I loved how friendly the lady was. My girl and I had a nice little meal there and I find it very important when staff treats equality to interracial couples. There was no awkwardness and they provided us with great service. The lady does have a slight accent but, that is sometimes to be expected lol just be patient. Overall she is super friendly.

Best American style Chinese food I've ever had. Orders are always correct and the quality is consistently amazing. They are also very nice and very fast. Love the delivery guy. So happy they are open again. Very safe and easy procedures for social distancing pickup these days Thank you Pacific Moon!

I cannot leave a high enough review of this establishment. Im in heaven when I’m eating an order of their freshly made (in front of me) Rangoons. Quality and consistency for years. Not a spot for photos but for great food and no gimmicks. Worth the price and solid portions

This is the only good Chinese take out around Northern and I have been going there for over 8yrs! Their food is always consistently good and they are meticulous about making sure the orders are correct. We love the jalapeño chicken, sweet and sour chicken and lomein.

Wow wow wow! Came here because it was recommended by locals for good wonton soup (I'm picky about my wonton soups lol). This place NAILED the flavor of the broth- the best wonton soup I've had in all of NYC! I also ordered the General Tso chicken and super flavorful, crispy chicken, sauce was so good. I really can't complain and I will be back for more wonton soup :) Also, the lady and gentleman working today were so nice and friendly! Thank you for making delicious and flavorful food!

New to the area and I am glad to discover this take out spot. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to keep my food warm when I was late to pick up my order. Would order again!

Woodside classic. Portions definitely affected by Shrinkflation. Solid American Chinese though. Great Orange chicken and similar fare.

What happened? Usually, they are reliable and quick. This time, they were slow with delivery…taking 1.5 hours to deliver our order. They also only gave me a few *teaspoons-worth of sweet and sour sauce for my sweet and sour chicken. See photo. Hopefully this a one-off experience.

Unfortunately this food was disappointing and overly sweet. I ordered for the first time since they had lots of vegetarian and vegan options, and high hopes but sadly it’s not anything special. Ma Po Tofu - asked for it to be medium spice level and weird it came very sweet and not spicy Scallion pancakes - really thick and dense. Served with an extremely sweet sauce. Veg Dumplings - filling was good but the dough was super thick. Also served with the same sweet sauce. Lo Mein - was the highlight, asked for it to be spicy and it was!! General Tao Tofu - just okay, too sweet in my opinion.

Customer experience over the phone was phenomenal! Placed order for delivery, delivery man was also super kind and friendly, however, the food quality was horrendous. I ordered something basic - chicken wings and fried rice. As soon as I opened my plate you could smell the stench of the old cooking oil that was used to fry my chicken, after years of managing a kitchen you know when the smell is not right. Did I risk getting sick from the food? No. Will I be ordering from here again? No. Would I like a full refund? Yes. Likelihood of getting a refund? Slim to none. Would I recommend this place? Not a chance. First impressions go a long way, this food quality experience will keep me away from this business until I’m ready to give it another shot - even so hard maybe. Food was immediately discarded. Currently on the phone placing order elsewhere. Sad.

Yikes! Such a deep decline in quality of food and service. Some of their best items now are just disgusting and old. Beef is no longer tender, its chewy and mostly cartilage. Fried wontons taste like they’ve been fried days ago and probably heated the microwave when served, which makes them stale and impossible to bite in. Never again!!

May 14th, 2:00 in the afternoon. I was calling for a delivery for my dad who is 93 unable to drive and severe arthritis in his knee. We are less than a mile away, and my family has ordered from the Pacific Moon for many years. When I asked which was the smallest the lunch special or the combo of the general tso’s chicken, I was rudely told it will be a minimum order of 25 dollars, she didn’t even answer my order or hear the rest of it, it might have been 25 or close to it. I told her about my dad that he is 93 and doesn’t drive, I said please she said wait a minute and then she said that delivery doesn’t start until 5:00, that is not true. I live upstate NY and help my dad by ordering food occasionally. The people in the Pacific Moon Chinese restaurant should learn how to treat customers, they are insensitive and rude It will be a cold day in hell before I get their Chinese food again. Can anyone recommend a good Chinese restaurant?
