Although the breakfast sampler was pretty good, the service could use a little improvement. For $11 for breakfast, it's worth it. I do recommend IHOP for breakfast.

Absolutely loved the service. Busy Sunday morning. Didn't wait long to be seated. Had one of the best servers. We also shared the same name. Ask for Courtney. They sang happy birthday received a scoop of ice cream with whipped cream. The food didn't take long to come out or the beverages. Table of 4 and all the food came out together. They didn't rush you leave because of the high volume. The only thing I really noticed this time was that the portion size of the side of avocado 🥑 got smaller the pieces were so small. Noticed the menu changed. The omelet options shrunk a Lil. Other variety of food options are available. Out of my other experiences, because I'm always being taken here for a breafast quick meal, this was one of my best. Unfortunately, one time last year, i still remember cutting my mouth on an egg shells in my eggs had to spit out my food because my mouth was bleeding and showed the manager was upset so didn't even finish with my food after the 2nd bite it happened. Overall way better experience. No mishaps.

My family went to IHop for breakfast for the first time since the pandemic and the experience was excellent. Waitstaff was efficient. The food was fresh and delicious. There are new menu items. It was obvious that effort went into improving the dining experience.

We came here for breakfast. We were greeted by the staff and seated promptly. Hazel, our waitress, was very attentive and pleasant. She took our order and our food came quickly. We ordered the Monte Cristo wrap; the split decision breakfast platter; and the chicken and pancakes platter. Everything was tasty and filling. This is a nice place for a quick bite to eat.

Its IHOP foods decent I really like the omelets but they nickle and dime you on everything..I wanted to swap out one ingredient for another."That's Extra" even though I still have the same amount of ingredients or swapped for something that should actually be cheaper. I was kind of rushed on my last visit even though the place was empty and they suggest a 20% tip on a 25$ meal.Atleast they brought back all the different syrup flavors.

Was in town and thought A familiar breakfast would be great..😊. Unfortunately not.. the pancakes were as thick as a sponge 🧽 and so dry 😵‍💫 Are a waitress Sandy was pleasant, patient and accommodating, she made the visit worthwhile.

Walked in at about 2pm today, person behind register brought us to booth in back in which I requested a booth for myself and wife. No menus brought to us as I had go back to the front and ask for menus. After 10 minutes sitting their waiting my wife went back to front and asked for a server. The girl came with 2 glasses of water who was initially sat us with the iPad to place our order. She did say "I'm new and not familiarized with the orders and just helping server". I ordered the buttermilk pancakes stack of 5 with a side of scrambled eggs. They both orders for myself and wife came 15 minutes later. No silverware to eat with we had to ask for that. The pancakes were terrible with the whole experience. I've been going to this location for years and today was the worst service and food. No manager to talk to so I paid the check and we left. The server that had the table only came over 1 time. I saw 2 other servers on their phones. This place has not good customer service.

My friends and I came here late at night to get some food. We were the only ones in the restaurant, but the waitress made us feel like she was bothered and rushing like if there were other people to tend to. I tried to make little light hearted jokes but she just had a straight face on and walked away. The food was made very well so that's not the issue. It's the service. She overcharged us for all of our meals and when I said something about it she first said it was the tax but it wasn't. I showed her the price in the menus and she said they might be their old menus. That's not a problem the customer should be paying for. It's not fair. So I respectfully told her I'd like for her to fix it and she said there's nothing she could do. I tried to talk her her about it more and she just kept walking away as I was speaking. Very rude. After we paid she didn't say goodnight or anything just locked the doors after we stepped out. So if you go here, be prepared to spend more money than what the menu says.

I was excited to see this location. Until this happened. One of our coffees had a stain. 😱😷. Omg !! Plus, the waiter whose name I won't say. Had an attitude 😒 yes, it was crowded. I was so patient to wait for our table to be served. Then, after 30 minutes off, I'm waiting. She gets our orders late. I just ask, be patient, take a big breath 😌 and if you need help ,ask your coworkers. We all get bad times, don't take on your tables. Too bad it wasn't an experience I wanted for my kids.

I just arrived back from Africa and the first place I wanted to eat at was IHOP. I requested my favorite waitress and immediately went to the restroom while my husband was seated. I realized 5 minutes after sitting that Karen was not my waitress because no one had taken our order. I was offered to move but I had just cleaned the table, syrup and ketchup bottle. The waitress tapped 3 times to tell us that she will be with us soon so we waited at least 15 minutes. My food came out first and my husband waited at 5-10 for his strawberry banana pancakes. I ordered a spinach mushroom omelette with sausage, and 3 pancakes. The pancake tasted like frozen store bought cakes and the tops fell apart while cutting. The omelette was dried but ok. I asked the waitress for an add on sausage for $1.29. She gave two links which cost $299. This is why I requested Karen. She is one of the best waitresses at this location that's been working there for years. I will not be returning to IHOP since the quality of food is not the same. I wished IHOP a speedy successful turnaround for the sake of the dedicated employees.

This place was good before. After the pandemic it got worse. The food is just bland.. the fried stuff is so so. But service needs to change.. we waited 30 mins for a seat, which it was busy so it's OK. But we got cut in line for seating. We ordered our food, came in 30 mins , the waiter needs to slow down and take a breather. I asked for just lemonade iced tea 3 times, and she rushed 3 times and brought me the wrong drinks 3 times. She forgot about our pancakes, I mean we are at IHOP. We were missing the regular syrup from our table. The other syrups were very sticky. The bathrooms were clean and place didn't smell. All am saying is its a cheap meal, but IHOP had potential before. Now it's just whatever. To say the WENDY'S next door makes better food is CRAZY, AND THEY DO. I will not be coming back to this IHOP location anymore.

Ordered from them on GrubHub at 11:05. They close at 12 order was still canceled. My wife never got her food and went to bed hungry never again and never again GrubHub.

Today I had an extremely disappointing experience at this IHOP. Our server, Hazel P, took over 15 minutes just to bring us coffee. We eventually had to ask another employee, Luisa, for help — and when she tried to assist, Hazel yelled at her in front of everyone. Throughout our meal, Hazel repeatedly walked past our table without once checking if we needed anything. We had to rely on other servers just to get basic service. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Thanks to Luisa for stepping in and trying to make the situation better — she was the only bright spot in an otherwise miserable experience. I will not be returning to this location again, as I would not want to risk being served by Hazel in the future. I’ll be going to the Hartsdale IHOP instead, where the staff actually cares about their customers.
