Food here is good but when they are closed, the number that is listed goes to the personal cell phone of the woman that works there. She is extremely rude and tells you that she doesn't know what you're talking about. There needs to be some sort of better customer service for this place as a whole.

Food is always AMAZING, they’re probably 4-5 other Chinese restaurants in the area & this is the best in food quality. This service however, isn’t great. The owner of the establishment always seems uptight & is extremely rude at times. She has no customer service skills whatsoever, it’s makes you not want to support the business. It’s such a shame because the food is so good.

Ordered from here once. Delivery time was excellent and accurate. I ordered the boneless ribs and plain fried rice. The meat tasted fine but there was an odd odor coming from the meat. I believe it could have been on the verge of going bad that's why it smelled that way. Anyway I was turned off by the experience and will not be ordering from there again. I gave three stars because the delivery time was exactly what they told me it would be and my wait was less then 30 minutes not a bad turn around.

The lady that is managing this establishing with the man are downright disrespectful and mean that didnt hear the phone one time and they said they don’t want to serve me anymore. This place needs new management asap and I recommend to all the Bronx residents to avoid this place and they have a bad ratings review by the way

EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DISRESPECTFUL customer service! When you go in, they greet you by saying, "What do you want?" or " yes. " These businesses make their living off being in communities that they don't even have the decency to give welcoming customer service. There have been countless times myself and other patrons have paid for extra shrimp or fried rice a certain way to get home and not have what we've paid for. I watched the older female who works there this Wednesday. Pick frozen meat up off the floor and place it back in the freezer. These types of establishments that don't have any respect for their paying customers need to be held accountable like any other business. The only person who even shows a bit of good customer service is the younger female who works some evenings.

OMG! I got TERRIBLE FOOD POISONING HERE as did another friend. I lived in CHINA for 4months, ate EVERYTHING, EVERYWHERE & never got sick, until I came back to The States and ate here!!! I had LoMein with Brown Sauce at 7pm & ended up in The ER around 2am. It was horrible. I give very few 1 star reviews, but this place REALLY needs to get an honest Food Inspection! 🤮🥡🥢

The lady at this place is just the worst. She send me the wrong order and gets mad at me about it. Then refuses to take any delivery orders from me after. And her husband just stands there like a sucker. Lady has issues. Not sure why they allow her to deal with the public at all. She is going to be nasty to the wrong person one day. Smh

The food is ok but it's that rude lady that answers the phone when you call for your order that earns them a 1 star. She is in some real need of a business etiquette course...or a few. Customer service sucks, the delivery guy is nice though.

When it gets busy or something I’m not sure why but the lady on the phone gets so rude, I was out of work and ordered from them once, and I ran a bit late cause I thought I would make it on time but she called at probably cursed at me and the delivery guy was giving me attitude. I felt bad so I gave a $20 tips but then I realize they just cursed me out so I threw the food away and never ordered from them again.
