My family and I came here for lunch on a Sunday. We were able to order our meals quickly. The cashier was friendly, helpful with menu recommendations, took my order accurately, and poured a good beer! There were plenty of seats and our order was ready in a reasonable time. The food was as delicious as the first time I had it in Fort Lauderdale. I'm glad there is consistency between the branches. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves a great burger and a beer!

The food here is excellent. Burgers, fresh cut fries, shakes, and HUGE onion rings. Very similar to shake shack. Love the atmosphere. They also have outdoor seating which is great if you want to bring a pet. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend the Breakfast all Day burger, or the CEO burger. Fries and Onion rings portions are pretty big, would definitely recommend sharing with a friend. Overall great experience!

The fast food restaurant is located at 719 86th Street in the Dyker Park/Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. It has food that is better than other fast food restaurants. I ordered the vegetable burger that was well-prepared. The french fries had a nice taste and I requested "no salt" in my order. I also had the New York style hot dog that had mustard and sauerkraut. The restaurant is clean and well-managed.

Update i ordered a cheese burger, but they didn't add the cheese. Also, the onion rings were too oily. I wouldn't recommend coming back there again. The burger is good. I didn't really like the way they made their fries. The single onion ring felt double fried.

Just went here last night because I was feeling a good burger. So I have to Burger Fi burgers are pretty good overall need a bit more seasoning but still a good choice, but last night I wanted to try some lemon pepper chicken wings and what I got were an absolute joke and one of the worst LP wings I've ever had. There was no lemon in those wings super peppery and it tasted like the grease was a couple days old The crunch on them was fantastic they were kind of dry but it's crazy to think that these wings with that bad that I had to write about it.

All I had was their single cheeseburger with no bun. Kind of sad looking. But the guy behind the register was excellent. Possibly my feelings are also affected by the insanely long wait to use the restroom. But I'm also grateful that during the Christmas holiday light season, they actually have a restroom that they allow the public to use. With purchase, of course.

I had wanted to try this place for a long time, but unfortunately left disappointed. Yesterday we ordered burgers and fries. The burgers were delicious and fresh, but the fries were extremely overfried — we couldn’t even taste them. On the bottom the fries were literally black. It’s frustrating to pay for food that was clearly overcooked and still served to customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Second time for pick up, I ordered the chicken sandwich. The first time they gave me grilled chicken, which I did not ask for. It was horrible. This time they gave me a thin piece of chicken that’s sooo hard, I damn near broke my teeth trying to take a bite out of it. I live far away and can’t go back to have it corrected. They have no consistency when it comes to their chicken sandwich; I’ve had it a couple times before and it was fantastic. The last few times was a big bummer.

Very disappointed with my experience. My rodeo came with bacon even though it wasn’t supposed to be included. Beside I double check with cashier not to have bacon in my burger.. For people who avoid pork for dietary or religious reasons, this is a serious mistake..

Ordered a chicken sandwich, waited roughly 25 minutes. When they finally checked in my order, the kitchen said it went out already and would have to re-fire. I asked for a refund and left. The people there seemed to care not a bit; I shant be going back.

Terrible. My poor sister with IBD RAN into the place to use the restroom, the lady gave an attitude that it’s for customers only. I told her under “allys law” anyone who has inflammatory bowel disease/crohns/ulcerative colitis is allowed to use ANY public restroom in the state of NY. She was rude, shrugged her shoulders, and still had us buy something. All I bought it water because I refuse to give my business to such a greedy place refusing to accommodate those with disabilities. Such a shame… was going to actually buy something besides water if the lady was KIND. If you’re a decent person, especially with inflammatory bowel disease, I would not support this place. Disgusting.

I hate to sound like a karen, but I'd avoid ordering from here. I ordered a combo to go and some of my french fries were completely raw, and the center of my patty was really cold. I was dipping my fries into ketchup and ended up taking a bite of a raw french fry, then inspected the rest of my fries to notice that some others were raw as well. The top part of my portion was cooked, and underneath at the center of the portion were raw fries with only the skin of the potato "cooked". I live only a few minutes away from this Bay Ridge location, so it wasn't an issue of travel time causing my food to be cold either. I decided to dispose of all my food after noticing the raw french fries. Unfortunately, soon after, the small quantity of food I ate ended up upsetting my stomach. The staff were nice and the interior is fine - my only issue was with the food.

The fries are burnt all the time I order, no matter the time of day it always looks like in the pic. The burgers are mid for the price. I wanted well done and it’s pink and the meat is very pale looking like in the pic. I am unsure why they have changed the way they make their food because burgerfi was the best in BK.
