Already decided to come back with friends. Dinner for 2. We had the crab fried rice, the crab croquettes, and the branzino. I had the Mean Girl to drink. Everything was fantastic. Especially liked the spicy sauce on the crab fried rice and how it was easy to add your own heat level to the dish since we were sharing courses. Dined in on 12.04, Waitress was really sweet and attentive. We were late for our resy and she still sat us quickly which was so appreciated.
My partner and I had our wedding dinner here. Before deciding on this venue, we had dined here a couple of times. We were always impressed by the food but were deciding between other restaurants. We were already engaged but I wanted to surprise my partner with her own ring and propose during our visit, and in the end, the staff’s warmth and willingness to make it a special moment sealed the deal. For our wedding, we chose Beef Khao Soi and Veggie Duck Dry Green Curry as our main dishes, with Yum Samgler, Crab Croquette, and Evergreen Roll as appetizers. Almost all of our guests said they’d return again! The restaurant supported us throughout every step of the planning process. I would also like to sincerely thank the team — Jessie, Meen, and two members of the kitchen team whose names I unfortunately don’t remember — for their kindness, warm support, and constant smiles. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to come here.
Excellent. The What the Hell Fried Rice, their signature dish, is super delicious - but warning - it is extremely (really) spicy. Very cool place and nice atmosphere and service, recommended!
Fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, portions were generous, and the service was excellent. Cozy atmosphere and great attention to detail. Highly recommend this place!
Stopped by for lunch with a friend and instantly wished we’d come with a larger party. The menu is extensive (even without the seasonal specials) and every item (from food to drinks) sounds so interesting. This is not exactly traditional Thai (Tom Kha Risotto was one of the specials we tried); however, all the flavors are definitely there - coconutty, spicy, acidic, funky. Service was great, restaurant itself is cozy and fun, seems like a great spot to walk in for a treat yourself kind of meal if you’re in the neighborhood.
Cute Thai spot with a very unique spin on Thai food and spices. Appetizers: - okra was excellent and well worth it - ceviche was delicious albeit extremely spicy; the pepper could burn you! - the crab croquette were very good Entrees: - delicious spaghetti! loved the protein and taste - risotto was good; nothing mind blowing and the scallops were a bit small and dry Cocktails were fun and the bar was well stocked. Liquid forward and well worth trying. Excellent Thai in the neighborhood that I would go to again. Spaghetti is a must and next time I try the rice.
This is the kind of restaurant that makes NYC so special. Very accessible price point that still gets you world class food and cocktails in a casual atmosphere that can still feel like an occasion. The beef noodles were rich and the scallops perfectly pan-seared atop the risotto. Will absolutely be back, as there are so many other delicious-sounding dishes to try.
So I came here specifically for the unbelievably spicy fried rice dish. I asked the waiter to change this for me and omit the sweet pork from the dish. In fact, this change even made the dish spicier. This is the real deal, truth in advertising. This is very, very spicy, and I can handle spice. Probably the first time since visiting India that I cried while eating something. However, it’s not only spicy but also very, very delicious. If you can handle hot food, come here, take the dish, and you’ll have the time of your life.
One of the best meals I've had in a while! Service was also incredible, they were very friendly. Highlights were the unspoken cocktail, the vegetable soup and a chilean seabass in banana leaf that was a daily special.
I really liked the food there. The crab cakes had a ton of real crab and the curry sauce had a fantastic flavor. The khao soi was unlike any I've had, served dry with a heavenly intense caramelized flavor. The fish was good and different, though less intense than I would have liked. I'm definitely going back to try more dishes.
Extremely satisfied with EVERYTHING. All the food was tasty, from the appetizers to the main dishes and even the desserts. My personal favorites were the evergreen rolls and the chef’s special sea bass, UnTable E-San Style. Highly recommend if you are craving something Thai, but don’t want anything too basic!
The food was amazing, full of flavor and never boring. Great drinks from bartender Tar The service was excellent too Mindy, and Oum took such good care of me

Beautifully presented Thai food with a clean, pure taste that I really appreciated, high-quality ingredients, and surprisingly reasonable prices. The services was top-notch. All staff were so friendly. The drinks that we ordered we love them all. I came here with my friend and my daughter. We would definitely come back for sure. I highly recommend visiting this cozy restaurant.

Untable is a welcoming new Thai restaurant in the Cobble Hill neighborhood. They serve authentic Thai cuisine with mostly Chiang Mai influences in a casual setting. It is also worth mentioning that they were recently awarded the 2026 Michelin Bib Gourmand. At the moment, they do not accept reservations, but they gave in to us for a group of 6 people. So give them a call if you are having a big party. The menu is simple and easy to understand. We decided to order the following dishes and shared them family style: 1. Crab croquettes; breaded crab meat with Tom Yum purée 2. Sautéed Okra topped with fried garlic 3. Nam Prik Ong; northern Thai style minced pork and tomato dip served with cracklings and an array of vegetables 4. Kao Soi; Chiang Mai style curry with egg noodles 5. What the hell fried rice; super spicy when mixed with crispy chili, tiger shrimp, and sweet pork with eggs and vegetables 6. Larb Muang; grilled beef sirloin served with Chiang Mai-style spicy salad We enjoyed every dish. We loved its authenticity. The dishes came in a timely fashion. With great food and friendly customer service, this is our new go-to Thai restaurant in the neighborhood.
We had a fabulous date night dinner here! Everything was 10/10! The spicy fried rice is indeed spicy! We balanced it out with the other items we ordered though. We also got the honey truffle ice cream pie for dessert. Blew our minds! Don’t snooze on this place.

This is a restaurant that redefines traditional Thai cuisine. At first glance, the menu might not seem particularly impressive, but each dish carries hints of innovation. Take the curry rice noodles, for example—while curry with noodles or rice is common, pairing it with rice noodles stands out as unique. The drink menu is also full of Southeast Asian flair, making it highly recommended.
I only had the vegan curry, but everything else looked amazing! Interesting flavors with lots of fresh and slightly sweet taste of strawberries and lychee. Would’ve preferred tofu or something else over the vegan duck. Had a nice weekend lunch at @untablebrooklyn and their happy hour drinks look good…might have to go back to try sometime!

We had dinner here as a party of four. The interior was quite nice and had a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the setting. We ordered two appetizers and four main dishes, and none of us left feeling satisfied. The portions were small, and overall the dishes were very average—nothing particularly flavorful or memorable. The only dish worth recommending would be the Khao Soi, which stood out as the highlight of the evening. Otherwise, the experience was rather disappointing for the price and expectations.
Came on a Friday night to celebrate my birthday and managed to get a seat at the bar w/o a reservation. I got the midnight train to Georgia which was like an old fashioned and my husband got the I’m walking on sunshine. Both were true to their descriptions. My husband’s was slightly sweeter, but more citrusy and interesting in flavor. Both were enjoyable! For appetizers we got the seasonal Thai pancake which was a slurry of pork and veg on a fried thin pancake, kind of reminding me of a giant nacho. We also got the baby corn fritters. The fritters came with a sauce that I could drink out of the plate, it was that delicious. Both appetizers knocked it out of the park. The entree is where I felt a twinge of disappointment. I was unsure of what to get, I told the waiter I liked spice but didn’t want to cry into my food. He recommended the crab fried rice which had a spicy sauce on the side. There was no chili pepper next to the dish to give it a heat level. He steered me away from another option which had 4 chili peppers next to it, telling me “it’s gonna be too spicy.” Sometimes I don’t understand why Thai restaurants offer spicy options but feel the need to gatekeep what they think you can tolerate. After trying the crab fried rice, it was good, but not exactly what I was looking for. I really came ready to feel the heat, but this was a dish I felt like I could have ordered at any Thai restaurant without a Michelin star. The “spicy” sauce on the side was sweet/sour, delicious, but without a twinge of heat. I regret not ordering something spicier or even being brave and ordering the “what the hell?!!!! fried rice” Dessert is where they really lost me - I ordered the truffle honey ice cream pie. Maybe this is on me; but I assumed the truffle flavor would be chocolate truffle. Or if it was the earthy dirty pig truffle, that it would be just a whisper of the odious flavor. I was wrong. First of all, the pie was inedible because it was more structurally similar to a block of ice than ice cream. They served it with a spoon. I think I’d be more successful carving out a bite if it was served with a knife or an ice pick. By the time I managed to sever off a piece, I was taken aback by the pungent truffle flavor. I felt like I was eating icy dirt. Thankfully they took it off the bill. Overall, id come back for the drinks and some appetizers, and maybe to be steered more in the right direction regarding spice. There is a wide spectrum of spice tolerance, and I’d like to think I can handle it! That being said, staff were incredibly polite and friendly! Service was stellar.
Came in on October 6, 2023 when it first opened. Apologies for the way delayed review. However this restaurant which seems to be a great addition to the neighborhood has stuck with me for a while now. The food is stellar, the service and the issue I had has stuck with me for years. The food is delicious however they do not let you finish it. On my last visit everything went well up until I had to use the restroom halfway through eating my final course. Upon returning to my seat I found that my food had been bussed and removed. I went to complain and all the manager did was giggle in my face and say “I thought you left oopsie”. Which makes no sense as I had had yet to pay. This was a truly malicious and highly disrespectful as it did not happen to any other diner while I was there. As much as I want to return. I will not since they don’t let you eat what you pay for.
I was really excited to try this restaurant based on its inventive menu, but unfortunately, it left me underwhelmed. For appetizers, we had the ceviche and evergreen rolls. Both were good but didn’t stand out as anything special. We decided to be adventurous with the "What the Hell" rice—while it was very spicy, that was about it. At $29, we expected more than just two shrimp. For mains, we ordered the E-San style fish, which was disappointing. While the fish itself was cooked very well, the portion was small, and the accompanying vegetables felt mismatched and were quite bland. The Tom Kha Risotto had a beautiful presentation and well-cooked scallops, but it didn’t feel like a Thai dish—the flavors just weren’t there. The Kao-Soi, however, was the highlight of the meal. It was fantastic, truly the best dish we tried. For dessert, we had the taro cake and banana dessert. The taro cake was absolutely delicious, but the banana dessert didn’t quite impress. As for the cocktails, they were fine but lacked balance and depth. Service was good and the restaurant is cute and cozy.
