Absolutely wow. Cloud M Rooftop at CitizenM Bowery is an experience like no other. From the moment you step onto the rooftop, you're greeted with breathtaking views that leave you speechless. The panoramic vistas of the city skyline are simply stunning and provide the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. The ambiance is chic and vibrant, with stylish decor and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The drinks are expertly crafted, and the service is top-notch, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Pictures truly don't do it justice—this place is a must-visit. Five stars all the way!

This rooftop bar is one of the best I’ve seen with its views of New York on three sides, and the amazing red window bathrooms. The bar staff were smiley and efficient, mixing drinks that tasted good. You should make a reservation but we just walked in and managed a very good outdoor table.

I’ve been wanting to go here for a long time! Make sure you have a reservation or they won’t let you up (in my experience I’ve tried to go without one and every time they said no) The view is just amazing and they have a free pretty special drinks. I think the music inside could have been a bit too loud, but besides that ambiance was perfect.

This is really nice roof top bar. I have been so many roof top bar in Manhattan I think this is the best. all server were nice and kind. Drink was good too! The best part is not too loud in the bar. So I don’t have to scream or read others lips. It was good experience! Definitely come back. The view is the best.

I’ve been to so many rooftop bars/restaurants in NYC and cloudM might be the best view so far. The service was friendly and for a place that nice, the drinks were well priced. Beautifully decorated indoors and outdoors. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a classier, laid back night (aka it’s not a crazy party place). Also, not stuffy at all— very welcoming and not “rude” like a lot of the more upscale rooftops.

Amazing place! The bartender was visiting from Amsterdam and made great cocktails for us, was very cool and friendly and made sure I got a chance to click a picture or two of those amazing drinks. The ambience is super cool, funky, fun which makes you happy only by being there. It’s full of cool art pieces, colours and of course the view of NY. Even the washrooms have full size window! There is all kinds of seating available for anyone’s taste and comfort! Very cool place that I’d love to come back whenever visiting NY.

made a reservation here just to grab a drink before dinner around 8 on a friday. the view is great and there is a nice variety of seating options. you have to check in with the front desk to come up and i think you needed to have a reservation. the drinks came to just under $50 for 2 cocktails with 20% tip. which is pretty typical pricing. I would definitely go back and i think this is a great spot to bring guests from out of town. only complaint was my espresso martini had literally no semblance of a foam

Hard to get a waiter to pay any attention to you at all but the amazing view makes up for it. Food is good but nothing special. Really nice place for dates.

I came here for some drinks and a good view and it wasn't a bad spot. Located inside inside a hotel, this rooftop bar has both indoor and outdoor seating with couches and tables. Their menu has a variety of cocktails, other alcoholic beverages, and only some small bar bites. You order at the bar, pay there, and also grab your drink from there. Service was a bit slow for us. I didn't feel like drinking so I only got a mocktail, and although it was good, I wish they had more mocktail options here. Their drinks are a bit small and pricey, and I didn't feel like anything stood out in particular. Not a bad spot, but nothing special.

Beautiful place, floor to ceiling windows and a big outdoor seating area with incredible views of the whole city. My friend's drink was pretty good. The food is terrible. Literally straight out of the freezer, steamed and super overpriced. A place like this with the prices it has should have something better to snack on.
