Opiniones de EBBS Brewing Co. Brooklyn
Nice bar. Beer is cold and staff is friendly. What more do you want? Bar food is a little pricey but worth it because it’s actually delicious unlike most bar food. Chairs are comfy. One minor complaint is even though there’s an outside area some folks will complain if you smoke. Kind of defeats the purpose of being outside in my opinion but again a minor nitpick.
A wonderfully relaxing place with great beer and nice people. I hope it will reopen soon.
Great experience with the company today, 👌 Brews on the house and Good laughter. 👍 Conveniently located near mass transit. Wheelchair accessible location. ♿️ pet friendly environment. Comedy shows 🤣 😂 😆 every week. Wide variety of comedians. Food & BEVERAGES available on site.
Great location, with great craft beers. The service is phenomenal. I was lucky enough to be there when it was empty and the staff was friendly, and helpful, going far beyond good service and recommending other great local breweries and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend for a place to just hang out.
I just love the vibe in here. It's sort of like a cozy living room with the arm chairs they have. I like to bring a book and prop up my feet when I can. Good for groups too. Their lager, kolsch, and winter ale are awesome too.
Chic and cozy taproom with convenient subway access, providing a serene getaway from the bustling streets. Our standout feature here is Barrel 2, a distinctive choice that's exclusively available in premium wine-size bottles. For dark beer enthusiasts, you'll exclusively find Stout No.1 in cans, both here and at other locations.
Good beer, I like the open space design. Usually a crowd which is impressive for a new spot. Kinda feel that they overcharge for a grilled cheese (and could lead into a wandering rant) but hey at least it's good quality and they have better chips than the other new bougie bar Thief that uses Ruffles. Seriously, Ruffles in Williamsburg? Anyway, Ebbs beers are reasonably priced so that's what I'd go there for. That and watching weird stuff on their TVs.
Stumbled upon this spot, and I’m so happy I did. Chic, great staff, awesome art and music…and best of all amazing beer. It’ll definitely be my new local watering hole!
This is such a chill brewery! I got a flight to try different beer options. It’s also very dog friendly. It wasn’t busy at all which was great. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. Saw a lot of people come and go and they all seem to know each other.
Nice choice of their own beers over multiple styles - lager, weizen, gose, pale, IPA, stout. A few interesting food choices too - the house kimchi dog was great.
The vibe here is great! The chilliest, coolest group of people hang here. I came here for the first Ambush Comedy Show and it was hilarious. Up and coming comedians who got some cred - Saturday Night Live, Daily Show and other really impressive credits to these comedians names. The bartender was really cool too. My drink was cold and refreshing. The layout was relaxed. Definitely coming back again. Prolly Wednesdays for the comedy show, but this place is packed every day. Enjoy
Great brewery! Dog friendly. Food sold on-site (the chicken lemongrass dumplings with spicy ginger sauce were good) but they don't allow outside food. Tight but good beer selection that had IPAs, a pilsner, kolsch, and several others when I visited. They have a refrigerated area with a well curated selection of bottles and cans to go, with both beer and other things like sake and wine. Clean. Good service. No complaints!
My friends and I visited EBBS for the first time yesterday since we wanted to cash in our free beer tokens. 😁 We arrived at around 5:30 pm on a Saturday and it was packed! Definitely a sign of a great brewery. The space looked like it used to be a big garage so the entrance is wide. Being an IPA fan, I had the IPA No. 1 and I think it's now my favorite IPA of all time!!! I ordered two more after my freebie. In addition, we ordered chicken wings that were surprisingly tasty and with a bit of a bite. I definitely recommend it. Finally there are some boardgames hanging around the brewery, so we picked up Cards Against Humanity and had a blast. I'll definitely come back to EBBS! Pro-tip: It was packed at around 5:30 but by 6:30 to 7 it started clearing out a bit, so if you want a guaranteed seat and not too big of a crowd, perhaps swing by during dinner time.
Light and spacious taproom in the heart of Williamsburg. 8 of their own beers on draft, plus a guest tap (Prairie Artisan Ales at the time of my visit!). They also have a very well curated selection of bottles and cans from other breweries around the US and the world. Bottles and cans can be consumed on premise or taken to go. They also have some non-alcoholic options, like kombucha. Small outdoor seating area for warmer days.
Great spot. Both IPAs are crisp and flavorful. Personally recommend IPA 1. Love that they source their food locally. Try the sausage! Plus, they have a full bar in addition to beer.
The No. 1 Lager, No.1 IPA, & No. 1 Gose were all good. Any one of these of beers is a good choice. The Gose was interesting as they incorporated watermelon into it. They now have a Hefeweizen and a nice double IPA. They also had FiftyFifty Brewing Company's Eclipse Pennut Butter & Honey beer on tap as a guest beer. Being close to the L train's Bedford Avenue station makes this place easy to go to and from. It's also close to the B62 bus lines as well.
Cool little spot within walking distance to our hotel. This place serves beer, wine and cocktails, although most were drinking beer. It was a holiday weekend (July 4th) and super crowded. The gentleman that helped us behind the bar (I so want to give him a shoutout) is THE MAN. Oh my gosh, he did anything and everything…..served drinks, cleaned, fed the pups, even had a few moments to eat his lunch. That place was packed, and he was movin’ and groovin’. I did notice he washed his hands every time he took a bite of his food and grabbed the dog food. Super clean place with cool vibes!
A delightful experience. We wanted to grab a beer after lunch and this open-spaced brewery made our day. The beer was nice and everyone was very chilled and friendly. We are looking forward to visiting again and try out a few more beers. Thank you guys.
Chill vibes great food great atmosphere. Star wars on the TV. great music Great drinks. Service is good and steady. Great spot to play games or visit during a late lunch or brunch or anything you fancy.
Place with great positive energy. very pleasant music and great beers. my highlight goes to west cost IPA. I recommend!
You absolutely need to check out this brewery. A true “brewery” with solid beers in a great space. Had to take some to-go beers so I could try them all!
Awesome food and awesome beer. Super nice staff. 10 out of 10 will go again!

I hosted a 30th birthday party here reserving the back half of the taproom. My experience working with Alex prior to the event phenomenal. He is responsive, attentive to details and very professional. Mason was working on the day of my event and he worked tirelessly to make sure our food kept coming out, cake was secure and ready when I wanted it, kept me updated on our open tabs and truly just went above and beyond to make my event stellar. Both bartenders who were working that afternoon were phenomenal in service and drinks quality. Though ebbs is a brewery, the liquor based drinks were so good. I'd highly recommend anyone to reserve ebbs for an event!

If you like IPAs, this place is not for you. They're low abv. However, the spot is very cozy and chill. What I did appreciate is that they have some food options, and I can imagine taking some of my friends who prefer lagers or pilsner here. This just wouldn't be my first place to drink.
Great place to grab a snack/drink and work. Good wifi and tons of space! Great food options but note it’s available after 4pm
Nice addition to the neighborhood can always use another brewey. Some lagers, IPAs and a stout on tap. I haven't had the food yet but there is a small kitchen for eats too. Good size place to have a few beers.
EBBS Brewing Co. Est. 2021 Layout/atmosphere *Nine seat bar; couches; three TVs; refrigerator for to-go beers; tables on sidewalk Food/drink *Food menu available [when kitchen isn’t open, outside food is allowed] *EBBS IPA No. 3 Session IPA (10 oz draft) - above average; smooth

This place was a very quiet even as I visited on a Friday night. I couldn't get a flight so I just ordered a few beers that seemed good. There were a few people in the brewery as I entered and they left soon after. While the drinks are solid, the vibes felt off.
Great location. Beer was good, refreshing, but nothing spectacular. No flights offered on a Saturday, and staff seemed a little impatient to answer questions regarding what was on tap. Music was loud - club vibes. Perhaps worth a visit if you're in the area, but not what I'm personally into when trying out a craft beer place.
I think I thought it was more of a beer store kind of place than an actual micro brewery which I think is why I’m disappointed . They have TVs which is cool and a chill atmosphere. I just couldn’t get over how bad the selection of beer in the case was they had a Hudson Valley and drowned lands cans but that was the only noteworthy cans. They also had non-alcoholic options which was a plus.
Cool brewery. Great location. Cool bar set up and layout. Wings are the size of my pinky finger. Atmosphere is cool. Food is wack.

Beer looked great, couldn't get a seat though. Lots of empty seats, but they were being reserved by others. The place felt like an episode of Portlandia (a bar with toddlers, dogs, live portraits, dungeons & dragons matches, vintage purse sales, but no place to actually drink). Will grab to go next time.

I've walked past this place all the time during my days out in Williamsburg and thought it would be a great spot to watch the Super Bowl in. I told my group of friends to come for Super Bowl Sunday and I even arrived 5 hours early to buy drinks and find a good spot before it got crowded. Space on the couches in front of the TV to the right of the bar opened up and I literally asked the staff if it would be okay for my friends and I to sit there, to which they said "yes". Then come 30 minutes before kickoff, another staff member comes and places a "reserved" placard on our spot without saying anything to us. When I asked what was the situation, they basically told us to just find another spot despite having initially told us we were cool to sit there. Extremely rude in my honest opinion. Then come kickoff time, the TVs were off sync and my friend kindly went to the bar to ask if during commercial break there would be a possibility to figure out a solution, to which he was bluntly told "we're not a sports bar". It was quite rude again considering they were having a whole special Super Bowl promotion for that night. The beer was unique and solid but the service really turned us off. Haven't been since and wouldn't recommend to be honest.
I was here on Friday and I really wanted to like it. The beer selection was good, cool digs, nice location, but the STAFF. I tried to ask some questions about the beers, knowing little about beer science etc, and I felt like my questions annoyed the staff and the vibe was condescending. I’m an enthusiast for breweries and distilleries and usually the staff is excited to talk about their product. That was NOT my experience here, and I was pretty disappointed that their attitude was so. I can’t think of any reason why, but I couldn’t help that notice I was the only person there that wasn’t white. And that didn’t sit right with me.
Ok beer. Horrible layout and vibe. Chairs/couches are very uncomfortable and random pop ups take up tons of room. Not well thought out for the customer experience.
Whoever owns / operates this business clearly has zero concept of catering to as many crowds as possible to turn a dollar. Unfortunately the exact opposite is the reality here. This business caters to one crowd and you’re likely not in it. Music blasting. Lights bright, the air reeking of frier oil from their kitchen that operates without an exhaust hood. The horrifying Menu with a “slime” cocktail on. I truly could not imagine a place I’d want to be in less. My time here was painful and uncomfortable. Highly recommend avoiding
Place is a joke of a brewery. I ask one of the bartenders if I can buy a 6 pack of cans and drink them in the space says ya no problem. All of sudden I get a tap on the shoulder you can’t do that. You gotta take the beers to go. Real breweries allow you to drink the beers in the tap room/bar. The draft is the definition of mediocre.
