzas were overcooked to say the least. Antipasto had no meat.? I went in personally to try and resolve issue and give constructive criticism. No response. Will not go there again.

My friends and I ordered over the phone, and inquired how many wings/pizza would be suitable for 6-8 people. The woman who was taking our order stopped speaking to us to ask her coworkers on how to advise. While this happened, a male employee repeatedly made fun of and insulted us. When we went to pick up our order, a young man with curly hair and a blue Sabres hat was extremely rude. Our food was not yet ready so we had to wait about 5-10 minutes, and in that time we heard this child of an employee insult 3 other customers including calling a woman a “bitch” loudly enough for us to hear over 10 feet away. While the food is delicious the conduct of the staff makes me want to look for a new place to order food.

They screw up orders all the time. 3 times in a row for me. I ordered a simple chicken white pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks. No chicken the pizza the main ingredient. I called the manager Mike and he said I'll give you $10 credit for the chicken. Lol. The pizza cost $21. I want a correct pizza. He said he'll have the correct pizza delivered in 20 minutes. It's going 2 hours right now. When I called they said it would be another 30 minutes. They screwed up 2 orders before that, but I won't get into detail too much to write. I tried filing a complaint with a different affiliated busines. They gave me the run around, and said we're too busy. Yo Dave, the business owner. Call me , your Lackawanna store has my number. I will be filing with the Bbb and cfpb soon.

BELLA CHANGED ITS WAY TO COOK PIZZAS !Its HORRIBLE‼️‼️‼️ It was always my fave pizza! The new conveyor oven browns the cheese and makes it bubbly ,dry, overdone ! Yuk! Why would they change perfection??????!!!!

Went there 8/20/23 about 7:00 pm. 2 of us had 2 slices of pizza and 2 small drinks. $24.00 OUCH! The pizza was in the oven way too long. The pepperoni and the cheese were burned and the crust was very dry and hard. Ate about 1/2 of a slice and threw the rest away. Didn't want to embarass my date. WAIT! THERE'S MORE! We sat on the patio which was our 2nd mistake. The weeds around the perimeter of the patio were at least 2 feet high. Probably haven't been touched all Summer. Not very inviting or welcoming. I called to speak to the manager, Mike, to avoid this, and his attitude was unbelievably unprofessional. Nothing but excuses. Still using the one where they're short handed. (LOL) Unsurprisingly he said he would pay me to pull the weeds. If ever a guy didn't get it, it's him. This immature person shouldn't be managing anything. Needless to say, I will never step foot into that restaurant(?) again. I can't believe they stay in business. I asked him to speak to the owner and he said the owner doesn't have a phone. LOL

When you order, they forget an item, They bring you a nice burnt dried out chicken palm sub. Note, this is for the Lake shore location. Since they won't pay attention. I have to put it on every location until the manager or owner see this.

Placed an order at 11:15 am online, store does not open until 11:30 but they confirm my Delivery for 12:15p. Food arrives cold, soggy and gross at 1:10pm. Pay tip in advanced so no skin off the driver. AWFUL customer service as I called and was told at 12:45p, the driver was on the way. I am less that 15 minutes from store so no explanation for the almost hour late delivery. They just didn't care. Won't go back after this

I went to this establishment for dinner in 5:30 pm and I stood at the counter for 14 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Finally I was told it would be a couple of minutes. After a couple of minutes, someone else came out of kitchen and said they were not talking anymore orders for 20 minutes. Unacceptable.

Order the steak pizza delivered waited 2 1/2 hours called said they thought it was pick up pizza arrived. It’s supposed to be a steak and cheese pizza and it was an onion and pepper pizza with hardly any steak probably a shot glass worth of steak chicken wings were supposed to be crispy. They weren’t everything was terrible. I wish I could give it a five stars below. Third time we ordered from there the food was terrible! I did not order a pepper and onion pizza I mean, get it together Someone has to monitor the food before it goes out! Crispy chicken wings like rubber….. Not good at the prices we pay I don’t care if they give you the food for free. No one wants to eat food like that..

I got home after picking up dinner and this is what they gave me. Who knowingly sends home a very burnt sandwich? All they offered to do was remake it in 20 minutes, instead of right away, with no apology. The female manager was extremely rude when I showed her the sandwhich. She looked at me and said “okay?” I insisted on a refund, which they really fought back on, for making me drive all the way back to pick it up, and miss dinner with the family, and they were very rude about it.
