Great food & I prefer this location over the Manhattan location. Even though both are really good & food taste the same. I just feel like this location feel more homey & the ambiance is nicer. It feels more warm and welcoming & less congested.
He came so fast!!! and he dropped it off straight at my door.
I got their crab broil with crab and shrimp. It was delicious and PLENTY of food. Worth the money and the food was ready for pickup and my order was correct. Definitely recommend I will be back to try their drinks and other options.
Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The food always tastes fresh and delicious! Also the drinks are great, never feel watered down. The decor and music are always a vibe I always recommend this place and bring friends!
I ordered the crab boil, came with corn & potato and, I ordered a side of garlic noodles which was really good. The Louisiana medium sauce and Lemon pepper medium sauce are my fav. I’ve tried the mild Louisiana sauce too but it didn’t have enough kick to it for me and, not enough sauce in the bag like the medium does. I’ve only ordered take out but the service has been great every time. The staff are really friendly and they remember you. The food was always fresh, good and nice size portions. I’ve also had the fish & chips w/ lemon pepper fries and cole slaw umm so good. Everything was well seasoned and flavorful.
The food was good but most of the clams shells were empty . I love the garlic lemon sauce.
Food was really good. I took my grandma on a dinner date and the place is small but nice. service was very quick and efficient a little rushed but we came a hour before close and as a bartender/server myself i understand. We mixed 4 options 2 shrimp and 2 snow crab and got a free order of snow crab mixed in. The lousiana sauce is very good. The meal was delicious and very messy in the best of ways. We had a great time only downside was no drinks but they are waiting on the liqour license so its understanble if your wondering if you should try it definitely walk in and give it a try. Good Luck Capt Loui welcome to the neighborhood!!!
Hi. I’ve had my fair share of experiences at seafood boils at places such as crab du jour and crab du jour. However I always thought that they were lacking in their quality of seafood. Me and my good friend and my other good friends went to try Captain Louie for the first time tonight and we were all amazed at the quality of the crab especially in our seafood boil. We loved their options for sides their expensive menu for people that don’t even eat seafood. Our waiter Kay was very lovely, hi very encouraged and kept checking up on us to fill our waters. She also had a delightful cheery tone that is one that others would appreciate when going out to find dine.
I loved this place! Our waiter was so attentive. Food was great. I highly recommend putting some garlic noodle on your plate then eating seafood over the noodle. The sauce would drop from the seafood to your noodle. This will make your noodle absolutely delicious!
The absolute Best Seafood Boil in Brooklyn! I've had clams, snow crab legs, shrimps and the blue crabs all out of this world in the Lemon Pepper sauce. The garlic noodles are fantastic as well as the Lemon Pepper fries. Service was great. Great place to take the family if your seafood lovers.
Best seafood Boil I had in a very long time Order online good portions will have to come sit down and tear these crabs up in person one day
We loooovvve Capt Loui's! Good food, insanely good lemonade and the funnel sticks are delicious. It's our go-to for when we visit the area. The best part is the hospitality! Our waitress remembers us every time and the staff is super friendly. Just love this place!
I hadn’t had Cap’t Loui in a while and was craving their cap’t loui sauce. My order was perfect. I had the king crab & crawfish with garlic noodles. Everything tasted delicious and fresh. My crawfish tasted fresh not frozen which was a nice surprise. The portion of the king crab was nice as well. I also appreciated that they used fresh sweet corn. Everywhere else I’ve ordered from in the area uses frozen corn and low quality seafood. I was super happy with my order and will order again soon.
Amazing staff and fire ass food ❤️❤️
LOVE CAPT LOUI! I come here all the time and the food is always delicious and they always have amazing service. If you are ever looking for a good seafood spot, this is the place to go.
Excellent seafood boil! Portion sizes were great and the Cap’t Loui sauce is SO good. This is a must go!
We had a great waiter named Ian who helped as soon as we walked in! They also had good seafood and good sides.
This is the spot to visit when you're craving seafood😊 omg this is by far one of my favorite seafood restaurants out of the many seafood restaurants I've been to, and not only is the food delicious their customer service is outstanding. I can wait to visit again 🥳 if you are reading this i highly recommend 💯
I got it hot; the spice didn't take the flavor away. I wish I had even more of their garlic noodles and calamari so if I ever go ill ask for bigger portions. Very good 👍👏👌
Shout out to our waiter Paul, who was super attentive. Food was AMAZING and fresh. Garlic noodles were also soooo good as a side with my boiler combo. Definitely 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for something simple, tasteful and ambiance is cute for a seafood night with friends or significant other.
It was an absolutely fantastic experience. The crawfish and shrimps were very tasty with the Cajun Sauce, the fries also nice and crispy. I enjoyed the margarita. The service was lovely and attentive. All in all 10/10 my partner and I enjoyed our first seafood boil a lot.
One of The Best seafood broils in NY if not the best. Ordered from here many times and each time the food was fresh and flavourful. It's our family's go-to when we're craving seafood broil. Highly recommend this place
absolutely love this restaurant! i was introduced to it and crave it all the time. the service is amazing and the staff are so pleasant and greet you with a big smile! food is always on point and they actually put enough sauce in the bag to keep the food moist! would recommend this place to everyone.
Great food. Service was ok, but not great - got the wrong drink delivered, no cutlery until after the food arrived, and, despite asking about dessert at the start when ordering, our bill was delivered with us asking for it, so we didn't get the chance to order beignets.
My favorite place for seafood in Brooklyn if I can’t get to city island and need some seafood asap they never seem to disappoint!! The garlic noodles are a hit and the oysters are good I would recommend the drinks in the pouch not sure what flavor I got but it was a pink color also shout out to charles! Very attentive and made our night great
My friend and I came here and shared a boil bag. We got two lbs of the king crab legs, a lb of head on shrimp, and since that was 3 items we chose a free add-on of mussels. The Capt Loui sauce was delicious with medium spice! The crab legs were already cut which helped us get the meat out easier without all the hassle of cracking them. The food was delicious and the service was great as well. We will definitely be back!
Had to go Usually go to the Montclair location in Jersey but the consistency of the taste is definitely there…. Those Garlic Noodles !!!!! Wowwwww
My sister and I went there and the food was awesome. The green drink in the pouch was strong. Great service. I will dedicate patronize this establishment.
Arkar was the best server ever (10/10 service)!! He was super friendly and helpful when we had questions about the menu. We got the 4 lb with 3 slides - was such a great deal and we will definitely be back
This is one of my absolute favorite places to date myself and bring friends and family to enjoy as well. I am a long-time customer, and Nai was my absolute favorite! Although she's no longer there, the customer service remains the same. TOP NOTCH
The staff is very attentive and super kind! It is hard to find a business with such great staff nowadays. This is a nice place to meet up with friends to catch up.
Went to Cap't Loui - Cajun Seafood Boil restaurant in New York for a seafood feast. Ordered the 4 lbs seafood boil combo packed with bold flavors. Everything was fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Also tried the lobster roll with crispy fries on the side. Finished with oysters that were clean and delicious. Ended with their yummy desserts. A satisfying seafood experience worth every bite.
I come here for my seafood boils and they do not disappoint. I usually get the shrimp, mussels, boiled egg, sausage and noodles in my bag. When I tell youuu, it's perfectly seasoned. The portion size is perfect as well. I used to get the crab legs but honestly it turns out to be too much. I can't eat all the bag in 1 serving and don't want to waste anything. I love this place
My meal here was worth the visit. The people here work as a cohesive team. The food works well alongside good service. The meals delivered more than I hoped for. This place merits checking out.
Delicious Cajun seafood with casual vibes. We got 1 pound of shrimp + 1 pound of snow crab legs + Cajun fries + garlic noodles + lemonade between two people. The portions were perfect - we ate everything. The garlic noodles were so delicious (both by themselves and dipped in the captain loui sauce). Most people seem to order to go, as we saw lots of delivery drivers pick up online orders. But we enjoyed dining in as the food came out fast and was still hot. The only complaint is that the customers sitting next to us were loud, watching TikTok videos in full volume. Other than that, we loved the quick and friendly service and yummy food!
Great service and the people here are very pleasant. They offer hand wipes and mouthwash in the bathroom. It’s really clean and the food is to die for. I would go back everyday if I could
The food and service combined to create something special. Their crew offers warmth without sacrificing watchfulness. The meal sizes here satisfy with excellent flavors. Five stars seems inadequate for this exceptional place. This place ensures quality experiences.
The entire concept delivers on its promises. I keep returning to Cap't Loui Brooklyn - Cajun Seafood Boil for the tasty meals and attentive workers. The experience was ideal in every way. The serving size worked well for sharing. I'm already thinking about my next meal here.
Got the 2 seafoods shrimp head on/ snow crab and one free side being sausage. The fried calamari plate with lemon pepper fries. Ordered for pickup with getsauce.com at first I was sketchy but our order was completed fast and correct. My dad loves his seafood boil 😭 and I liked the calamari. It was a huge bag with potatoes and corn. The sauce was spicy and hot. 100 percent recommend my total came to $81 with charges for ordering for pick up. The seafood boil separately was $54. Good price.
Been coming since the start of them. Local gem for fresh and tasty seafood. Special request is Shrimp head off Capt. Loui Sauce, Medium with only corn, no potatoes. Side of either Garlic noodles or Cajun fries. Birthday or Dessert Special is Churros with Ice Cream. My first Churro experience was here. A total recommendation. Just so you know the drinks are good and they hit. At the end of your experience they provide listerine and floss for the removal of garlic on the mouth. A total recommendation, unpaid but tasty and enjoyable. Customer Service is always great, friendly. No delivery, head in and eat there or take out.
This place was amazing. Our server Paul I can't praise enough. He was so attentive and sweet. Made our first time a great experience. The food is definitely a 10 out 10. The shrimp basket was so good, drinks were tasty. The boil forget about it...... amazing. Thank you again to Paul our server for being so awesome. We will be back soon for sure.
Words cannot express the satisfaction and most delicious seafood experience I have received in a long time. EVERYTHING is fiercely delectable. My first time vist, but definitely not my last. The waitresses are beautiful, hospitable and accommodating. I enjoyed the entire Capt Loui experience. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Lovely place for a nice bite ... portion size was quite large and the drinks were really good as well. Not to mention the decor was spot on, created a really nice ambiance.. (see pictures, don’t mind my greediness btw Lolzz). Also shout out to the server, she was very attentive and helpful.
Overall, this is a great place to get boils or fried seafood. The food was all very good and the flavor of the Louisiana sauce was perfect! The service was very good as well. Putting the drinks in pouches is clever and it was very tasty! All of our hot food came out quickly and hot. The only thing that was a little weird is digging through the bag to get at the food. I’ve been to other places that put the bag in a bowl and wrap the bag around it, so it’s more open and a better presentation. Will definitely be back to try other boils and drinks!
I Normally Go To The Broadway Location And Have Been Going There For Almost 2 Years Now Being That It's Closer To My House. However, Since Covid Started I Haven't Ordered Because Hectic Wait Times. My Husband Does Deliveries And Was Out In Brooklyn And Told Me He Passed By This Location So We Decided To Give This Location A Try. This Place Is Just As Good As The Broadway Location So I Was Really Pleased By That. I Was Afraid That It Was Going To Taste Different. I Normally Order The Pick 2 Boiler Combo With Free Garlic Noodles In The CaptLoui Sauce In Hot. This Time I Ordered The Pick 4 Combo With Free Snow Crab And Garlic Noodles In The Capt Loui Sauce And Hot. The Food Was So Delicious, Spicy And Juicy Just Like I Was Craving.. My Only Reason For 4 Stars Is Because Their Crab Legs Here Are A Lot Smaller Than The Broadway Location, Outside Everything Was Perfect.
Ordered from here on a weekend trip in Brooklyn because I was craving seafood. Ordered fried shrimp, cajun fries, soft shell crab and lemon pepper fries. I enjoyed the shrimp and the lemon pepper fries. However, the soft shell crab was was pretty plain and the cajun fries were too spicy for me (some people may like that but I did not). The portions were also a bit small. I cant say that I was full afterwards. I would order again but I would order more food and I would not get the soft shell crab or cajun fries again.
Visit here was well worth it. Customer service was great, drinks was very good(lychee capri), food was so good and flavorful and they give more than enough portions. I hope they continue this flow they are on because i will make it my go to for now on.
I was considering giving this place 3 stars. The truth is the food is consistently good. I've been here four/ five times already. The service, however, is insanely slow. The staff is friendly but there just are not enough people working in the restaurant. One person to bus, do drinks, serve food, and take to go orders during dinner hour?!?
I enjoyed my shrimp basket. The garlic noodles & coleslaw was delicious as well. The only thing I didn't like was my cocktail, but the waitress was really nice, & tried to fix my drink. I will be going back.
A fun find tucked right next to Fort Greene. There is a cajun theme through and through. Food was tasty (in my northerner opinion), service was friendly. Prices are on par for NYC so things can get expensive but it is a nice treat. Definitely would recommend this for anyone craving cajun seafood boil.
Decided to pop in yesterday.....the Louisiana sauce is amazing the shrimp are really good.....the only thing I wouldn’t get again are the snow crab legs.... they were so small....I usually order king but was told I would only get two pieces....definitely would come here again for the Shrimp....thanks!
Food was tasty; Service was impeccable...the server even let us know when we over-tipped, as our tip was already included in our bill; the atmosphere is nice! A great time was had overall, you'll like it!
I had the crayfish boil which gave me my first experience eating Chinese crayfish, since I only had crayfish gumbo in New Orleans when I lived there I grew to love crayfish but the new Orleans crayfish taste Way better, now if I never had eaten crayfish before I would probably say they taste better then I now know they do, but it's hard enough to even get crayfish in New York so for New York crayfish they're a 10.
Food was great! Excellent flavor! The potatoes were super tiny and I wish I got more.
Food flavour amazing. Went here 3 times in a row. 1st time was best great food great service had lunch special seafood boiled. 2nd time the service was very bad, got order wrong and argued with customer - still food was amazing had lobster. Third time prawns over cooked. Overall I would recommend because the flavour of the Cap’t sauce and good value for money.
Close to my house so I was so excited. The food was great. I got the crab leg boil with shrimp head on it came with corn potatoes and you can choose between garlic noodles and fries. I got the garlic noodles. The garlic noodles were amazing!!! I also ordered the caprisun I can’t remember the name but it was the red one. The caprisun was to sour and didn’t have enough vodka. I gave 3 stars because I went there 3 times and every time the crab legs were smaller and smaller.!! The last time I went I had to send my order back because the crab legs were entirely to small. They will have to get a better shipment or I will make the travel to the boil because this is ridiculous. Everything else was great. The flavor was awesome. I will give them one more try in about 3 months to see if they have improved because they are so close to home. I will update you then!!
This should be a 5. The servers were polite and accommodating. The boil was excellent- I think the Louisiana sauce is one of the most flavorful I've had (and I like crab boils). Why the 3 stars? They don't give you utensils. Just a plastic fork. Nothing to Crack along the legs and nothing to pick the meat. When I asked for a metal fork, they were in a state of shock, and hand washed a fork from back of house, just for me. Give your customers the right tools. It's a sad state when Red Lobster has you beat. Ps: also a good idea to provide wet wipes to customers.
Came here for a post birthday dinner. Mediocre seafood boil. Potatoes weren't cooked enough and the lobster was a bit overcooked. Asked for hot sauce and the server brought a practically empty bottle of Tabasco to the table. The wings weren't flavored but good. Lemon pepper fries were okay. The capri sun style drinks were good and strong.
Overall an enjoyable dining experience, but there's a lack of organization that detracts from the otherwise decent service & tasty food. Ordered the snow crab legs- our server Wint kay was wonderfully polite & as attentive as he could be. Unfortunately the place was terribly understaffed, which made his lack of experience (it was very obvious he was new to the job) all the more apparent. The owner needs to hire more servers plus a better bartender- the one guy who was tending bar was completely aloof, airheaded and annoying. It seems like this place is still getting its act together. Until then, we won't be returning.
Was stoked to have a seafood spot that I could walk, I ordered snow crab leg with corn, potatoes, and sausage, I got my crab legs, teenie tiny potato, a bit of corn on the cob and no sausage, how they forgot when it was me and a friend the only patron there. Excitement when I see the bucket as I have a weakness for seafood, my sauce was Louisiana so I'm expecting some heat, but disappointed, nothing but salt and garlic, butter every where. I'll try one more time before i keep my own seafood boil.
1st and last time going here. I met some friends here to grab a bite (they picked it from places online). I live in New York, they were visiting. We were screaming to talk over the music, I joined them and we barely got service the whole time we were there, even though there was only one other table aside from ours occupied. My friends said their meals were mediocre and mine was alright. When I asked for beignets I really wanted that were on their in-person menu, as well as their online menu, they said they didn't have them....
The server was good, we were the only ones there lol. The happy hour shrimp and calamari were ok. The signature boil sauce was horrible! I took my seafood bag home rinsed the sauce off n made my own
The food here use to be very good, with great seasoning, the right temperature etc… I don’t know what happened however for the past year it’s been going down hill. The food isn’t as good, I don’t know if it’s because of the new people in there or what. Btw online when ordering it states it’s a black owned business however it’s not, the whole staffing has changed and since then the food is different, the food is rushed and undercooked. I must say the host is very welcoming; that’s the only plus! You guys have to revamp your menu, and revamp your staff. Lastly the location in Harlem is so much better!!!
It was my mother’s birthday and I wanted to take her somewhere that offered good food and drinks and after being recommended this place a few weeks ago by a friend I decided to give it a try. I also thought it was a plus that it was local since I am a Bedstuy resident. This place op was at 4 which I also thought was a place because most places like it open at 5. Well this place should consider opening up at 5 like everyone else! They opened about 15 minutes late because they didn’t have any servers. By the time they did open a small crowd formed outside and it was too much for one server to keep up with. She took our orders and although for the most part she tried to remain patient as she took table orders and digital orders, at some point it began to be too much for her; understandingly so. my mom and I ordered drinks , and appetizer and two boils. The boils came first , and half way into our meal our basket of wings came. When we got the wings my mom ate off of one and we realized it wasn’t cooked. We tell our server and she takes them back to the kitchen. Instead of dropping a new order of wings they drop the same order of wings including the one my mom visibly ate off of and then the server comes and drops it back at our table. In the midst of all of this we still haven’t received our drinks and we are more than halfway through our meal. Not to mention the head off shrimp option offers you these tiny shrimp that it’s obnoxiously priced “16.95” and the clams didn’t have all the beards cleaned off of them and the oysters were overcooked. Back to these wings, the manager interestingly enough comes to our table and a express to him the issue with the wings and ask him to remove the from our check and do not bother dropping a fresh batch because at this point they aren’t wanted.not to mention we still haven’t received our drinks. When we finally do receive our drinks the meal is pretty much over and the disdain for this place is real. The lemon pepper fries were bomb and so was the drinks when we finally got them . But that’s not enough to make me give this place another chance. The kitchen culture and staff is lacking and they should get it together or they aren’t going to last in Brooklyn.
Capt Loui Myrtle ave Brooklyn-- Absolutely will not go back. I've been to the Harlem location twice & was excited about Brooklyn. I live in Brooklyn however there is no comparison whatsoever..HARLEM LOCATION IS 10000% BETTER.. At Brooklyn location the food was bad and gave me Hood Chinese restaurant cheap fries and cheap very small shrimp vibes. They Will NOT give you your non alcoholic drinks in the bag..they give it in a rather small cup for the price. The wings was Blah! And you can clearly tell they try to cut corners with the meal. Overall the food honestly doesn't taste good or up to par with the Harlem spot.
Sooooo.....I dont know if it's because of the current COVID-19 issue or what, but I ordered my usual and it was horrible. The shrimp were over cooked and not fresh. The sauce extremely salty . I couldnt believe this was the same resturant I ate a few months ago. I wasted a trip , 2 hours out of my day and money. I'm going to hope it was a bad day and when things get back to normal the food will improve.
Yesterday was the second time I ordered from this establishment and again I was disappointed very small Snow Crab Legs almost look like scraps from the crabs itself. The sauce dropped out into the bag do everything was dry! I said no potatoes but they were still out inside the bag. Not a great experience at all very disappointed I’m not trying a third time.
Noodles were delicious, sausage was good but the seafood boil?! Disgusting! It’s either frozen crab legs or not fresh snow crab legs. Legs have no meat & if they do it’s stuck to the shell. Sauces have some type of shell like texture. We had one of each, lemon pepper and Cap’t Loui. Stay away! Or if you’ve ever had Oceanic Boil, it does not compare. Take the drive to Oceanic Boil.
So I had the taste for seafood all day. Went to Captain Loui’s an had a horrible experience! I ordered the boil which was Carb legs, Green Clams, with head off Shrimp mild seasoning…. My food came back wit the head on the Shrimp 🙄 sent it back and 10 minutes later had to ask for my food 🤦🏽♀️ It’s comes back again the head is off this time but the shrimp is way over cooked and it’s spicy 😡 told them that I didn’t want it and the manager claims he’s gonna make it over himself! I paid $125 for nothing NEVER AGAIN‼️
Service & food was horrible. Before I posted a negative review I tried to resolve the issue both in the restaurant during and also by reaching out to management via direct messaging. However this restaurant was not concerned with their customer's needs or issues /complaints about negative experiences. I'm going to believe this isn't an isolated incident. Let me begin w/ my watered down drink. A bag packed w/ ice & absolutely no alcohol in sight. I ordered the pic 2 the sauce was great however I had to take my food home to finish cooking it. Disgusted to bite into the blue crab and have it ooze in your mouth because it wasn’t completely cooked. So, of course I immediately said something to my server who told me he was going to speak to someone. He came back to tell me that that’s not the case that everything is set to a timer. Every order is prepared the same way. I proceeded to stick my finger in it and show him body of the crab was jelly & oosing out. Apparently he said that the blue crab was "very frozen" when it was taken out of the freezer before they prepared it. He added that they didn't want to overcook the seafood cause "that very bad". If the blue crab was "very frozen" why not check it to make sure that it was up to temperature or that it was fully cooked. The reasturant wasn't busy. Only about 7 customers. Went I went to use the bathroom I noticed why the manager couldn't be bothered to make hisself available. They were in the back taking picture. They had a whole set up with their cameras, lighting & food. Entire production going on. Patron are not spending their hard-earned money for food that isn’t prepared adequately for consumption. The preparer knew it was still frozen when he put it the steamer and didn't consider the cook time needed to adjusted. Instead he told me I needed to take it home and steam it if I wanted to or I could just throw it out. My belief is this isn't an isolated incident. Can't understand why the service towards me was so inconsiderate and blatantly dismissive. And had the audacity to try to press me for a tip. Never cross my foot in here again
I waited over an hour for my order to arrive. When I realized the drivers were switched on seamless at the time of arrival I called the restaurant and they told me my driver left 15 mins ago. Receive a call from seamless asking if I want to wait for my order and it will take an additional 16 mins. I said sure, I'll wait. Well, they cancelled my order and after an hr and a half after a long day I have to order elsewhere. Completely unprofessional. Just say you cannot deliver instead of telling me the driver left. Why lie?
Do not believe the hours for this place. We previously went here and got turned away at 9:15 pm, so this time we called and asked if we arrived at 9:05 would we be seated and they told us no. This place seems to close earlier than advertised. Be aware if you travel far that you will not get seated.
I was so happy to get my food. It was warm and mushy. I had tons of blue crabs which were overcooked. Approximately 98% of the blue crabs were overcooked. I was so disappointed that i will never order from here again. My food was expensive. The food at the boil is cheaper and taste better. The snow crab legs were fine. Super large. Fresh. Not mushy. No complaints for the snow crabs. I had one large snow crab leg and several knots. Not too many either way. Wasn't worth the $81 or $88 whatever it was. It was worth $30. don't get no blue crabs.
I loveeee cap’t loui seafood, but I had to Make this post to bring awareness because of food safety. It seems the crab was pulled right out of the ocean and placed into the sauce, with the sauce used to hide the barnacles and gunk covering the crab. This video is after I had already washed the crabs myself trying to see if I could salvage it but I just became more and more disgusted at what I was seeing.
First time at the Brooklyn location. I’m extremely underwhelmed and disappointed. Portions are TINY. $35 for one bit of snow crab?! Shrimp was over cooked and small. The mussels were small and not the green lipped ones that I’ve gotten at the Harlem location. 2 little bits of corn. Overall, so disappointed. Do not recommend.
Extremely poor customer service. Used to be a loyal costumer and even took my child here for a birthday dinner but never again. They do not appreciate loyal customers and are incredibly incredibly rude. I asked for a very small packet of spicy sauce for my $120 order because my partner prefers spicy and the baby can not have spicy. They refused. Really extremely rude.
I repeat don’t go to the one in Brooklyn we go there for the sauce I can make my own seafood at home look how much sauce they gave me and they are very rude don’t want to accommodate the customers I just want the money I literally wasted my time and money it so annoying , I called and told them about my order the manager to me to come back with the cops is insane very unprofessional people only go there for the sauce they can’t be serious I will be posting on social media and letting the people know don’t bring ur money here
If you order food from them and no one can deliver. They will not cancel your order! They will keep your money! Terrible customer service!
