Had a wonderful time tonight with my family. My son always loves coming here for his milkshakes! The food was amazing, came out hot and fresh! Our cashier Allison was so bubbly she definitely made our visit tonight more memorable! Can't wait to come back on another late night adventure!

I ordered the Bacon Double Cheeseburger. It was great. First time I've eaten at a Freddy's and I was pretty satisfied. The burger was seasoned just right. It actually tasted like a burger I would make at home. I definitely will be going back! 🥓🍔

This place has the best shakes! The burgers are always good, I had the chicken sandwich (for the 1st time) and it was okay, not bad but I guess I like the burgers more.

Surprisely good food for a chain. The employees were friendly and helpful. Good custard.

I wanted to commend the management team. Very friendly and if you dislike your food for ANY reason they will make it right! Their goal is to make your food experience better overall. I love that kind of customer service. Hard to find these days!

Good burger, staff is super slow and there's a lot of side convos happening behind the counter vs helping customers in line. Food was ready fast, iced tea pull was broken and causes a mess when filling cup up. Restaurant was clean and tidy.

It’s one of our go to places after watching a movie. Everything is freshly prepared and the custard is heavenly. I personally love the brownie delight. Food coma soon to follow.

It's ok. Burger patties are hammered out super thin. Kinda a fun break from all the other places. Shoestring fries are excellent. Always crispy. The tables hadn't been wiped down, so that's a strike. Place was moderately busy and looked to be well staffed, I didn't see a really good reason for the lack of cleanliness. Maybe an off time. This is not a regular stop for me, but I would go back.

This is a nice place to relax and enjoy a good meal with family and it's set up like a modern 1950s diner. Theres a lady that announces your order on a loud speaker, and I didn't particularly like this at first. If you're like me and usually skeptical when burgers are on the menu, this is not the place to do that. The burgers are VERY juicy and have nice crispy edges. I thoroughly enjoyed mine! The fries could be thicker, but that was my only negative as far as food.

$15+ for a paper thin burger patty is not even worth $2.. Bring back the steak double bacon cheese melt minus the tomato spread and please make permanent item.. I may consider

Service was very good. The gentleman was very nice. I am scoring so low because of the food. I think it’s OUTRAGEOUS you want 7 dollars for 1 hot dog. The burger was tasteless except for the pickles. The onion rings were decent but a little undercooked and the cheese curds were fine. But for the price I paid I wouldn’t return for that kind of mediocre food. Reminded me of a glorified cross between Burger King and McDonald’s just with more sides.

Ordered online and went to pick up. I waited at the counter without being acknowledged. When someone did come over I got my food and went home. The root beer float I Ordered was just a small cup half full of rootbeer....no ice cream. The food was also cold. Terrible experience, I will not return to this location. I hope the management reads these, I was here Saturday at 1:30 and the location was not busy, this food is unacceptable for the amount paid!

Drive thru - friendly and polite person taking order. I ordered the original double, no cheese and side order of tots. Burger - DRY, paper thin meat patties (could almost see thru them), NO FLAVOR, and loaded with too many pickles. Tots were hot and crispy but had a strange taste like they were flavored. I couldn't get the aftertaste out of my mouth. I am assuming you either really like this place or you don't. My first time visiting.
