Opiniones de Wondee Siam Broadway
It's a truly a remarkable Thai restaurant, simple but clean and well organized, the staff are pleasant and courteous, very accommodating. I had fried dumplings, followed by duck Penang, both were delectable and crispy and fresh tasting. We had the mango with sticky rice for dessert, couldn't get enough of it. We also had the jasmine tea, a fragrant end to the meal. Midtown 9th Ave in Manhattan is a vibrant neighborhood, full of lots of restaurants, I felt quite safe walking to the subway after dinner. The prices were quite reasonable and the portions were generous. I am happy to give 5 stars
This place was recommend to me. It did not disappoint at all! All the food was great. I would say that when I asked how small the soup was he was like for one person, but in reality it was like too small for me, I would have rather had the large. The coconut pudding was amazing, i never had anything like it! I def recommend this place a lot!
Excellent Thai food at a reasonable price We stopped by Wondee Siam in Manhattan for a family lunch twice in August 2025. On both visits, the food was consistently excellent - flavorful, fresh, and well-presented. We hope to return next time we are in the area. Food ordered Tom Kha Gai (Coconut milk Soup with Chicken) - excellent! Papaya Salad - refreshing Thai Salad - very plain; unmixed vegetables, passable. Red Curry with Chicken - delicious! Pad Thai - excellent Pad Woon Sen (Glass Noodles with Beef) - tasted delicious, with a sauce that added an interesting touch. The beef was a little chewy though. Beef with Cashew Nuts and Vegetables - very fresh, but could use a bit more spices for richer flavor. Chives Pancakes - a bit too oily and overly fried on the outside, yet slightly undercooked inside. Duck Panang Curry - perfect. Richer in flavor than the Red Curry, with tender and juicy duck having a crispy crust. The dish was loaded with pineapple, making it slightly on the sweeter side. Pad See Ew with Chicken - excellent. Soft, silky noodles paired with tender, flavorful chicken.
A true gem when we needed it most. I’ve always believed that everything happens for a reason, and this restaurant proved exactly that. We stumbled upon it at just the right moment, and it turned out to be an absolute blessing. The food, drinks, service, and ambience were all exceptional — truly a 10,000,000/10 experience. Every dish we ordered was delicious, and the portion sizes were more than worth the price. I would recommend this place again and again without hesitation.
It just felt like home. I dined at this gem of a restaurant 3 times in one week! Directly across from where I was visiting, I was so fortunate to be close enough for a scrumptious meal. The crew is so hospitable and they are family! A family that welcomes you as soon as you enter their home. Christmas is coming and this time, I am bringing friends to savor in a Thai Christmas!
No-frills tasty Thai food, quick and friendly service at an affordable price. Recommend visiting with a group as portion sizes are large. Papaya salad, tom kha goong (creamy coconut soup with shrimp) and duck gra prow (basil stir fry duck) were great. Good selection of drinks, including refreshing Thai iced tea to wash down the heat.
Wondee Siam deserved 5 stars! I am here almost every week. The warm welcome staffs make me feel like I go eat at my auntie’s house. Since I moved here this restaurant is the best and has a real Thai taste. If you no need to wait for the table you can come early like 4.30pm or before 6pm later the waiting list will take you wait 30+ mins long sometimes.
This is the Thai place that makes me like Thai food. I've tried Thai food multiple times and it didn't do it for me. My friends brought me here for our monthly night out and I was pleasantly surprised. We shared everything and everything that I tasted impressed me more and more. I didn't get any pictures on our first visit because we dove right in and devoured everything so fast. On my second visit, I had the BBQ chicken dish that my friend last time and it was sooo good. The flavors were so well balanced and paired well with the Singha beer. We are going back there soon and I will add more photos to this review because this place is soooo good!!
I always come here whenever I visit NYC. I highly recommend the Miang Kha Na (kale leaf wraps), the Yum Pla Dook Foo (crispy catfish salad), and the longan juice — all are so flavorful! If you can, try to come on a Sunday. I personally think the chef on Sundays makes the food even better — everything tastes extra delicious! The service is really nice too — friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better.
Dining at this Thai restaurant was nothing short of delightful — a vibrant, flavorful experience that left me smiling from the first bite to the last. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The ambiance was cozy yet lively, with soft Thai music in the background and tasteful décor that beautifully reflected the culture. The menu offered an impressive variety of authentic Thai dishes, each crafted with care and bursting with flavor. I started with the yum pla dook fo — perfectly balanced with a bright citrus kick and just the right touch of spice. The Pad krapow Moo kob was one of the best I’ve had, with tender , crunchy, and a tangy sauce that tied everything together. The pad ped pla dook was another standout —, aromatic, and packed with fresh herbs and vegetables. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail — every dish was beautifully plated, and the staff made thoughtful recommendations based on my preferences. You could feel the pride they had in their food and the joy they took in sharing it. There’s something incredibly uplifting about a place like this. It’s more than just a meal — it’s a celebration of Thai culture, warmth, and community. Whether you’re a Thai food enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this restaurant welcomes everyone with open arms and leaves you with a full belly and a happy heart. I’ll absolutely be returning, and next time, I’m bringing friends! If you’re looking for comfort, flavor, and a dash of optimism in every dish, this Thai restaurant is the perfect spot
Wondee Siam is an excellent spot for authentic Thai cuisine — the food is absolutely delicious and comes out incredibly fast! Perfect for when you're craving something flavorful but don't want to wait around. The menu offers a great variety of classic Thai dishes, and everything I tried was spot-on — rich in flavor, well-balanced, and cooked to perfection. Whether it’s the pad thai, green curry, or crispy duck, you really can’t go wrong. The restaurant has a cozy, no-frills atmosphere, and the staff are friendly and efficient. It’s the kind of place that hits the mark every time — fast service, consistently tasty dishes, and great value. If you're looking for a reliable and satisfying Thai meal in the city, Wondee Siam is a go-to. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Hands down the best Thai restaurant in Manhattan! The flavors are truly authentic — confirmed by Thai people like me. I always come here with friends. It gets busy at dinner, so I usually come for lunch. My go-to dishes are papaya salad with raw crab, kor moo yang, mieng kana, and the whole red snapper with garlic. Everything is packed with bold, real Thai flavors. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. If you’re craving the real deal, this is the spot!
We travelled from Thailand to NYC for marathon event, so we craved for our familiar Thai taste. This place was the best Thai restaurant in NYC. All dishes tasted authentic Thai and so delicious. Some dishes tasted even better than several restaurants in Thailand. No wonder it is so popular with long queue, but the food definitely worth your wait.

Went to this place last Friday with a few friends. Had to wait for reservation for about 20 mins. We ordered the tom yum goong soup, the chicken noodles, khao soi, crispy catfish and some shrimp cakes. All the dishes tasted great. The waitress however was trying to nudge us into order one of their fried fish (each cost >$45) which I didn’t like. Also the place was way too noisy and by the time we ate and came out, our ears were already feeling sort of dead. Overall, I’m giving this place a 4-star rating.
First time here comes highly recommend by a lot of people. Personally I think we might have not ordered the best dishes - the noodle dish was prob my favorite. The papaya salad seemed tamed down for the western palate but still enjoyable. The staff are amazing. Helpful and attentive. Everything was nice. I just need to go back and try other dishes Was able to get a seat quite easily
The service was very good, and I enjoyed the Tom Yum soup. I didn't like the Pad Thai with shrimp--it was way too sweet and not recommended. I would come back for the soup.

The food was good, typical Thai, service was rushed. Would go back hopefully not rushed ou the door.
