It is hard to believe that there is only one CFA in all of Brooklyn. It would be great if they can consider having more CFAs all over this borough. Even though they are situated in a very busy location, I still love coming here. The food always taste great. They do an excellent job maintaining their service and also cleanliness of the place. They also have a good system going that is efficient which keeps the line moving. Very impressive!
Passed there after a busy NBA game and was expecting a mess and a lot of delays to get my order. The line was long, but the staff were taking the orders on tablets along the queue. In less than 10 minutes, we were by the counter paying, and our order was ready. I had the chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich which is my favourite sandwich among all fast food chains options. The staff were amazingly friendly unlike usually overwhelmed staff elsewhere. The prices are reasonable. Recommended.
Great place and love their chicken sandwiches. They make the best no 1 chicken sandwich and after all these years “Chick-Fil-A” has become my no 1 favorite fast food spot over McDonald’s, Burger King, Popeyes, and Wendy’s lol.
Their Spicy Chicken Sandwich was delicious. I like the fact that Chick Fil A gives you the option to customize whatever sauce you can put on their sandwiches. Their Chick Fil A Sauce and Mayo are still the best. The fact that you get more chicken and less breading is why Chick Fil A's sandwiches are higher quality than popeyes.
I came here with two friends and my man on a double date. We got here 15 minutes before they were closing and they had the best energy. They had the best service especially Shawn. They had my friends and I laughing and everything. This place is right by my job and I will definitely be coming back 10/10.
A solid and dependable choice in the fast-food category. The food is consistently decent—it’s served quickly, it's hot, and it’s satisfying when you need a good fast-food fix. If you're looking for quality and speed, this is definitely one of the better options out there.
This Chick-fil-A was everything! The crew was on point, and the staff was super kind, respectful, and professional. The environment was laid-back and comfortable, and my family felt relaxed sitting down and enjoying our food. I’m new to the city, and this is already one of my top two favorite Chick-fil-A locations. Great vibes, great service, and definitely coming back!
The front of the store is overrun by food delivery service bikers. The pickup area is separated for the delivery area, but sometimes the bikers take over the dining tables. The people at the counter are wonderful as usual. The food is fresh. The fresh drinks are loaded down with sugar, so ask for half a cup of water before adding the juice mixture. The store is clean and no one is distracted by their mobile devices. You won't be disappointed but let the staff know if you want to dine in rather than takeout. You know to clear the table of delivery service people. Eat up!
I had a great experience at the Chick-fil-A inside Barclays Center. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and kept everything moving even though it was busy. I got my food quickly, and everything was fresh. Elijah and Carlos really stood out. They were both hilarious and made the whole experience more fun. Carlos even went above and beyond and gave me a free brownie because he felt I had waited a little longer than expected, which I really appreciated. That kind of customer service definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. Overall, 10 out of 10 would recommend
My partner and I were looking for a night cap after dinner and we came across Charm. Tori, our server, greeted us and made us feel at home right away. Tori is very friendly and attentive and made sure everything was to our liking. Will remember Charm due to the excellent service and delicious menu
Loveeeddd my meal here! Food and ambience is done right. Such friendly staff also! Charm is doing Caribbean and American favorites in a beautiful Brooklyn restaurant lounge. With a menu that comes from their family’s roots in Haiti alongside Jamaica, Trinidad, and the Caribbean diaspora. They also have option for vegans and a very very executive and unique cocktail menu making this a perfect spot for date night! Must try dishes: 🧀 Oxtail Mac n Cheese 🍖 Jerk Lamb Chops 🍄🟫 Griot Pork with Mushroom Rice
Our server Mykola and the bartender tonight was AMAZIIIIING. We were sat at our reservation time promptly and even though the space was small, it was very cozy and intimate. Food was crazy good, drinks were GREAT, music was PUMPIN' (big up the DJ!). The first impression was perfect. Loved everything about this spot and will def be back! Excellent service the level of attentiveness from Bri and Demmoy was unmatched. This is by far the best service I have had in a long time. I felt welcomed and cared. When I thought about asking for something it was done before I could open my mouth. It was a pleasure visiting here for the first time. The food was 10/10 seasoned well and flavorful. The tastes were unique in the best way. 👌 The hot towels were a plus as well.
The atmosphere was really nice there wasn’t a lot of tables in there so it does get full fast. But the food selection looked so good, sadly i can only choose i meal at a time. When i received the food, the food was great i would just say the vegetables, in my case the Brussel sprouts needed to be cooked a little longer. The service was good, they were very accommodating.
Roxstar was the best server thus far! He is very personable! And very hospitable! All the food was amazing from appetizers to entrees! Definitely recommend the oxtail w grits, plantain n shrimp and the crab Rangoon! The D’usse Sangria was amazing and on point! As a Brooklyn native, 10/10 recommended!
Listen if I have anything to say about Charm BK it will only be good things. Now don’t get it twisted I am fully a girl who loves to eat and they never disappoint even something as simple as an egg plate was loaded with so much flavor! So we did brunch and of course bottomless is always in order the flavors were amazing and they were attentive to us need that good reup!! Our server River was on point she didn’t let a mimosa slip cmon on now! I love this place RnB songs blazing great atmosphere heat activated napkins water refills loved it! I would say yes it’s small but mighty and can’t wait to see more great things from the team! Alright stop reading and head out bye!
Charm in Brooklyn really lives up to its name. From the moment you walk in, the vibe pulls you in with warm lighting, great music, and a stylish mix of art and design that makes you want to stay all night. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which always sets the tone for a great evening. Now, the food—absolutely on point. The griot with rice and pikliz was seasoned perfectly and tasted like home cooking with a gourmet twist. The wings had just the right balance of heat and flavor, and the sliders were juicy and delicious with soft, fresh buns. I also loved the crisp wontons with dipping sauce, which were light but packed with flavor. The standout for me was the shrimp over tostones topped with that creamy sauce—every bite was a mix of texture and flavor that felt elevated. Charm is one of those spots where you can go for good drinks, small bites, or a full meal and leave completely satisfied. It’s rare to find a place that nails both the atmosphere and the food, but they did it. Whether you’re bringing friends, a date, or just want to enjoy Brooklyn nightlife with good eats, this is the spot Dez was an amazing waitress
This place was recommended to my fiancé and I from one of our friends. Charm Bar & Restaurant is a very small but lovely intimate place to wind down and grab a bite to eat and enjoy a lovely drink. The ambience was cool, it has a nice mellow vibe to it, the music is good. The food and portions were great! The drinks were very tasty. The servers were polite and attentive. Overall, this place was wonderful. My fiancé and I would recommend this place to anyone we know.
Almost always the right place to get the food from. Quick, affordable, and taste right. I recommend.
I was here on opening night and it was crowned but organized the line moved fast and customer service was very good. It was also very clean and the cashier was polite. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries and lemon aid. The meal tasted good an overall pleasant experience.
I visited this location and I was pleased with the fast service. This location has not reopened their dining room so it’s only take out. I forgot to scan my Chick-Fil-A One Account and didn’t receive a receipt so I was upset I didn’t get points towards this purchase. The order was accurate. The staff were friendly. This location accepts cash and card to pay for your order. The location is also near major public transportation.
My partner and I wanted brunch, so I found Charmed BK on TikTok. We didn’t make a reservation and luckily got bar seating, but I would not recommend going without a reservation. The spot is small and fills up quickly—we really lucked up. I do want to mention something important regarding reservations. After my visit, a friend went on Sunday based on my recommendation. She made an online reservation that required a $25 fee, but when she arrived, they were unable to accommodate her and her husband despite having the reservation. To be fair, they did not charge her the $25 since she had to leave, which I appreciate. However, it’s worth noting that not everyone lives in the neighborhood—she drove all the way from Staten Island, so that experience was understandably frustrating. As for my visit, my food was good, but my drink was even better. The staff was friendly and professional overall. One thing that slightly bothered me: while two parties were waiting to be seated and my partner and I were waiting on drink refills, the entire staff appeared to be having a meeting in the kitchen for about 15 minutes. It wasn’t enough to ruin the experience or leave a bad review, but it was noticeable. I ordered the plantain cup appetizer and the oxtail & grits. My drink was tequila-based with a cucumber purée—really good. Cons: There was a $12 upcharge for the oxtail & grits that I don’t recall seeing clearly stated before ordering. The $60 unlimited mimosas were fine, but any extra fees should be more transparent. Overall: 8/10. Despite a few hiccups, I enjoyed myself and would return—just with a reservation next time.
This place was a surprising pleasure. It was packed, I went with 5 other people for my birthday dinner. I arrived with my girl friend 20 mins early our table was not ready so we sat at the bar. The rest of my party arrived on time table still was not ready. Once we all got seated around 7:10pm we order drinks and we order appetizers, it took close to 20 mins for the apps to come out along with the drinks, that was disappointing but again the place was packed so we can always give grace to the staff. Everyone was polite and very courteous. Now the food and drinks were AMAZING I got their Mac and cheese with Ox tail and it was delicious. For my dinner I had there lamb chops they were also very good. We all enjoyed the food and had a great time. The atmosphere was great very pleasant they played great music that classic black lovers music not the ratchet modern music most restaurants play now a days 😂. They ultimately dropped the ball at the end it was my birthday and was told they do the whole song and free desert it never happened and it seemed the server forgot. Overall food was great service was okay I would just say the staffed needs more help when it gets packed.
Charm Bar & Restaurant is what I consider to be cozy and small, but not cramped. The decor is inviting, the vibe is right, and the music brings a lot of nostalgia. A lot of classic reggae tunes that is sure to keep your head bopping. I made reservations for 7:30 pm (to celebrate my sister's birthday) for a party of 4. We were seated immediately with zero wait time (a huge plus). Dinner Service Review: Our waitress for the evening was pleasant and kind and gave each of us an iPad to view the menu. I was excited to try the "oxtail crab rangoon" but was disappointed it was not available. Quite a few menu items of interest were not available. So, it left a limited amount of menu options to choose from. I ordered the crab rangoon which was tasty and flavorful, but was not "piping hot" it was surprisingly just warm as if it was left out for a while. I ordered a side of sweet plantains as an appetizer which was delicious and was served hot (happy camper). I tasted my mom's Maryland style crab cake, it was soft, flaky with lumps of crab meat with great flavor. I also tried my sister order of buffalo style cauliflower chicken, it was warm not served hot. However, it was tasty and delicious. The entrée of choice was rasta pasta with shrimp (any protein of choice added is extra) it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I enjoyed the spicy notes of the jerk, the pasta was cooked al dente (huge plus) it was definitely memorable. I did sample a piece of my mom's oxtail and was greatly disappointed. It was tender, but lacked spice and was just "too sweet." The balance of flavor was off. I took away one star mainly due to service and the appetizers being warm. Our waitress for the evening was wonderful, but because it was super busy I did not recieve the full service attention refills of water, check-ins if everything is OK etc. Will I return? I just might as the brunch menu items peaked my interest. I see oxtail and grits on my radar amongst other brunch items.
Cozy restaurant with a good service. This restaurant is small but it’s not like cramped uncomfortable small. They play good music. We started with the crab Rangoon appetizer and that was good. They had some menu items listed as sold out, but our waitress checked and several of them were actually available so if you see that it says sold out on menu just ask anyway. For our entrées, I had the oxtails and my friend had the jerk lamb chops. The lamb chops were extremely small, but they were good. The oxtail were a little on the sweet side. It was a nice portion. I did not like the way my white rice tasted though. The drinks range at about 20 bucks and up. The only dessert options were three types of cheesecake. I would come back to try some other things. Wasn’t terrible , wasn’t bad, but I also wasn’t blown away.
First time at charm. The good was great honestly. The vibes were cool though. Wait staff and bartenders seem like decent folks and encourage a good time while there. It can be tight with space so try to avoid peak hours. Prices may be fair for the location but don’t spend much time in the area.
Charm bar is booked and busy especially during Sunday brunch. So be sure to make a reservation via yelp. We didn’t make a reservation but we’re seated after a bit of a wait. Marylin was very friendly and checked on us and apologized for the wait. The food was pretty good. We had Mac n cheese, truffle fries, biscuits and grits and french toast and chicken. My fiancé opted for the bottomless pear Rosemary Bellini and I had the Wray-maker cocktail. I love supporting black owned businesses especially when they don’t disappoint. I definitely recommend.
First of all I was saddened to see someone in line begging and this appear to be regular behavior. Anyway I love milkshake so I proceeded to order and the staff is usually very polite and today was no different. Today the milkshake tasted like just milk no ice cream and fries were more on the colder side. Guess it was a bad day but for the price there should be no bad days.
I’m have been to multiple Chic-Fil-A’s and this one is the worst in terms of food quality and customer service, ordered multiple items and in order to get another bag because the one I was given was too full, I was to get on another line and pay 10 cents…. Attitude from each employee, ordered extra grilled nuggets on my salad and there was barely any chicken in there….. This franchisee need to be brought up to code by corporate or something
Considering this place came highly recommended I was a bit bummed. The vibe was great, but the food was not what you’d expect from a restaurant bragging Caribbean flavors. We were a group of 8 and we had 6 different things between the lot. No one finished the food because nothing was good enough. The appetizers were good and that guava dip was the best thing across the board. If you get Mac and cheese, get it with fixings and not plain. Drinks were decent.
Yes the service is fast and clean (maybe because it’s new), but the environment lacks a welcoming feeling and yes, it’s fast food but it’s sloppy and sad looking. My sandwich reminds me when I used to eat school cafeteria meals. You know... sad tasting and government chicken. I went in as a 1st time customer. Not recommended. They lack patiences. I don’t understand the hype for soggy oily chicken sandwiches that lacks lettuce or a tomato. Also this place is definitely an after school hang out spot, just -so -that you know.
When I walked in the lines were by the door so pack on the left was the delivery and ppl that order online it was packed long wait. Next to it was the regular line and it took a very long time to order. The seats were packed the waiting area for food was moving a lil but it was like Labor Day in there. Once I got my food it wasn’t what the hype was waffle fries was ok, the nuggets were ok nothing spectacular. The lemonade raspberry color drink was decent. It would be a very long time before I go back between me and my daughter I spent about $35 on two meals! Never again!
This place is right across the street from Brooklyn's Barclay Center. It's a huge attraction for homeless people, street vendors, school students and gang members just hanging out in and at the front of the establishment. The staff here is so overwhelmed and not well trained. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food and they forgot to put two things in my bag that I paid for.
This store sucks at delivery. I ordered a large fry and they fill it to the capacity of a small. Has my bag of sauces sitting on top of the fry filling the space that should have been for fries. Completely wasting my money and the workers completely neglect the concept of sizes. If you’re going to give a small, you need to keep all sizes at the some price. I’m going to continuously get a refund. It’s simple to fill the fries to the top. I order here and they do this EVERYTIME.
If you have any food allergies or restrictions, I wouldn’t recommend you order from this location. To make a long story short, I ordered a Egg white grill fillet. Someone took it open themselves to make it a bacon, 😒No chicken, egg white and cheese biscuit. I’m muslim, I don’t eat pork. There’s a reason I asked for chicken. Manager on shift gave me coupons for that location, instead of just issuing a refund. That’s problematic because I had no intention or desire to come back to that location. I notified Chick-fil-A CARES of the situation, and was told they would notify the owner, BRANDON HURST, of the situation. He has yet to contact me. He definitely didn’t make this right and it’s not okay, especially judging the seriousness of the situation. IF YOU HAVE LIFE THREATENING FOOD ALLERGIES, DO NOT EAT HERE.😒
What a joke. You go to any location outside of NYC and it’s excellent service. This location is worse than the McDonalds in Times Square. They cancelled my delivery order and simply said “demand was too high”. This was at 7:30 am! How could demand be too high???? The workers are rude, lazy and DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY. what a terrible excuse and example of the brand.
I HATE this Chick-fil-A with a passion but it’s the only one that delivers to me. Every time I order from them, they fill the fries up halfway and then stuff the bag of sauces in the fry box. They’re screwing over customers with every single order and it’s pathetic. They should have their franchise agreement terminated.
This place is a bum now. Don't go back there. Customer service in the toilet. They used to have someone take your order and you'll just pick it up at the counter. Now it's crowded and chaotic like McDonald's. I went there for lunch and they made my blood boil.
