The food is a 10/10. The wait is a little long but doesn’t really bother me. Do NOT order over the phone if you want your order to be done correctly. It’s been more than 3 times that we order over the phone and get there to a wrong order. If we catch it, they redo it (1 time with a bit of attitude), if we don’t catch it then just gotta eat whatever they gave us.

i ordered 2 different pupusas (pollo, queso y frijoles/pollo y queso) with an horchata. the horchata was great as well as the food, although it is made to order so there is about a 20 minute wait time. would recommend tho! [ menus i seen on reviews were outdated so maybe this will help other ]

The place is clean, the decor simple and plain. Only one server, overworked. Pupusas were delicious. Made to order which brings me to my only serious complaint. Horrendously long waiting time. Unbelievable, the server informed me that it would take 35 minutes. It took one hour and 10 minutes. As I waited, I saw customers told the same waiting time about half left. That's unfortunate as the food is really good Decent prices and good quality and quantity. They do deliver, which I found out at the end of my stay. My only advice to any customer, plan to stay for over an hour or call for pick-up about half an hour before you get your order. You'll be thankful.

This has been one of the most authentic pupuserias that I have tried here in NYC (not including Long Island). The pupusas were so good not too much maza and the filling was very authentic, like I was in a pupuseria en el salvador. The pupusas I ordered were queso con loroco and revueltas, the loroco tasted fresh and the cheese was that stringy cheese with some flavor not mozzarella cheese haha. The chicharon was one of the better tasting chicharon I've had and it was not watery or bland as other places. Another great thing about this place is the fact that they offer pupusas de maíz o de arroz which you do not see a lot of places do, and both were great. They have a couple of other Salvadoran dishes, but I gotta say the best thing I tried here was the empanadas de plátano. The only reason I am not giving them the 5 stars is because the wait for pupusas is close to an hour, so if you do decide to visit, just be ready to wait.

This is the first time we’ve had pupusas, so we really can’t compare them to any others. But the food we ordered was hot and delicious. You may have to wait a little, but they seem to be made to order.

Food is good but service is lacking. No heat in the brick cold can't eat in, idk how some people eat here when it's winter, I was freezing just standing there Calling ahead is a good option.

I was disappointed when I saw bones in my tamales. The tamales was soggy. It felt like it was uncooked because the potatoes was not soft inside it. My neice gave the same rating for this restaurant. I wouldn’t buy here. I would hate to give it a one star.

First of all, this place suffers from the #1 issue most Central American restaurants suffer from, what's that? They take forever!!! Why? Why do we have to wait 1 hour + for 3 Pupusas and a soup? That's absolutely absurd, secondly, the food wasn't good, it just wasn't. I am fair with critiques, but this place is not good. I live in Rockland County and we have excellent Salvadorian Restaurants, exceptionally good food. This place comes nothing close to them, I will return & I cannot recommend it. Sorry, I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this place deserves a bad review.
