We have experienced a missing order more than twice now. Say, they are tired for the day and it's a good thing to always check your order as soon as they serve it. They will give it though with no issues. All the rest, just a typical McDo experience, Italian style of course.

Classic mcdonalds, workers are very fast and they are working hard. But food and atmosphere is classic mcdonalds.

The food was standard, but the going to the toilet was very inconvenient because you had to ask for a receipt. There was no paper for drying hands either.

Had a truly bizarre incident where the security person (?) started yelling at us in Italian. After much shouting, it turns out he wanted us to delete a picture of the McCafe menu we had taken while waiting for take-out. Ok sure, buddy, done! But all the other pictures of the restaurant interior we had were fine? Were there some fast food industry secrets in the McCafe menu he didn’t want revealed? Probably not. More likely a power-tripping fool justifying his paycheque. Good hire, McDonald’s Piazza Vittoria, bravo! Everyone else, AVOID.

Rude security guy!! He did not let me in to my family who were eating in because I kept a takeaway bag from a different restaurant.
