I just want to say the lady who handles the pickup orders and calling out names is always on point (usually here weekdays during lunchtime). You can tell she runs the joint like the navy (bc you have to) but is always kind and attentive. I've eaten here a handful of times and the staff is always nice amidst the midtown chaos. I come here maybe 2-3 times a week and what truly sets it apart is the service. I tend to frequently see or get served by Hillary and Gissela, who always have a smile on their face, and are always friendly. I get food frequently catered to my team specifically from this just salad as these 2 lady’s are great, and the food is always fresh.

Just Salad is my favorite of the fast casual salad spots in midtown and this particular location is my go-to. Fresh ingredients, great selection and good value. The service here is always fantastic too: Gisele and Hillary always greet me with a smile and have the best energy.

I went to Just salad with yelp partner, and as soon as we walked in, the manager approached us with a welcoming smile and told us about them, their menu, and how to order. He was so nice! We went to the counter and ordered Crispy Chicken Poblano Salad Salad and Warm Chicken Thigh + Goat Cheese Bowl. The staff asked question on what we wanted along the way, to ensure we are getting what we want, and she prepare the bowls with ease and efficiency. The salad bowl was bigger/taller, but the warm bowl was heavier. Either way, you are getting loads of stuff in the bowls! I really liked the salad, everything was fresh, tasty, and the chicken was really good to. The warm bowl had a generous amount of chicken, mushroom, and goat cheese. I really enjoyed their sweet potato, they were so good! We were happy and full, and felt clean too. It is great to know that the healthy eating does not have to be boring nor expensive. The quality, flavor, and the price are all great! I would love to go back and try more of their bowls!

Great place when you did not have time to bring your lunch box. I usually cook my own food to pair with my workout but at times I go there when I did not have time to do so. Could be very busy at lunch time and noisy in there but the staff always try to run it smooth and keep it nice with you.

Great place when you did not have time to bring your lunch box. I usually cook my own food to pair with my workout but at times I go there when I did not have time to do so. Could be very busy at lunch time and noisy in there but the staff always try to run it smooth and keep it nice with you.

Salad toppings and Choices are great. Taste delicious no matter what you pick. As always with these choices of food you are eating healthy but you are eating light and can get pricey.

Sadly, whilst the food was fresh & delicious - there was only 5 tiny pieces of chicken in my salad. The man serving me was yelling out unclear instructions the whole time, such as “you want medium?!”. Turns out it meant the amount of sauce I wanted on my salad 😅 All for $36 for 2 salads (5 pieces of chicken each) and a lemonade. Pick up your game guys 🙏🏼

One of the worst foods I have ever eaten. Also, the server was yelling at me to order. Told her I needed a minute as this was my first time in. The second guy was much nicer, but skimped on the protein. He counted out 4 tiny pieces of half nuggets in front of me lol.

Horrible customer experience! Music was so loud the staff couldn’t even hear me while ordering, I had to shout to get my order taken. The lady taking the order was very rude and didn’t understand half of what I was saying which made ordering very difficult. At the end, I asked for extra napkins and she just threw them at me with an attitude.

Ordered delivery thru a third party. Items were left out and half the order was basically ignored. Wrong dressing, what I ended up getting was totally gross and DRENCHED in balsamic vinaigrette. I was pulling pieces of onion peel out of my mouth with basically every bite. YUCK!

I work in the office building next door, the food is good but what I have to witness every time I go isn’t. I do not know the name of the manager but the current person (female) that runs or thinks she runs the place has to have one of the most disgusting behaviors with her employees I’ve ever seen in my life. The way she speaks to them in front of customers, belittling them for just asking questions is not only cringing but also infuriating to witness. I go about 3-4 times a week for lunch and everytime this “manager” is always picking on someone new there. She’s a plus size fair skinned female that clearly lacks a lot of love for herself and projects it. I hope the employees speak up or report her becuase it’s getting really annoying to witness at this point.

I had a bad experience, the person who served me today, July 22 at 3:17 pm, was very rude and served the food with anger and grudgingly, also you can't understand what she says because the music is very loud, when I tried to ask about the ingredients she was upset to the point of telling me to read the menu better, I don't understand if I'm going to pay more than 15 dollars for a salad I have to put up with the bad temper of the employee, I hope they improve the service, thanks

Got my whole salad wrong ordered a chicken Caesar salad and instead got romaine lettuce and just a load of dressing no chicken . Grossed out.

I've been going to this location for over a year now and never had a problem until a week ago and now it keeps persisting. This is the 3rd time in the last 3 visits there's been an issue. First time I ordered ahead online for about an hour out and when I got there, it wasn't ready, wasn't started, and when they noticed, they rushed and missed half the ingredients and gave me a half full salad. Second and third times, ordered there and they just didn't listen and gave me the complete wrong salads from what I asked for and only filled them halfway. Don't know what's changed recently but I don't think i'll be returning
