Ordered the roasted chicken, stewed chicken, and stewed beef for my workers and me and we all agreed that the food was delicious. When I ordered, the staff was very attentive. Although I took my food to go, the atmosphere in the restaurant was very welcoming. I will definitely be visiting here again.

This restaurant is SPECIAL seriously the quality of food is consistent let me explain.This is no ordinary fry chicken restaurant, the flavours of the spices on the chicken makes it a must try, I get the salad and yes you would be surprised gotta try to understand.The staff is very professional and always helpful they even use gloves when preparing the food. And if u do have an issue Valentina, Milton and Jose are very helpful managers who go above and beyond to make your experience amazing. And yes I have been going there for a long time and yes it's that's good.

We are visiting Brooklyn and found a nice little hole in the wall gem. The place is nice and clean. The service was excellent and the food here is delicious. Well seasoned the chicken is juicy and grape and there’s a homey vibe because they serve your food on actual plates. I am very satisfied with my meal and service.

All the food we ordered taste great! Chicken are so juicy and yummy. Love the spices on grilled chicken. Empanadas are delicious. All menu are fairly priced. Staffs are friendly too. Overall, our family had a decent good time. Definitely gonna go again.

Great place for juicy, juicy chicken. The sides are a plus. Take your time with a couple of friends and family to sit and chat while eating the meal.

Food is good. Customer service horrible. Total nightmare. Placed an order for pick up at 6:51pm left the store at 7:43pm. I patiently waited, observing the cashiers joshing around. This is probably the third negative experience I've had at this store. Ain't gonna lie, had pollo campero for the first time this year, and the chicken be bangin, but customer service trash. How you spending your hard-earned money at these places, for a cashier to make you feel like a nuisance. Smh.

The service was completely disrespectful, especially the woman with the scar on her face. Today, even though my order was ready, she deliberately delayed us, the Black delivery drivers, in favor of the Spanish ones. Today, December 25, 2025, at 5 PM, for the second time, she deliberately delayed me for over an hour, even though her colleagues begged her to let me go. She displays racist malice towards Black customers and delivery drivers. Even if you are the owner, what benefit does this kind of behavior have for the business?

I placed an order beforehand quite a while ahead and I stayed and watched every person at the counter that ordered get their food and 2 other uber eats orders packed up and mine still wasn’t ready. Not worth the wait and it was blatantly put off because they didn’t feel like frying a new batch chicken nuggies until I asked them 2 times. They really drag their feet here at the sunset park location

The chicken was bland and VERY dry. Rice wasn’t that great either. The restaurant was very dirty, table was sticky, and wasn’t exactly clean behind the counter either. I don’t think I’ll be back it reminded me of a worse version of pollo loco, wouldn’t recommend.
