Opiniones de Depanneur Brooklyn
I've stopped by a handful of times due to my new job in the area, and the energy the workers bring is always outstanding. I've never been to another cafe where the employees (baristas and kitchen) get along as well as everyone here does, while still being focused on customers. One of the kitchen workers even brought the food outside to me when I didn't hear my name being called (what other place would do that?!?!) All in all, a great little spot, and not just because of the food!
This neighborhood gem is my go-to for great food and tea and super friendly, kind, and personalized service! I LOVE everything about it!!! Sarah and Anthony always make my day, as do their coworkers (whom I don't know by name). Kudos all around!
Had the Rosemary ham sandwich and I'll definitely be back!!!!! yum. Good quality, fresh ingredients. 10/10.
A lot of reviewers hating on this place for all the wrong reasons (there aren't any right reasons). Oh no, your incredibly high-end, artisanal, made-to-order sandwich was $12 and/or took a couple more minutes than you're used to? In the heart of Williamsburg at a busy indoor/outdoor Cafe? C'mon. #5 sandwich was fantastic
This place's sandwiches freaking rule. Perfect lunch spot during a workday. And a nice atmosphere with a lot of cool bits and bobs to buy if you want to.
Barista was very nice, interacted well with my 2yr old. Espresso was delicious.
This cafe reminds me of Europe. I love the location it’s in a “quieter” side of Williamsburg and the outdoor seating is spacious and cute to sit outside with your coffee and sandwich. I enjoy the pantry items as well, I want them all
Delicious sandwiches that manage to taste better than anywhere else. Order online for minimal wait or select from the assortment of ready-made ones. You can’t go wrong.
Fantastic sandwiches with a real fine selection of crafts beers, wine, and assorted hoodies. Definitely a breakfast go to on your way to the waterside or some fun activity.
My favorite coffee spot in north williamsburg. Almond flat white is delicious. My boyfriend gets the almond chai - super yummy too. Our favorite sandwich is the avocado toast with sriracha sauce, we add eggs too. The best combo ever! I love the ambiance. I also picked up a super cute card for my friend’s wedding too. Everything you find there is unique. You can get your basics too: soap refills, detergent, bread, pastries, hot sauces, cookies, crackers, chocolate, and much more.
Dépanneur is a great place to pick up a quick bite or bespoke groceries. I love to grab a coffee and sit at one of their tables outside to start my day. Definitely recommend!
Delicious sandwiches with fresh ingredients, but pretty pricey. It's also a convenience store selling good quality produce. The place gets quite busy at lunchtimes so it's best to order ahead on the app or you may be waiting around 15 minutes if you order in store. A couple of recommendations are the Prosciutto and Mozzarella with Fig Jam (#8) and the Quebecker (#13) which comes with a small French Onion Soup for dipping. There are around 10 or 12 seats outside on both sides of the shop.
Wonderful sandwiches and coffee. Some good grab and go options. Awesome curation of pantry items, beers and cheeses. Good to hit up before a picnic or gathering nice snacks. Pricey but ingredients and portion sizes make up for it.
I love the space! As a cafe owner in Boston I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the layout and selection. Some of these reviews blow my mind!! People be thankful this business is opening and able to function at any capacity. Some customers have no clue how hard it is to balance a staff, vendors, pay roll, health regulations, customers etc etc This is an impossible time and these guys are doing great things. Also pricing reviews!!! I got two cold brews and a sandwich and thought the price was on point. People once more understand we are not massive corporations that receive huge discounts from our vendors. Small mom n pop shops have to adjust pricing based on 10-20 factors unlike the big box stores. This place is not getting rich off its grocery selection i can tell you that!!! Thats just an extra perk they give for the neighborhood. This place is really awesome. Appreciate what you have!
nice local groceries you cant find elsewhere
Part grocery store, part coffee shop, part sandwich shop. All equally great. The store offers some really good options outside your regular grocery store run, good beer options as well. Coffee is outstanding. I don't come here for the above, I come here for the sandwich. Crispy baguette with outstanding combinations of ingredients and super high quality.
I was having a hard day yesterday and my partner took me to your shop for the first time. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with the bacon jam and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Rarely do I write reviews, but this sandwich changed the whole arc of my day. Thank you for creating such thoughtful and intentional food!
Brie and sarah were phenomenal. Best part of the entire store. Will comeback for the customer service alone. I’ve been in management for 10+ years and in customer service for about 14 years now and they never fail to make every experience personal and comfortable. Best energy and vibe. When in town ask for them and you’ll have a great experience.
I love their sandwiches and the atmosphere of the place is very cozy nearby the river and park. Perfect place to stop by in the morning brunch and coffee:)
Such a thoughtfully curated shop that is so beloved in the Williamsburg neighborhood
Breakfast sandwich all the way 🙌🏼 food is always prepared fresh and the menu was obviously thoughtfully crafted. I order pickup often and my food is usually done by the time I walk over (10-15 mins). I wish I could buy their bacon jam !! 🥺
I got the ham sandwich with pickles garlic aioli etc. and a cup of the vegan creamy tomato soup. It was very tasty. The baguette the sandwich came on tasted fresh and crunchy. The soup was flavorful. My only criticism - the wooden spoon to eat the soup with was pretty gross. If they don’t have reusable silverware that’s a big issue for me hahaha and they should get some - however I didn’t ask - they may have it. I drank my soup out of the cup rather than have my soup be wooden in flavor lol.
The sandwiches are fresh and flavorful. The turkey sandwich is especially delicious. A great to-go lunch option in Williamsburg!
Thank you for the #6 Acme Salmon sandwich today. The quality of ingredients was definitely there in the food. Needed food in a jam and you guys pulled through. I do understand the time it takes to prepare this kind of sandwich, can’t rush it and it was worth the wait. All around delicious and thank you for the service today.
Get the 04 turkey. $20 is an insane price for a sandwich though.
They have great variety of products, the place is clean and organized. I ordered the breakfast sandwich without knowing I was about to try one of the best sandwiches I’ve ordered. Five stars for that delicious sandwich. My wife ordered sandwich croissant and it was delicious as well. I would like just to point out that the customer service wasn’t so great but I will give 5 stars and will be back for sure.
I requested in-room catering at the Wythe Hotel for my wedding day getting-ready festivities. I placed my order for a fruit salad, sandwiches, cheese and charcuterie, and coffees and teas a few days before the big day, and they delivered my order promptly on the day of. All of the food and drinks were incredibly tasty, and it was a big hit amongst my family and friends!
Depanneur is all about delicious healthy specialty artisanal foods served by friendly people who are passionate about customer service! We stopped there in the afternoon, and we were very impressed with delicious home made sandwiches to order, with a wide selection of coffees, teas and a very wide selection of snacks! The store also has specialty foods and condiments to take home, along with wines, pasta, flowers, gourmet breads, cookies and many kitchen ware items! They also do catering! It is worth stopping to browse because there are so many interesting things to see as well!
Oh my gosh, first time here didn’t know what to order. Everyone said you must get the #4. My first thought was turkey’s not my thing and then Guy taking my order was like that guy before you he ordered five of them. So I was like all right 20 bucks but I don’t like it no harm right? I order it oh my God, one of the best sandwiches ever. I’m so happy they talked to me into it. I can’t wait to come back to try the egg salad and the tuna salad and Or the other sandwich.. The staff was so friendly. The gentleman making the sandwich stopped to answer a question for me. Really impressed with this place.. Can’t wait to go back.. oh my gosh, I’m forgetting the most important part. They have gluten-free bread.
Although I initially found the sandwiches a bit pricey, the overall experience completely is greatttt. The cashier guy was excellent, and everything was fresh and delicious. In the end, it was definitely worth every dollar. If you’re in the neighborhood, I highly recommend stopping by ❤️
Not sure if it was the shock of something radically unexpected or the thing in itself, as the ultimate culinary savant Immanuel Kant would have it. But when I tried the turkey sandwich for the first time I swear it was close to a religious experience. There was reddish spice, crunch and the resistance of a magnificent European baguette (my terms, not terms of art). Hosanna, Depanneur. And repeat experiences have not cheapened or normalized the event for me.
Great sandwiches that cost a lot of money and don’t come with potato chips. There’s a line to sit down at the limited outdoor seating, where you can always find some forlorn rich person, staring down the emptiness of their soul and the latte they bought an hour ago. Seriously though, it’s a great sandwich.
My go to sandwich spot in Williamsburg. Every single sandwich is delicious and the gluten free bread is really good. Can't beat the number 4. Also love the little rice bowls you can crab from the fridge takeaway.
Local gem. A bit pricey but a great break from the day. Good coffee, great sandwiches, and a constellation of exotic treats and ingredients that demand immediate purchase. Great greeting card selection.
A solid stop that’s covers all the bases. Their sandwich game is what we come back for and their service is always warm and friendly.
Fantastic food. Great sandwiches but the service is always super slow. I tend to choose other places due to long waiting time (it takes long even if it is not busy).
Really good food and sandwiches but quite expensive and the wait can be quite long
Sort of translates to “bodega” in French. Dépanneur was started just before the neighborhood gentrified in order to fill in a void in - what was then - a food desert. Their next door wine store was added at the tail end of pandemic. Dépanneur still offer a solid selection gourmet foodstuffs - now, no longer lovingly merchandised. Go for decent sandwiches. The coffee is just fine. Grab a table outside in nice weather for excellent people watching.
The coffee here is pretty amazing. One thing I didn’t really like was that the espresso shots comes in a little tiny cup. I guess the concept of that is that you drink it right away, but if you’re like running late and wanna take it with you then it’ll be kind of a hassle. But except for that, the coffee is amazing and I’ll definitely go back.
Sandwiches are dope. I probably order here 2 or 3x per week. Taking off one star because I wish they were a bit better about accommodating preferences. I ask for very light sauce, and this is how it comes out. Not the first time this has happened, the sandwiches (#9 in particular) is over-drenched in aioli and mustard.
This place is pretty good; they did a great job with the breakfast sandwich I ordered! I agree with other reviews encouraging ordering ahead since making the sandwich takes a long time. Also, agreed that it is pricey for the size of the sando. Anyways, happy to support a local business and wish them continued success!
Food is delicious but pricey, and the service — especially for sandwiches — is incredibly slow. Not somewhere to stop if you are on a timeline.
The sandwiches are decent but a bit overpriced. The cortado on the other hand is easily one of the worst I’ve had in the 12 years I’ve lived in New York. Insanely bitter and burnt tasting. I’m not even a big coffee person and not very picky when it comes to these things but honestly I’m offended that I’d be served something so bad from a place that’s otherwise considered “upmarket”. My girlfriend says the matcha is bad too. We live down the street but probably won’t be coming back for coffee or drinks. Plenty of other great cafes/food options in the area.
Not many sandwich spots in the area so nice that this one is there. Prices are a bit high, but quality is pretty solid. Only real complaint I have is the forced 20% gratuity for online pick-up orders. Unreasonable to charge same level of fee for a take-out vs. a standard full-service sit-in restaurant. In fairness, tipping has gotten out of hand everywhere... Update, have reduced this to 3 stars now because of the new "4% cash discount policy." Apparently some new rules passed in NYS that still make it illegal to have a surcharge on credit cards. However, it is now legal to offer a "cash discount." No idea how this isn't just a surcharge with a different name and really just feels like a loophole to let restaurants finally pass on processing fees to customers. I get Covid hurt a lot of businesses, but this is getting ridiculous.
The oat latte was terrible, please use Oatly instead of what brand you use, it was sour, watery and had a terrible aftertaste. I’m sure your coffee is great, but the oat milk makes the difference. Also I burned my tongue, why do you make it smoking hot? Disappointed, there are so many great goods though.
Feeling like a piece of sludge after eating this food. For over $26 for lunch as an employee around the area, I expected the best of the best. The baguette hardly had any filling, so I had to buy another item with protein. Wildly overpriced, the staff is lovely but unfortunately run by what seems like a greedy owner praying on tourists.
I thought I would give this place another chance after a negative experience a few years ago. After all, how badly could they mess up a cappuccino, I thought. It took them more than ten minutes to make, when the shop was empty of customers, and with bad attitude. Remembered why I disliked them in the first place. They’re certainly not deserving of any other chances.
While the food is good I’ve ordered delivery 3 times and the order is incomplete or wrong every time. No way to reliably get in contact as the phone always goes through to VM. For a place that charges on the high end, more attention to the orders or a working phone would be nice
Ordered a cold brew and bacon egg and cheese sando. The cold brew was good, but the bacon egg and cheese was an utter disgrace. Bacon jam, hard boiled eggs, funky cheese, all on an oily croissant. Disgusting
We grabbed a sparkling water and a matcha the other day from here and I don't think the employees said one word to us. Not even a simple hello. Asking for a bottle opener also received no verbal response. The matcha for $7 was fine but overall I was hoping for more of an enjoyable visit to a local market/coffee shop. Maybe one day I'll give this place another go so I can try one of their sandwiches.
I try to like this place since the sandwiches and soups are good. Coffee tastes burnt but I get their iced matcha since I never have any at home. However they get orders wrong or lose orders and never seem apologetic. They take toooooo long and when I asked for my sandwich which was sitting on the table behind them they roughly handed it to me with half the sandwich falling out. My son was also bouncing a basketball a different day and the employee asked him to stop which makes sense but as we left the cafe my son who is 6 even noticed his attitude and said “I feel sorry for that guy.. he seems like an angry person”. Cheer up guys. Food is great but such a shame the employees suck.
I purchased a matcha latte this past Thursday, was told it was about 6.50, and paid with a credit card. The server rushed me along, and I thought that weird because normally people ask for tips, but I was able to click the screen saying no receipt, my mistake for saving a bit of paper. I just checked my credit card statement and it listed as $8.50. I never agreed to that charge. I tried calling, but the phone number does not connect. I seems like someone put an extra charge on my card without my consent. Be careful and get a receipt.
I agree with most reviews on the quality of the food itself. Yet, I could not justify the price and such a long wait time. BTW, 25 minutes is the time I had to wait for $14 sandwiches. After that dark time, my cold drink from the shop was not cold anymore. Thumbs down. I still think $14 is a tons of pennies for a sandwich from a takeout place with a convenient-store-like interior. I found a sour response from the shop about my higher review for Burger King than them. This is exactly how people can misunderstand a review. Basically, a review is done for a type of restaurants. Burger King can have 5 star for a fast food chain. In the same way, Depanneur can have 2 star for a high end sandwich shop. Sad that the shop did not understand. Sad it undervalue Burger King eaters. BTW, I wrote highly of their food, it is not okay complaining for a long wait time and other things?
My sandwich was tasty enough and ingredients were fresh, but despite the long wait (20+ min for two sandwiches) and the high price ($30 for two small sandwiches), it was made very sloppily. A third of the arugula was all around the outside of the sandwich instead of inside, and only the top half of the sandwich was cut in half - the crispy bread meant it was not possible to tear in half, yet holding the semi-cut sandwich meant much of it was constantly falling off. Not a huge deal, but given the wait, the very high price tag, and the small size of the sandwich, I expected a bit better of a product. We might have also missed some sort of fee/surcharge, because the total came out to a good bit more than subtotal+tax, didn't grab a receipt so didn't notice until later.
😅sandwich taste so bad, Yes of course I can tell you why it is not tasty. it’s like salat drilled in oil with fried egg and avocado is nearly no where to find. Totally it taste just like oil! the only reason I don’t throw it away is that it costs 15$
This place has amazing food but who ever is managing it has a nack for hiring either rude or extremely awkward employees. Not worth the trouble tbh. If you order a sandwich in off hours, expect it to take 15-20 mins. Weekend? Call it in, show up an hour later and hopefully it’s ready.
Ordered two sandwiches, and two diet cokes for $46. Charging $20 for half an egg salad sandwich, and green salad is crazy (and doing the math doesn’t make sense price wise vs ordering these items separately). I opted for the full egg salad at $17 and unfortunately was underwhelmed by the small amount of filling in the sandwich and the lack of seasoning/sauce. For $17 some spicy mayo or jalapeños would improve the sandwich big time. Love the shop, but can’t justify the price for the quality of sandwiches.
Been wanting to try this place for awhile after passing it on the way to Trader Joe’s. I’m glad I did, but was pretty disappointed in the value. I got their chicken sandwich special they had going for fall, in a half sandwich/soup combo that came with chips which came out to around $21 with tax. The workers were friendly and helpful so the service was an overall pleasant experience! When I opened the sandwich (with the packaging making the sandwich look larger than it actually was) I was shocked to see how small it was. You can see the sandwich next to my hand for scale. It’s like they took the smallest pieces from the end of a loaf, and cut that in half. I understand the rent can’t be cheap for this business, but this was pretty disappointing. Ive adjusted to Williamsburg prices and know what to expect, but this is the only time I felt truly ripped off. The chicken salad was great, but I felt like I could get a better bang for my buck at literally and other cafe, bodega, sandwich shop in the area with similar quality. I finished the sandwich in literally 4 bites. The soup I had was a vegetable medley with pasta shells, it was OK! The utensils it came with were eco friendly but the spoon was flat lol I’ve seen the business’s responses to similar experiences as mine, so I know what’s coming. Just wanted to warn others on the portions you’ll be getting here. I do hope this business finds a way to make the portions more fair while continuing to pay their employees a fair wage. I‘ll probably be back to try their beverages, but that’s it
while the sandwiches are quite tasty, no. 4 is yummy, the coffee is absurdly overpriced and the service is very very slow. $6.25 for a 16 oz mid cold brew is overpriced even for Williamsburg’s price point. I waited for over 30 minutes for a sandwich on a Saturday morning. if you really want a sandwich, order ahead WELL in advance and skip the coffee.
Sandwich was good but the portion size is crazy for the price. Any other place that’s $20+ a sandwich has double the meat on larger roles.
Apparently, they stopped serving coffee at 5 PM. Even though they don’t close till seven. They were nice about it. But why start closing up two hours early? It’s a busy neighborhood
The employees seemed half asleep when I ordered two sandwiches. They “lost” the ticket to one of the sandwiches and we waited 20min before they realized. There was no effort to make anything quickly and everyone seemed apathetic and totally dazed. Will not be back.
Cute selection; offensively ridiculous prices. In this age I think it would be appropriate to NOT mark up the “international” groceries (half price at shops 5 min away) by 80-90%. This prays on cultural ignorance and bias. The half-size fish sauce, widely available in markets, costs MORE than the double size bottle elsewhere. How about a modest markup for the location perk and store ambiance. At some point, too high of a markup is just preying on those who don’t know and missing the opportunity to passively educate the community.
I have been coming here since they opened and every time I order online, the order is late and wrong. I placed an order at 10 for pick-up at 11:30. At 11:30 it was not ready. I ordered a sandwich as a salad and they made it a sandwich, they had the wrong sandwich for my husband, and they were out of brownies (I am assuming they had them when I placed the order).so disappointing when you try to plan ahead for a day at the beach and you get there without the lunch you paid for! I need to find a new neighbor place :(
I stopped by the shop today to buy a $4 kombrewcha, (I am a frequent customer, have never had a particularly pleasant experience but always tip) when I went to check out, the gal at the register accused me of stealing an extra can. She asked me to empty out my purse to make sure I wasn’t lying. I indeed DID NOT have one in my purse and she had no remorse for her ludicrous accusation. It’s a bummer to be alienated and I will not come back. Sincerely disappointed with this experience.
Order the #3: “The Fyre Festival”. This single slice of mortadella and mustard took 20 minutes to make and costs $13. Sadly this used to be my favorite sandwich place in the area, not sure what happened.
$20 half sandwich and soup combo is crazy for absolutely nothing. I got the tuna salad sandwich and there's barely any of it on the sandwich and the bread is hard. A joke! Responding to the owner: Thanks for your response. It shows how unruly you are and you shouldn't be running a restaurant. Clearly I'm not the only person who got the combo and was unhappy with it. Good luck.
Been there multiple times. Always have to wait a ridiculous amount of time regardless of what is ordered even if there's no other customers in the stores. On multiple occasions had to wait more than 20 mins for a breakfast bowl to later be told that their ticket printing isn't working correctly. after the 3rd time of getting that excuse from people who clearly have no sense of urgency about them, I'm gonna chalk it up to generally bad management. Its a pity too because the food is pretty good but pricey. Not worth the money and most certainly not worth the time.
I come here almost every day as I work in the neighborhood. I’ve known the staff to be notably short/slow when it comes to their pace of service. I don’t expect anyone to be “nice” persay (because hey it’s nyc). However today was beyond. After accidentally cutting my hand outside on the window seal while peaking in to see if my sandwich was ready, I went inside and asked the barista if they had a bandaid or antiseptic wipe in their first aid kit, I was shocked to be replied to with a simple “no.” before returning back to the register. As a business owner in service myself; the thought of myself or my staff not expressing an ounce of caring when someone in my establishment is injured is unfathomable. Coffee however is amazing and worth it.
$20 for a smallish turkey sandwich is honestly beyond the pale. it was already a bit much at $17. i hope your staff has a generous 401k match with prices in that neighborhood. solid sandwich but let’s get real here.
This one hurts. I’ve been going to Depaneur for years. I always get a coffee, a cookie and a #4. In the last year I’ve witnessed the quality of the sandwiches go down (Less ingredients, smaller sandwiches), and the prices go up by so much. To the point that today I got two sandwiches, two cookies, one medium drip coffee plus tip for $62 USD. SIXTY TWO DOLLARS. It isn’t even about the money at this point. Sandwiches are a simple, down to earth, quick lunch fix that you’ve turned into something more expensive than dinner menu item and frankly, more disappointing.
Not a great place if you’re expecting fast casual/quick service. I waited 20 min for a sandwich with nothing cooked on it at an off peak time. Overpriced even for Williamsburg standard. To be clear: I am happy to pay premium prices for premium quality, this just didn’t match it for me. The owner doesn’t like my reviews but if I was in the area looking for a *quick* place to grab a good sandwich I would love to know this is not the best spot for that. And writing back telling me I don’t understand “what it takes” has just isolated me further as a customer 👍🏼
It's unfortunate that the food here is, indeed, quite good. This is why I keep giving it another try hoping the service will change. Three times in a row now they've gotten my order wrong after I called it in, so then I have to wait another 15 minutes while they make new sandwiches, defeating the purpose of calling ahead. Anyway, today was the final straw, I won't be going back. Idk if my tattoos aren't cool enough for these gen z baristas or if no one is training them in customer service or what. It's baffling. I watched three employees chatting while BOH brought an order up, "two #4 salads" he said. I know that's my order, but I waited for someone to call my name. I then waited for six whole minutes (yes, I timed it. I'm sick of the bad service here so I got petty) while they chatted away. I was the only customer in the store, but they just continued to chat away until finally one noticed me and said "oh I got you" and turned around and handed me the two salads that had been sitting there. Of course I said something about them having been sitting there for 6 minutes and he said "oh it's only been 3 minutes since they came out." and smirked. Oh so you DID notice them?? And chose not to deliver them?? WILD. Again, sucks the food is good because the service makes it just not worth it.
Imagine walking all the way to the store trying to get there before they close and you arrive two minutes before closing time and they won’t let you in to purchase your one item. If you’re looking for community oriented, fine goods grocers, there are plenty of other places to choose from that have normal-to-fantastic customer service. Stores only exist because of customers, and especially overpriced fine retail grocers should be extra conscientious of treating the customers that they have well. On to greener pastures!
Sandwiches are a terrible value. $20 for a Reuben that barely has 3 thin slices of pastrami. Go to Frankels instead. It took well over 20 minutes to be made despite there being only us and one other group inside. Only one employee was making food while the two others stood around chatting.
Stopped in for a latte just before 6 PM on a Wednesday evening and was told there was no espresso available. Very disappointing, especially on a cold winter night when this was the closest option. It felt as though the espresso machine had been cleaned early and they didn’t want to use it again before closing. I understand the desire to wrap up for the night, but closing down the espresso machine more than an hour before the cafe closes is unacceptable. 😡
First photo shows the amount of turkey they claim to put, second is what it actually is. Criminal for a $20 sandwich. I’ve ordered from here a lot and every time the amount of turkey has been decreasing, now it’s literally two slices of deli meat. It tastes good but you can’t screw people like this, not ordering again.
I’ve been coming to Depanneur for the last 2 years and it’s come to a point where the price and service do not justify the quality of the food. My half sandwich + soup combo that costed me $20 included a teeny tiny sandwich (see the photo - I have a very small hand and the half sandwich even smaller than my hand). The portion has gotten so small over the last few months but the price is still very steep. The service of the cashiers and people making the sandwich is also deplorable as they all have such nonchanlent attitude and have no desire to pay attention to the customers - rather they seem to be always chitchatting amongst themselves, distracted most of the time. If you order the sandwich at the counter, it will take as long as 30 minutes just to make a turkey sub even when it’s pretty empty. I don’t think I’ll be coming back unfortunately
$15 for a “breakfast sandwich” — half a boiled egg, single slice of avocado, and slice of melted cheese on a hard croissant … I truly understand the rent might be expensive, but seriously? I’m local, and want to support local, but I felt scammed. Any other corner store or bodega will do in the future. Really hard to believe any of these reviews are true … you must have never travelled or work in an LED-lit office. I hope your employees are being paid a fair wage, and have benefits, too.
