This is the best location hands down! Food is ALWAYS fresh. They're always busy so they are always dropping fresh chicken. The chicken is always juicy, crispy, and well seasoned. The chicken sandwich and the tenders are also really good. Other locations should take notes on how to treat customers and prepare food because these folks know what they're doing!

I stopped in to get a late night snack while on my way home from a Connecticut trip. I was the last customer so I was worried about how my 3 piece chicken meal was going to look & taste like. I was pleasantly surprised that the chicken was very fresh and delicious for which I was given for $5 closing deal.

I first ran into this place years ago when they had a different name. But the quality has remained and the food is excellent. I've never had their burgers. but the spicy chicken is to die for. It's one of the few places where the chicken is light and tasty especially when it's hot. If you're ever in the neighborhood grab a 4 for $5.

I order at this location regularly and the service is also good. But Today evening there was a guy at the front desk. This guy is totally unprofessional and treat customers very bad. At first he gave my food without any bag. When I asked for a bag He just threw the bag on the front desk. He treats customer like we are begging there. We are spending our valuable money and they should treat us accordingly. I will not buy anything from this location as long as this stupid guy is here.

Avoid! Bad food, bad service, bad hygiene. Everything about Tex’s was "bad." The chicken smelled off, and the fries were cold and soggy. On top of the terrible food, the customer service was non-existent. The employees acted like I was bothering them just by ordering. The whole place felt unhygienic and gross. I wouldn't eat here again if it were free. You’ve been warned!

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. The chicken had a horrific smell that hit me the second I opened the box—it clearly wasn't fresh. To make matters worse, the taste was even worse than the smell. I couldn't even finish a second bite. Save your money and your stomach; do not eat here.

Customer service was very bad. I have been there to pick up my food today at 5.45pm but the guy that was in the cash registry was very rude to me. refused to give me my food. after seeing my phone order screenshot he was unwilling to give my food. At the very end after long time he handed over my food without any bag and told me to take it like that way.His behave was like i am taking free food Don’t go to that store if u don’t wanna get humiliated. Avoid going that store.

The prices at this location are overpriced for the food compared to other Brooklyn Texas locations with open drink fountains. The prices needs to be fixed to being a little more affordable overall especially for regular items such as sodas, chicken pieces, sides etc. Also some of the night staff needs to be more respectful and less aggressive especially if they don’t understand English fully because that’s no one’s fault except theirs.
