Four years of experience as a Ghiottone customer! Great for a quick lunch break, with quality dough and ingredients (if you catch a non-peak moment, Mauri often shows you the ingredients he uses). I read reviews saying the service is slow: bullshit! You've obviously never worked there before! Try managing your lunch break in an hour with countless students flocking in. Very good piadina, with a wide selection for all tastes, from vegetarian and light to very "heavy" options to satisfy even the most intrepid. Friendly service. The only drawback is limited parking, but the San Faustino metro station is nearby, so it's easy to get to.

Personale molto gentile e anche disposto a consigliare migliorie nell’ordine. La cosa bella è che è ci sono molte opzioni vegetariane (tipo 6/7), oltre alla possibilità di creare la propria piada. L’unica nota negativa è che nonostante fossimo seduti al tavolo non ci hanno portato neanche un vassoglietto, un piattino o dei tovaglioli veri, ma solo la piada nella carta e un tovagliolino da bar. Ma il cibo è veramente buono ed economico!

Ottimo posto per una piadina al volo o per chiudere il buco in tarda serata. Ragazzi super simpatici e competenti, servizio veloce e prezzi onestissimi. In coppia per due piadine ben farcite e due birre piccole (ottime) 15€, direi ottimo prezzo, considerata anche la centralità del locale

I think if the place were located elsewhere, it wouldn't attract as many customers as it does now. I think there are much better piadina shops in Brescia.
