Very pleased with their ChickfilA location. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food was very tasty, fresh, and hot. I’ve found my new favorite ChickfilA location while in town for work in College Station.

Having a cold catering tray of nuggets that you can reheat in the oven is brilliant on the part of chick fil a!! We ordered a tray and picked it up on a Saturday for a Sunday kid birthday party. The location was accommodating in having it ready at 1pm instead of the original 2pm time. But I stood at the pickup counter for a very long time with nobody acknowledging me. I finally flagged someone down. They still took quite a while to retrieve my nuggets from the fridge. I do realize it was a busy time of day, but my food was ready and paid for. We just needed it brought out. When we arrived at our venue we discovered that the plates and napkins that were supposed to be included were not in the bag. But it still made for an adorable delicious addition to my granddaughters cow themed party.

We were there yesterday and the atmosphere was a little bit tense as the restaurant was crowded and we were looking for the place to sit but unfortunately about 5 different spots were not cleaned and I mean the tables had crumbs and there were garbage on the floor and we actually had to complain to the staff over there because there were no place available were we can enjoy the food. Other than that the food was good and the attention to the matter quickly resolved the concern. Food was ready in about five minutes or so, no complaints.

This location is not good. The food is always cold and the tea always tastes old. The only thing decent about this location is the service.

It’s not often that I take the time to even leave a review anywhere unless I feel like the service was exceptional or the service was extremely terrible. Unfortunately, for the Briarcrest Chick-fil-A, this is gonna be the latter case scenario. The quality at this location has gone downhill significantly over the past couple of years but more recently I would say in the past year. Longer wait times, employees that grow increasingly more disgruntled by the day…I am not sure who is running this location or who took it over but something’s gotta change. When I picked up my food from the drive-through line tonight, the woman working the window literally did not even make eye contact with me. She did not address me at all. She just handed me my food and went back to whatever she was doing. I understand that Chick-fil-A is usually very busy but one of the founding principles of the company and the thing that most customers return over and over for is the exceptional service that they always know they will receive at any Chick-fil-A location. Sadly, this was not the case tonight it hasn’t been for most of the times that I’ve visited this specific location. I hope that they are reviewing their surveys of late and are taking notes bc yikes

Ordered carry out, got a wrong side and zero sauces, including for the specialty sandwich. Really disappointing to pay $40 and have so many errors. Not sure how you miss all 6+ sauces on an order. This location is very inconsistent.

The signage says they are open til 11 pm. The business confirmed to Google 1 week ago that the dining room is open til 10 pm. I arrived at 8:55 pm and waited 15 minutes for them to cook my food. At 9:25 pm, they kicked me out and told me that the grace period was only 20 minutes.

First of all I love chick fil a. However my friend and I have been dissatisfied the last 2 times we have gone thru drive thru at this location. We both order the 8 piece nuggets and fries and lemonade. The last 2 times our fries have been less and less. Our box is not full. It’s incredibly frustrating coming to this Chick-fil-A. They don’t pay attention when packing the bags. Usually I let it go because I’m not a confrontational person but today they missed an entire meal. I drove all the way back to Chick-fil-A from my house and got my food that they missed but the rest of my families food was cold. I’ve never had an issue with Chick-fil-A forgetting things until I moved next to this one. Now it’s happened numerous times and I shouldn’t have to just brush it off my shoulder or just “deal with” the cold food. I’m paying for Chick-fil-A not cold food and bad service.

The last two times I went to Chick-fil-A were defined not by what happened, but by what was missing. On the first visit, my day had been largely enjoyable, aside from a brief frustration at Walmart while navigating the parking lot. After that irritation, Chick-fil-A appeared almost luminous, like an invitation. I took it as a sign to indulge in a seasonal peppermint milkshake—a small reward for an already good day. The drive-thru was quiet. I placed my order, said thank you, and waited, listening for the familiar phrase that has become synonymous with the brand. It never came. The woman taking my order failed to say my pleasure. The omission unsettled me more than it should have, leaving me quietly irritated, as though something essential had been withheld. Relief arrived only when the employee handing me my drink finally said it—“My pleasure”—with genuine grace. In that moment, the imbalance was corrected. The second visit offered no such redemption. Using two Christmas gift cards, I ordered a simple fried chicken sandwich meal. This time, neither employee said the phrase. The absence lingered, producing a dull, revolting sensation in the back of my mind. My appetite faded. The food felt hollow, stripped of its satisfaction. Without my pleasure, the experience lost its flavor.

Absolute disgrace to chick fil a. We got in the drive through and about 5 minutes in realized it was a mistake but we were already trapped in at that point. We got to the menu nobody spoke through the speaker so we pulled up to a lady with an iPad who thankfully took our order even though she wasn’t supposed to. All we got were two milkshakes. At 25 minutes we finally got to the window at which point we realized they hadn’t even started on our order. They fixed one shake then asked us to pull out to the parking lot. After 8-10 more cars went though the drive through I finally walked back to the window and a different lady helped and said she would make my shake. There were jumbled up orders just piled up at the window. When she finally brought my shake she gave me a handful of vouchers for French fries, I guess that was supposed to make up for a 35-40 minute wait for 2 shakes.

I order the new maple bacon grilled sandwhich, which cost almost 9$ for just the entree, and this is what I get? This isn’t even 1 full slice of bacon. On top of this I ordered the sandwhich with no pickles and it came with pickles. I love chick Fil a but this was a huge disappointment.
