Three Bishops

A gem of a pub. It's a little tucked away but truly worth a visit. We were warmly greeted by Stacey and her staff, and we were only going to stay for 1 drink, but we ended up having more drinks and food. I'm so glad we did. I ordered the crispy prawns, and they were amazing. We enjoyed our food and the pub as a whole soooo much we plan on returning tomorrow for a roast dinner and live music. I can't wait.

Thank you Sean we had a lovely stay. The room was clean and spacious. Sean was very friendly and helpful. Good choice of food and drink. We had a twin room with a lovely shower. It was great to hear the local sea shanty group practicing as well.

Absolutely awesome place. Welcomed in with a smile and had a great stay. The bedrooms were great and the breakfast was lovely. Mama Bear was amazing and looked after us very well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Can’t say anymore then the 5* all round here. Stayed for 2 nights on the island and came here for food twice. Enough said, want a great place to eat for reasonable prices, outstanding service and beautiful food then come here. You won’t regret it, we will be back to visit again.

Lovely village pub to sleep for the night. The room was very nice and quiet with comfy clean beds. All facilities were good and helped us rest for the next stretch of our hike.

Lovely pub with very welcoming staff! Food was very delicious and drinks are reasonably priced. Had a lovely time in the garden area! Meeting with Mr Fudge was a pleasure! Definitely worth a visit and we will be back soon!

The volunteers of Brighstone Community Library had a really great Christmas Lunch yesterday, Sean and the team looked after us really well, the service eas very welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious.

Had a lunch at the Three Bishops - superb food, and very pleasant staff also! A lovely, warm atmosphere in the pub, and the location is stunning also.

Great meals reasonably priced and large portions, best of all it's dog friendly. A great place for a meal.

On holiday at local campsite and called a couple of times to the Three Bishops. Lovely staff and very friendly locals. We ate on the second night and the food was very good. James was really attentive and welcoming. Would recommend booking a table as it was busy on a Thursday evening. Dog friendly as well!!

Thought we'd give the pub another try now that it is under new ownership and we weren't disappointed. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, including Fudge the dog, and a good selection of beers to choose from. Enjoyed a pint in the garden which is very well looked after. Much improved since our last visit, will return for lunch soon.

I visit this place reasonable regular and must say, my last visit was one of the best. Fresh new look menu, new friendly bar and waiting staff and even after a little glitch with my order everything was quickly and politely resolved. Dog friendly inside and out. Usually plenty of parking.

Went for Father's Day lunch, which was fabulous. Great food - large cauliflower cheese was enough for four of us to each have some and we asked for extra gravy and crackling too which came out promptly. Also, tasty mocktails. Spent a very pleasant three hours here. Looking forward to returning.

Very friendly staff, great service for lunch today; happy to accommodate a table of eleven plus three dogs! Fair prices and great Landlord who enjoys his trade with a good team beside him - We visited for old time sake and pleasure to relive lunch with present family and remember those who have passed. Definitely worth a another visit next time on the Island.

Under new management so had to go and check it out. Late Sunday lunch. Two roast dinners ordered with a starter. Super friendly service, tasty freshly cooked starter and both main courses were excellent. Even provided a small doggy box to take back home. Good choice of beers. Perhaps the interior requires brightening up a bit but otherwise very good, we shall be back.

The change in this place is amazing, I haveuved in Brighstone village for 6 years and now I truly can call The Three Bishops a true local. The food and service is wonderful, drink available and the staff are professional but very lovely. The turn around in that place is amazing to see.

We had a superb lunch and a great selection of beers. The staff were fantastic i would definitely recommend a visit.

Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome. She taught us a few Thai gestures keeping us very entertained and happy during our meal. Amazing service. Would definitely recommend.

Sunday lunch is amazing, big portions and lovely fresh food , staff are all friendly and welcoming , was nice they had entertainment! will definitely be booking the festive christmas menu 😃

We have been coming here for several years and Nong has always been so lovely and welcoming to us. She is an asset to this pub and hope to see her more frequently each time we arrive on the island. 😀

I recently held a business breakfast at The Three Bishops in Brighstone with colleagues, and it was absolutely fantastic!! The setting is welcoming and professional, making it perfect for meetings. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We have lived in Brighstone for years and never really enjoyed visiting the Three Bishops but over the past few months we have been again and again. The new landlord has really turned this beautiful pub around. The staff seem so much happier and they are friendly and welcoming. The food is great and good value for money. In the summer we held my dad’s wake in the pub and they were so wonderful to us. Nothing was too much trouble and the buffet we had was fabulous. Lots of good food and the plates were always full. Highly recommend!

Just had weekday lunch visit to try out the food as we had booked in for Xmas day lunch. Very quiet but friendly staff, Chef agreed to make omelette for my wife even though not on the menu so very flexible. Very much liked the food and ambience so now looking forward to Xmas.

Had a wonderful Sunday roast dinner with my wife and four of our friends. Delicious food served quickly by friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere - would definitely recommend.

Sunday lunch for ten people, it was great, fabulous staff very friendly and helpful. The Sunday Roast was excellent, crispy roast potatoes, very tasty parsnips and vegetables and plenty of meat.

Had a table of 10 and we were all extremely impressed with the Sunday roasts and the service. Great friendly pub with fantastic food. Will certainly go back!

2 weeks ago we came here for a family meal. The food for all 4 of us was delicious! Hats off to the chef in there! We had 2 roasts, 1 lasagna with garlic bread & 1 Chicken Schnitzel with barbecue & bacon. We were all very happy with our meals & the service was very quick & it has a very friendly welcoming atmosphere in there. We will definitely be returning again. Had a great spontaneous spot of lunch (Burger and Hunters Chicken), the quality of food was amazing great flavoured and well seasoned. The food matched by the decor, atmosphere and attentive and friendly staff, price was reasonable too! Definitely would go again and recommend.

When we got there we were showed to our room and recommended places we could eat as we got there after they stopped cooking food. The bed was very comfy and the shower was small but warm and a lovely waterfall shower with good water pressure. Had no issues with cleanliness. When we had breakfast in the morning, the food was great and the service from Sean, the landlord, was outstanding. Felt very welcome and would definitely stay again if we had the chance.

Amazing food and surprisingly quick, had a table for 7 and before we knew it we were all served. Definitely an amazing place for a roast, there's an option to get it all served in a giant Yorkshire pudding. Burgers are amazing too and its dog friendly, cant go wrong

Had fabulous Festive menu on Christmas Eve, booked in advance. Great food, very generous and honestly the best Christmas dinner I've had. Good service, amazing food, literally nothing bad to say. Will be eating here again, just wish it was my local.

Just had the most wonderful Sunday dinner here. The lady that runs the restaurant is adorable and the food is fantastic, full roast in the most enormous yorkshire pudding I've ever seen. We will definitely be back.

Went as part of a large group for lunch.We'd pre-ordered, but have found at some places there's still a long wait. Here the 16 of us arrived at 12.30, and we'd all been served our meals by 12.50. No one had any complaints, it was hot and freshly cooked. Several members of staff stopped to ask if everything was alright. It was good value, and speedy service. I'd happily go back.

It is in Brightstone, a local community pub. Service is always appalling. You wait ages to.be served especially in the restaurant part, they tend to serve in the bar area 1st Service is slow only went because I was part of a group at Christmas, full of young children.
