Opiniones de Rosie Pizza Bar Brooklyn
always thought this place seemed to good to be true but dropped in for the daily slice and it IS 5 stars. it is definitely an eat the crust type of place. warning that it takes a little longer than expected: i stopped in on my lunch break thinking a slice of the day would get handed to me and i’d eat it hot there, ended up racing and eating it out of the greasy bag a little bit cold… will try again without as close of a time crunch. still, yum!
After Archie’s legacy, I would think that it would be very hard to follow up however, Rosie’s still has that Archie’s touch. A 10/10 pizza. Sadly they don’t cut in squares but it’s fine. It’s worth the 18-25 dollars for the pie. As a New Yorker and pizza critic, there are very few that I’d consider high regard, but forget your L’Industries and Joe’s. This is the real deal. It looks like gentrification central when stepping in sadly, however, the food is top tier. Would easily spend $20 again for the pizza. A lil cozy ambience for friends. Very warm like. Everyone should come here for pizza and even if it’s not a New York slice, this is still one of the best pizza spots in the city. 10/10
Dorran was amazing tonight. Came in asking if he had Plymouth, gave recommendations of what gins available for a martini. Had two very well balanced Hendricks martinis from this bartender! Very sweet and attentive, remembered I put my card down to want to pay cash. I put it in my card to tip this person!
So far, I've only ordered delivery but it's always an impressively delicious experience. The Do You Burger Me? hits the spot and helps fill this midwestern gal's taco pizza shaped hole in her heart somehow. (Note: not at all like taco pizza but burger pizza is just as unique and delicious!) Don't sleep on the burger -- it's great. Fun Pizza of the Day ingredient combos, too. Looking forward to the day I go visit for dine-in but will keep ordering delivery until (and prob after) that time! 💕
I LOVE this place!! Staying in Brooklyn for a few days on a trip and stumbled upon this gem. The food caught me by surprise! The dough and sauce on the pizza were ELITE! The Caesar salad was also top of the line. Daniel and Dorran made the whole night memorable for my family!
I came to NYC with a friend and he suggested this place. Legit...some of the best pizza I have ever had. Lot of variety, and they had something for one of my specific cravings that I was looking for. Definitely gonna come back the next time I am in the city!
The vibes are great. Went around 8pm on a Saturday & got a seat right away. Bar tenders/staff were prompt but also kept things light and a little goofy which was fun. Pizza was amazing ~ lots of different varieties that all sounded yummo. Got the 10” devil pie - if you’re starving you could probably consider it a personal pie but would also be a great shareable size. Napkins were 10/10. More napkins like these everywhere please.

Rosie’s is a gem in Bushwick! The food was absolutely delicious. We had a Cesar salad which was so good, although we needed a touch more dressing which we asked for and they provided. I had a 10 inch pizza with extra cheese and olives and it was absolutley delicious. I went a second time and had their smash burger, which was ok. There was nothing wrong with the burger, I just felt like the meat didn’t have a substantial flavor. Service was okay, everyone was friendly, but it took the bartender way too long to even acknowledge us. I felt he should’ve said hi as soon as we approached the bar. But overall, loved the place and will definitely go again.
Not only the best pizza but I just tried the Tiramisu and nearly fainted. It was so freaking delicious. I’m moving in a few months and I am going to miss ordering from here. Highly recommend, especially if you like a deeper pie. 10/10.
IDK if this counts as a hidden gem or not but it’s definitely a gem. The pizza, first off, was soo good. Tasty, creative specialty pies. We also got the truffle fries and Caesar salad (iykyk) and a cheap bottle of Prosecco. Everything was lovely, affordable, and the atmosphere was chill. Highly recommend!
In the land of dollar slices and corporate chains, there is still great pizza in Brooklyn. While out on a beautiful April day, I stopped here for lunch. As the name says, it's a pizzeria and bar, so you're in luck if you want both. The bartender was very accommodating when placing the order for us. The pizza was even better. Flavorful with a crust that was light and airy. After the tip, I spent $27 which was fairly reasonable imo. Can see myself eating here again if I have a taste for pizza and I'm in the area.
Truly my favorite pizza spot. So glad it replaced the old place that was here. The best thing I've ever had here was the brussel sprouts. It was practically other worldly good. I also got the hamburger pizza for the first time after coming here for years and years and all I can say is now I'm going to get it every time.
During our visit to NYC from Florida, we stumbled upon this fantastic pizza place, and we couldn't be happier! The service here is exceptional; the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It's rare to encounter such good-hearted people, especially in a bustling city like New York. The pizza? Amazing! Each bite was bursting with flavor—definitely some of the best we've had. This place isn't just about great food; it's about creating a memorable experience. If you're looking for delicious pizza and a friendly atmosphere, this is the spot to visit. Highly recommend it!
I love Rosie Pizza, I’ve been going with my girlfriend for about a year and it never lets me down. If you are looking for a chill, fun and delicious pizza day, this is the spot for you. Brandi and Val were our fantastic host/bartenders who gave us an amazing experience and some pickled Ricks(ask your nearest bartender). Enjoy and remember to look for the condiments and water on the wall, as well as the mini GAMES!
Sat at the bar with some friends for a drink and quick bite. The place is small but was pretty full of people on a Sunday evening. Their menu is written on the wall and full of really good options. I would definitely go back to try more food and stay for a longer meal. The bartender was nice and the atmosphere was cool. We’ll def be back! PS if you were the dude at the corner of the bar listening to the story of why I quit my job, like this review if you would’ve quit too hahaha
Went with friends at 3 AM lol - crazy that they were open and kitchen was still taking orders! We ordered a lasagna (apparently it was fire, didn’t have unfortunately), a salad, and the Truth or Dare (pineapple / jalapeño) with Grilled Chicken. Service was great, but pizza itself was fine (kinda doughy and a bit too floppy - had to use fork and knife). Domino’s clears with their pineapple / jalapeño, but super cool Bushwick restaurant to experience!
Burgers and pizza are really good. But don’t get the wings. Expensive and mine were dry and burnt to a crisp
Absolute garbage! How did they get a good rating??? I love trying new pizza spots all over the city .so I saw this place on the slice app and took a chance on a 14 inch peperoni with spicy seppressota and burrata .what I got was a joke of a pizza ...tiny round pie cut into SQUARES?? Who does this? And let's talk about how soggy it was..falls apart when u pick up a slice !! And the taste was eh at best...avoid this lemon!! You been warned!
