Opiniones de Front Street Pizza Brooklyn
A very happening spot in Brooklyn. They're located just under the bridge. Great portions for a great price. They've got the local Brooklyn lager on draft. The seating can get a bit congested but you won't spend too much time here so it's alright. Massive varieties of food options available. Service is fast. Very very reasonable prices.
The best Pizza ever!! Half pepperoni and half mushrooms, in single ingredients we met that was the best pizza, try a single of pepperoni and you will prove it!!! ⚡🫶🏻🫰🏻
We visited Front Street in June of 2018...The pizza is classic NY thin..(there is a square option which is also delicious).and the pepperoni rolls were to die for...we've tried about 4 or 5 so called "Best pizza" places in NYC on our two trips there, and I can honestly say Front Street is our favorite so far. Right in the heart of Dumbo close to the scenic view of the Manhattan Bridge...Everyone there was incredibly friendly as well. We will be back next time we go to NYC.
Surprised that this place is only rated 4.3 (currently)!!! It’s right next to dumbo, the pizza was amazing and service was great 😊 Would recommend to anyone who’s visiting Brooklyn!
If you search for a real NYC pizza slide, order the chicken-broccoli style on freshly made dough. No guarantee for other styles.
Stumbled upon this place after walking over the Brooklyn Bridge and was not disappointed! The restaurant was busy but the service was fast and the staff was friendly. They serve beer on tap and have other things on the menu like sandwiches and pasta. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and looking for a quick bite.
Awesome pizza by the slice spot right by dumbo. Exactly what you need after walking around and taking in the sights. The thin crust was just the right combo of chewy and crunchy. Service was helpful and quick. Exactly what I was hoping for from my first slice of pizza in Brooklyn
We went to this place and it was fantastic! Everyone was very nice, and it had an incredible amount of food options. I specifically ordered the vegan/gluten-free pizza and was blown away at how good it was. We don’t live too far from New York City so we try to get out there every other month, and I will be sure to be stopping back at this place.
My husband and I visited this pizza spot for couple of slices before walking over the Brooklyn Bridge. The margherita pizza was delicious. Fresh quality ingredients and very tasty. Do not miss this spot. Employees very nice! Will definitely be back. You could smell the garlic knots when you walk in. Rated 5 stars all around. You have to try it out!!! Owner gave us quick directions to the entrance for the Brooklyn Bridge! Very friendly people -we dined outside and enjoyed the pizza and the view!
We wanted a slice of NY pizza. This place didn't disappoint. Busy, but slices were heated quickly, and staff was friendly. We ate outside. Vibrant area for tourists.
After fighting traffic trying to get into Brooklyn, Front Street Pizza was a welcomed relief! This is simply real pizza at a great, non-tourist, price. The thin crust pizza was amazing! And the large pizza is HUGE! Sauce was great, perfect amount of cheese and the toppings were good quality. I loved the sausage pizza (length cut sausage). Atmosphere was very friendly and warm. Staff was great, friendly, but also intent on their job. You seat yourself and grab your own food once its ready. Highly recommend. Can't wait to return the next time I visit the are this summer.
Loved this place. After walking the Brooklyn Bridge from Manhattan, we were looking for a quick bite. Found Front Street in a super cool location just a few steps from the Bridge. Staff were awesome - both at the register and cooking the pizzas - and we had some excellent slices. Highly recommended.
This place had a line when I came in and I expected to be there a while... but they move quick! I ordered a slice of peperoni and it was like a classic slice of peperoni pizza. I've gone to a decent amount of pizza places and it definitely has it's unique taste. Nothing that will blow you away but definitely better than the $1 NY pizza you see around.
I honestly didn't eat here but the pizza aroma was unforgettable and I would definitely go.
Gluten free pizza heaven. Best pizza ever! And perfect spot to sit and people watch
My first time to Brooklyn. I walked across the bridge and came to Front Street pizza based on all the great reviews. I had 2 'grandma' slices and a Brooklyn Lager on draft. BEST slice I've ever had!! Perfect crust, perfect sauce and perfect amount of cheese. And the guys behind the counter were so welcoming and helpful!! Food and service totally made my day!!! Thank you!!
Great ny style pizza for lunch! We ordered a pepperoni and hawaiian slice for starters. We also got a philly cheesesteak with everything and two fountain drinks. The pizza was really tasty. They reheat it for you in their oven! The philly cheesesteak was just scrumptious from first to last bite. I would recommend this place. Will be back when we are in NY.
Really good pizza (crisp chewy base that you can easily bite off), tons of options including ones with vegan cheese and gluten free ones. Prices are decent except, for the speciality slices, which are a bit higher than most at $6 but it was worth it (The works slice was phenomenal with tons of toppings). Ample indoor seating and the outdoor seating has a perfect view of the Manhattan bridge. Paying with cash gets you a 4% discount. They also have calzones, rolls, appetizers and even wine.
Their pastrami and mozzarella sandwich was absolutely delicious. Beautifully fresh bread and such good value for money - packed with loads of meat and cheese! Would highly recommend. Enough for 2 to share.
We've finally checked another few items off our bucket list...a pizza that a lot of our friends have as the benchmark of pizza Front Street didn't disappoint! We got their version of the supreme which was A-MAY-ZING! Crust wasn't too soggy. Crisp but chewy. Toppings were fresh. Sauce was perfect. Amazing flavor. Service was fast and friendly. We have happy bellys tonight 😁 Can't wait to go again someday!
Best pizza I’ve had thus far in New York area. Nice and crisp and sauce had great flavor that wasn’t overpowering. Good atmosphere with tables inside and out. Great spot in Dumbo.
As a New Yorker I get asked where I think the best pizza in the city is. I always unashamedly direct people to head here to front street pizza. It’s an amazing pizza in the DUMBO district, I very much love coming here. I live in the city so generally it can be a long commute but it is worth it and gives me an excuse to head to my home borough of Brooklyn, for pizza if anything. It can be pricey but the quality merits the price. I highly recommend this pizza joint for great slices and high quality ingredients. You won’t regret it. Already hungry, may head there today lol.
Was here with my daughter last month after walking the bridge. Wandered the neighborhood to find a place to eat and just grabbed this by chance. Best fettucine alfredo with chicken we've ever had. Wish I wouldn't have gotten my own entree because it was more than enough to feed both of us. I had gotten a burger. It was okay. Nothing special. Great service. Very nice gentleman working very efficiently to keep tables cleared as it was very busy. Will be back when we are there next time!
Fast, friendly service with a welcoming environment near the base of the Brooklyn Bridge. Homemade lemonade was a plus after walking across the bridge. Several varieties of awesome pizza by the slice. The eggplant pinwheels were a hit with the family. I was impressed that my chicken salad was made to order. We will be back...next time we walk across the Brooklyn Bridge... ツ
I stoped by bc I needed a quick bite as I was walking around this side of Brooklyn. Ya know the deal, I went in and asked for chicken parmesan on a roll!! It was the best one I’ve ever had! My first time in Brooklyn. I bought a roll & a large essentia water it came out to be 21$.
Stopped by for slice after exploring the area, and it hit the spot!! The slices are huge and taste great. They also had a ton of menu options other than pizza that I want to try another time. I’ll definitely be back.
First off, prime location and large dining room. Secondly, it’s always a positive sign when they’re making pizzas fresh in house. Third, was a delight to spend less than 30 bucks for 4 slices and 4 waters (which has cost double+ in the city across the water) ….the forth part is that we all enjoyed our slice. I ordered the spinach pizza, and it has the most robust spinach and flavor than the others I’ve had in the city. Lastly…I would just warn that you check the chairs before sitting. I almost fell over in the first chair I sat in, but even the second chair I grabbed was very wobbly and loose….Im sure they can grab a screwdriver and tighten up the seats. Nonetheless, tasty pizza, solid location, and friendly service.
A great wee place . There is no table service You order at the counter and they give you a ticket . Then they call out your number and you collect your food. It was a busy place which is always a good sign. I was had an amazing Hawaiian pizza slice, tasty 😋. My daughter has a gluten free pizza which she said was the best gluten free pizza she had ever eaten. Considering how busy it was service was relatively quick
After exploring DUMBO, we headed to Front Street Pizza for some brunch, and it was a great choice! Be warned: their pizzas are absolutely massive. Seriously, for an adult male, two slices are more than enough to fill you up. Think Costco pizza size for a whole pie – it's huge! We almost ordered a full pizza, but luckily, we decided to get just a couple of slices each, which was definitely the right call. The pizza itself was delicious, hitting all the right notes. Plus, the place has a relaxed atmosphere, with the added bonus of outdoor terrace seating, which is perfect for enjoying your meal while soaking in the DUMBO vibes. If you're in the area and craving some seriously satisfying pizza with generous portions, Front Street Pizza is definitely worth a stop.
This pizza spot is special and really well located. The service is super quick and efficient, so if you’re looking to hang out for a long time, it might not be the best fit — but it’s perfect for visitors who need to grab a good meal and keep exploring. The staff is awesome, really friendly, and their gluten-free option is solid too!
I don’t know how I haven’t written a review about this place! The best part? I’ve been here many times and each time I swear it’s better than the last. It is one of our favorites places to go for pizza while visiting the city. Over the years, I’ve tried their cheese, pepperoni, supreme, buffalo chicken and many more and I’ve never had a slice I didn’t like. Their garlic knots are a must and are affordable for 1 order. Overall, pricing is great. The worst part? If you get there too late, you might miss out of certain flavors so try to get there earlier. Also, this place is popular so it can get busy and kinda messy. We sat at a table that hadn’t been cleaned but we were just happy to find a spot.
Seems like a small family restaurant. Pizza was great! Ordered the meat lovers and staff were nice. It is a big slice but I did end up eating it all. My daughter got the normal pepperoni and husband …

Sightseeing in the area and being from uk this seemed like the perfect place to try Brooklyn pizza……..it was good !!! Perfect setting and delicious tasting hot pizza slice.
Super friendly staff serving tasty pizza in a really cool location in Brooklyn. Oh yeah, and they have a deli serving a wide selection of sandwiches.
Great pizza and good value. Classic NY style pizza with lots of options by the slice. Grab a slice, have a seat at a table on Washington Ave with the classic Manhattan Bridge view and enjoy!
We grabbed a slice when we were down in Dumbo. We didn't want to eat inside as the view was too great, it was no problem for us to take the pizza trays out with us as long as we returned them when …
Fantastic pizza for a quick bite. Really well priced for ny also. A proper NY pizza joint and really good location just next to dumbo and Brooklyn bridge
Best pizza so Far. I can’t tell you enough how the art of good nyc pizza felt like a hopeless search. This is genuine! It’s hot the service is great and it’s in the heart of dumbo.

This place is a family business and it has a great recipe on their sauce. Really you have to order the margarita pizza... delicious two thumbs up!

In my case I chose to eat only pizza and it was fine. It is a very good pizza but it is not the best you will try. The people who work here are very friendly. The space is not very nice but for making “pizza on the go” I think it is very good. The best of all is that it is very well located in a space to take good photos of the bridge.
For better or worse, the restaurant is very New York-like. The shop staff were very friendly. The pizza is insanely large and the price is reasonable, but the flavor is strong and not something I would recommend for children. The dressing of the Caesar salad is too much, especially for us. There was a sign that said Wi-Fi was available, but it was not.
We really enjoyed this pasta and pizza place. We ordered penne with tomato sauce and tortellini with cheese. The tortellini was amazing, my kiddo kept eating off my plate. The penne was okay. Very plain tomato sauce. But it was good for kids with a picky palette. Kid liked it, although kept stealing my tortellini, so maybe liked the tortellini better. Good atmosphere, we found a little corner booth. I only wish the dry bun on the side was toasted garlic bread. The washroom needs some work. Door needs to be replaced and toilet did not flush. This was my only complaint, and not a reason to not go. Just be prepared.
Great pizza and coffee...but alas not many seats inside. Also staff member hurried us out from our seats before we had finished our lunch
Overall good NYC pizza. Lots of variety to choose from. Served on small pizza trays which is a nice touch. Very touristy and the ordering and payment is a little confusing but otherwise it your in the area you can't go wrong! Definitely tourist pricing!
This pizza spot is convenient because it’s at the end of a closed off street and across the street from a grocery store. There is a lot of staff to help, about 7+ men taking orders behind the counter. I started the day with one slice, they cooked it exactly how I asked. Though, $4 felt expensive. Then, I ordered 10 pies for a listening party. This was a little over $217 after taxes… ALL the pizza was enjoyed! 🫡🤗 so it must’ve been good!!! Tips: Leave the delivery men an address and your phone number. Order for pickup if you’re worried about waiting more than 4 minutes.
Had a sausage slice & a peroni beer, the pizza was very good. The worker with the earring in his ear was really not friendly, very cold like he didn’t want to be there. Located 2 blocks from Bridge Park. They had other food to order besides pizza. Bathroom had a line for the men’s, as people that didn’t order or eat there walked in used the bathroom & walk back out even though there’s signs saying restrooms for customers only. Would get pizza there again.
Pizza was good. Ordering process a bit confusing. You line up but it's not clear where the line starts. Slices came out fairly fast. Find seats if you can. Overall decent though.
Looking for a solidly good slice in Dumbo—Front Street Pizza is a good place to enjoy a variety of pizzas, sandwiches, and more. only had the pizza and it is classic NYC slice, thin firm crust, thin layer of sauce, and melty mozzarella cheese. had a pepperoni slice and a plain slice it’s not amazing or the best but it’s good when you need a casual spot to grab some eats. there is also beer by the fan if you need an adult beverage. there is a good amount of seating inside. the space is mostly clean. the interior can get a little messy when it’s busy but other than that it’s maintained well. staff is very New York but friendly enough. Front Street Pizza is near the Brooklyn Bridge as well as Manhattan Bridge—i actually inhaled my slices as i crossed the Manhattan Bridge. pizza calories + great view…what else could one want in life?!?
We stopped by Front Street Pizza while exploring NYC for a long weekend. I'm not sure if this place is considered a tourist trap but we really enjoyed the pizza. You can buy pizza by the slice here with many different flavor options and ordering/receiving your food is very quick. Plenty of indoor seating and limited outdoor seating. They also have a bathroom as well.

My fiancé and I live just a few blocks away and decided to treat ourselves to pizza on a Friday night. The reviews for Front Street Pizza seemed pretty solid, so we figured we’d give it a try. When he got there, he realized it would actually be cheaper to have the pie delivered—something we didn’t expect but appreciated. He placed the order for a large pie, gave our info, and although there was a little confusion at the counter about the timing, the guy said it would be about 20 minutes. The delivery was right on time with no issues, which was great. When we opened the box, the first thing we noticed was how heavy the cheese was—like, really heavy. While I know some people love that kind of cheese load, it just wasn’t our thing. On top of that, it was super greasy, which made it feel a bit off. Maybe we caught them on an off day, or maybe the staff had been working long hours—it happens. But it felt rushed and slightly undercooked. I’m used to pizza being cooked a little longer with a better balance of sauce and cheese—unless I ask for extra cheese. All in all, it wasn’t for us, but everyone has different tastes. Maybe some folks are into that kind of pizza, but personally, I’d probably try somewhere else next time.
Decent pizza and I like the pinwheels but they have added a new ordering system that is slower and much less user friendly and also started adding a 15% automatic tip which is not cool given not great service. Zero vibe!
I suppose people only consider this as an option because it’s conveniently located right in front of the DUMBO Manhattan Bridge viewpoint. However, their slice of pizza is nothing special; it’s just like any other slice, slightly more bland. Be prepared for the service staff to get frustrated if you have to repeat your order number twice.
Literally just had lunch here march 4 2026 at 3:57pm and some lady had her kids bare butt on the table changing his diaper and not a single word from any of the staff. If you come here might want to sanitize the table before you eat.

overpriced since it’s located on Instagram Alley. dumbo needs another pizza option bad! they told us the price on the phone, then ended up charging way more
Ordered 1 large pizza and a 2 liter soda for delivery. I could not eat it. It was too salty. It was terrible. Also , it cost more than I'd expect $42.00 for a pie and soda delivered without tip. Will not do business with this place again.
Girl at the cashier was rude. Pizza was not that tasty. Sauce tasted like spaghetti sauce instead of actual pizza sauce. It’s in a prime location so people probably go there for that reason but I definitely have had better. I wouldn’t go there again though.
Still can't stand this place and the quality has dropped drastically due to them getting arrogant thanks to tourists. If someone places an order over the phone why are they still waiting extended p…
Rude service. My wife was in line to go in the bathroom, and I got chewed out by an employee for going to take her jacket. There was no one in the men's line so I don't think she could have reasonably thought that I was cutting. The pizza was very ok.
The pizza was okay, but the service was shockingly rude. I’ve lived in New York for two years and don’t recall ever experiencing anything quite like this. One staff member in particular was incredibly aggressive toward my elderly parents. At one point, he even approached my father — who had just washed his hands before eating — and told him to follow him back to the bathroom to clean the toilet. Our order was delayed in the kitchen, so we didn’t receive our food until about 10 minutes before closing. Immediately afterward, the same staff member came over to tell us we had only 10 minutes to eat. Throughout our meal, he repeatedly returned to the table, warning us we had 5 minutes left to finish. It wasn’t our fault that the kitchen delayed the food, and despite the harassment, we finished in under 15 minutes. The entire experience was unpleasant and unnecessarily hostile. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
Besides this being the most disappointing pizza I’ve had in years, the place is crowded with tourists ordering everything from cappuccinos to French fries and the service is insanely slow. Step it up Front Street. Just because you have a monopoly on slices in Dumbo doesn’t mean you should serve garbage.
I recently visited Front street pizza by mistake and had one of the most disappointing dining experiences. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the place was poorly managed. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, taking forever to take my order despite the place not being busy. When my “cheeseburger” finally arrived, it was a major letdown. The bun was stale and cheap, the patty was overcooked, tasteless and dry, and the no cheese at all. To make matters worse, the toppings were sparse and didn’t seem fresh. The lettuce was wilted, and the tomato slices were thick and flavorless. And expect to be charged extra 1 buck for lettuce and tomato. The side cheese fries on the side were cold and soggy, lacking any seasoning or crispiness and cheese microwaved i suppose. Overall, the food was subpar and not worth the price. Save your time and money and go somewhere else if you’re craving a proper meal. Whoever says that food is good here, please check your taste buds. Totally turist trap.
The pizza is fine, not great, but the reason for the 1 star review is we were charged a "stay upcharge" for 10 percent! I have never in my 20+ years in NYC been charged by a pizza joint for sitting down and eating my pizza. You would think for that they would at least have servers bring you your pizza. But no, you still have to go get it and clean up after yourself. This place should be embarrassed. I understand a delivery upcharge, but a charge for staying?!
unfortunately the worst pizza i’ve had, ever. was super busy on a sunday at 3:30pm and staff were not pleasant. pizza was burnt to a crisp, forced myself to eat it as i was starving but couldn’t finish, lacked flavour, hardly even warm, usually love the crust but everything was just way too crispy, really hard to find a positive
I ordered the Hero Eggplant Hot Sandwich, and the service was very disappointing. When I went to pick up my food, the cook made a smart remark saying my sandwich had been ready. When I asked “excuse me?” he pretended not to hear me and then said out loud “oh 97.” Before that, I had been asking multiple staff members where my food was, and no one seemed to know, just kept referring me to the end of the line. It was frustrating and unprofessional, especially since I was just trying to find my order. The sandwich itself was fine, but the way I was treated really ruined the experience.
