A very unique brunch menu! I had the breakfast pizza which was savory and sweet! Very yummy

My sister and I love going to Jack Rabbit. Even though we are older than the average diner, we enjoy being part of the younger crowd. The food is always delicious, and service is excellent. We have found the server Kayla, to be especially kind and attentive to our needs, but not overly attentive. She is very sweet and accommodating. We always hope to be seated in her section when we arrive.

Truly the most welcoming place in buffalo. Great food for all occasions, great staff, and most importantly- the live music rocks! It’s hard to come by nowadays! I love Maddie & Kat! (Addition, the guy next to me has a flip phone and wants me to say it’s amazing. Bagel, service, breakfast was amazing. )

went in for brunch this morning. had the pleasure of being served by Erin who was patient, kind and energetic. when we first walked in we were pleasantly greeted and the food recommendations were spectacular! Erin recommended the chicken and waffles and eggs in purgatory which were delicious paired nicely with some craft cocktails she personally enjoys there herself! she made our experience there ten times better and will be back to try their dinner menu out!

Loved absolutely every part of my experience at Jack Rabbit. The food was absolutely delicious, I had the chicken finger sub which was to die for.. possibly the best in Buffalo? and a couple yummy cocktails from the amazing bar staff. The music/atmosphere kept the vibes high, as well.. but what stood out most was the exemplary service we received from our server, Kayla. She was knowledgeable, so sweet and kind, and extremely professional. The service alone will definitely have us back very soon. 5/5 stars all day! Go Bills.

What a great spot! A friend and I went in for brunch and immediately the vibes were out of this world! We got to sit in the front room but walked around the explore the many different dinning room options. We chose to sit by the fire place which was so cozy and perfect for our little girl date. Our server Erin was awesome. Gave great recommendations, was friendly and so personable. She really elevated the dinning experience for us and we will surely be going back soon! Easily a spot that is top on our list! You must try their crack cocktails also, all made to perfection. She recommended the pornstar martini and it was perfect cheers to such a wonderful brunch!

I went there on a Sunday brunch. The breakfast was delicious. Jack rabbit gives you large portions. Great food, great environment, the waiters and waitresses were very nice. They make awesome mimosas. My first time there, but a lot of members of my family frequent there very often. I was glad to be invited there. Casual dress environment. Jack Rabbit is a great addition to Elmwood Avenue. The owners have been extremely creative in designing several different spaces where you can dine. We sat in the original bar room where bands play on weekends. The menu includes several vegetarian selections that we were delighted to see. Service was excellent. We will definitely return frequently!!

Have your event at Jack Rabbit! You will not regret it! Baby Shower brunch was absolutely fantastic. Adrianne the event manager was amazing to talk with. She answered all questions promptly and made the planning process so easy. She had the room set up beautifully just as I had asked! The food was delicious - breakfast pizza, bagels, fruit, hash browns, salad and wraps! Everyone loved the mimosa bar. Adam our server was phenomenal. He kept the flow going and made sure everything was stocked without being asked! 10/10 highly recommend!

My family met here for brunch and had a great time. Had a reservation and was able to walk right in with no wait. We were in the upper seating area and it was a little loud for easy conversation but workable (reason for dinged 1 star). Food was delicious and our server Will was busy but attentive, never just left us hanging. The only bad part was I couldn’t pick more than one menu to eat, everything looked so good. For specifics I had the California hollandaise and side of fruit, delicious but our waiter warned me it was not a “hot” dish due to cold avocado. Would definitely eat here again to try other things and a dinner menu.

Stopped by during the Buffalo Garden walk. We happened to meet the owner after visiting his garden. It was so hot outside and we needed some cold water. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very kind and she supplied us with unlimited COLD water and ginger ale. It was brunch so we ordered a fruit bowl to hydrate and the breakfast sandwich. Both were excellent and a good value. Live music was a plus and unexpected on a Sunday. Such a comfortable setting. We will be back.

Have stopped in here several times since opening and it’s always a blast. Right away you’re greeted by smiling faces, quick service and a cold beverage. It was a rollicking good time. The awesome band RNSM was playing, they had a guest singer Lisa-awesome! This time I had an old-fashioned and the pizza. Freaking delicious. We stayed so long I chased it with the brussel sprouts and a draught of Southern Tier Irish Cream. Scrumptious. Alex has been out server every time. They are super cool and pleasant.

One of the best restaurants on Elmwood. The beer is always cold, the food always tasty, and the staff is a delight! The bearded bartender is especially jovial and always proves that some people love what they do. If you have a chance you should definitely check this place out.

Today was my first time here. Have been in Elmwood many times and try something new each visit. I think I found my favorite go to place now! The staff are beyond wonderful!!! Super vibes! The food ...OH MY GAWD... Yes!! The drinks😉they were spot on! It was exactly what my soul wanted. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and super chill. I hosted a training party for work at Jack Rabbit last week and had an amazing time! Adrianne and Erin are a dream to work with. They made the planning process so easy and they were extremely thorough. Erin was super helpful on the night of the event. I highly recommend hosting here :)

We were a bachelor party and they accommodated 10 of us on a whim quickly. Food and drinks were great and staff was quick. I would normally not just stop in without a reservation like that and offered that if they couldnt accomodate it was completely ok wed figure it out, but they were very nice and even put us in a private area. Thank you team!

New favorite restaurant. They grill all buns to perfection, every single item is delicious and the service is both laid back and friendly. Will absolutely be back.

We just had our wedding here 09.16.2023 and everything was beyond spectacular. Food, service, atmosphere. Kristina and Adrianne were absolutely magical with planning and Josh was such a gem. I booked the venue after I moved to Albuquerque and before they opened - I just knew it was going to be everything we wanted. And it was - and then some. I could not speak more highly of this place. Even just coming for dinner or a night out it’s such a vibe. I love it here and come multiple times when we’re back in town.

Came in for lunch, loved the space & friendly staff. The pulled Chicken Honey Chipotle Pepper Jack sandwich was delicious. I wish I was able to check it out during their live band sessions, hopefully next time I'm in Buffalo! Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for yummy food and good vibes.

Reservation is recommended, but nothing beats seating at the bar during brunch and live music. The bartender at my hotel recommended this place. She was right, we had a blast. Live music was 90's request. The whole place was singing along. I will definitely be back this weekend!

Randy suggested the steak sub with tots. Perfect. Tots were crispy and hot. Sub was made to perfection. John says burger and brussel sprouts were phenomenal. Tried the wing special firecracker and they were really good.

Worn out after a long tailgate and great Bills game we wanted a place close to our hotel without the stress around Allen Street. Has some of the best food I've had in years. Standouts were their strip-steak sandwich and their monster burger (waygu, elk, venison and boar) but the pinnacle was their elk chili, after being outside for 8 hours in November. Friendly staff, small on-site parking, though free street parking about 1 block away in a park area. Solid beer selection too. Absolute unknown gem. Hope to go again on a future trip.

The Jack Rabbit 🐇 is awesome. We were in town visiting a friend and discovered somewhere they hadn't been yet. And all we could ask is what the heck were you doing!! Brunch after 1pm on a Saturday was busy and I would highly recommend that you get a reservation for whenever you go. It's clearly a popular place and for good reason. The brunch menu, the specials for both food and drinks are plentiful and we snuck a peak at the dinner menu and were deeply saddened for not being able to try everything on that menu as well. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, the staff had a great energy and we really enjoyed ourselves. Everyone loved their main dish and we all shared and tried the various things we ordered. In brief, we got the French toast special, Eggs benedict special, Breakfast pizza, Hangover Burger, and Brusselsprouts. Everything was fantastic. And the tater tots were crispy delicious perfection. Jack Rabbit is easy to highly recommend. Enjoy!!

Got takeout here last week and we really enjoyed our food!! Even though we got it delivered everything was fresh and delicious. I did come here in the past for brunch and wasn’t as impressed by that food but glad I tried it again for dinner.

Food was fast and had so much flavor! Parking is a little sparse but just takes a little effort. I got the elk poblano chili and the flavor was classic and not too hot. Plus loaded tots which was enough for 3 people to share

We had a party of 15 and ordered probably one of everything on the menu and it was all delicious! The tater tots were sooo good for such a simple side. Drinks were also great! The service was incredible! They accommodated us with a few weeks notice, and they also had a wedding that night so I really appreciate them working with our large party size. They were able to fit high top tables in their back room and there were other diners back there as well, so we had plenty of room. Communication about the reservation was very timely and consistent. I wish I got more pictures but we were too busy eating everything 😋

This place is doing great things all day and all night. Food is on point, definitely try anything with the homemade chicken fingers and burgers are on point. Bar always had great service and drinks! I came here for brunch today with my sister and brother. We ordered the chicken n waffles, loaded tots, breakfast pizza, beignets, mimosas and the breakfast shot. Everything was great (except the chicken was unseasoned and a little dry) the rest of the food was SO SO good! The drinks were good too! Our server was really engaging and attentive! I will definitely be back!

I chose Jack Rabbit to host my birthday party, and I couldn't have picked a better place. Great food, staff, and service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an event space or a fun night out!

This is a great bar. It has a neighborhood feel, almost like you’re sitting with friends as soon as you walk in. There’s a stage infront of the bar but we arrived too early to hear any talent at around 7pm on Saturday, next time! Our bartender was SO friendly, took the time to get to know us and made a GREAT P.star Martini. He also made a great cucumber gin cocktail on request with my very vague suggestions, which I LOVED. My friend had an Southern Tier Irish Coffee Cream Ale which was beautifully complex with a great depth of flavor and he stayed on that drink all night (rare). We sat at the bar and my friend had chicken wing dip which he loved with his beers and we bought some food to take home, because we were going to Mira for dinner. It seemed like there was a wait for food out of the kitchen, so have a drink or two while you wait and enjoy the vibes. Next time we’ll come for brunch!

Went to see bands there didn't know about back room until (there is a back room to the back room) I went to a meeting for Kevin Deese for Assembly. Plug!!!! We'll they have a very awesome back room which reminds you of being in a homelike environment. We got burgers, doubles, tater tots fries and she had martinis lol This place rocks we had fun. The place has a very cool setting with a lot of ambience, which gives it a very relaxed setting, especially with a bar included! My partner and I had our food provided to us in a quick manner, and it was all things to Mr. Orlando, who was our server and he did an amazing job in hearing our request and providing us ample recommendations which helped increase experience and honestly, I would go there again in a heartbeat because the food over there did not make me feel bloated at all! Jack Rabbit is an amazing, unique find! Their food was fantastic. Their service was better. I ordered the buffalo chicken dip, one of the chicken sandwiches, the Mulled cider, and sweet potato fries. It did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. The decor is an incredibly unique Alice in Wonderland/gypsy chic that is really cool to experience. They have a dance floor hiding in the back that was also a cool find. I highly recommend for food or drink.

Atmosphere was amazing here, loved the piano room! The service (Paige) was very professional and nice! The Eggs in Purgatory (Shakshuka basically) was PACKED with flavor! Great spice level that brought some heat but wasn't a punisher either. 2 of 3 eggs were poached perfectly, not bad considering how hard that is to do! The Bloody Mary is where my compliments end, it was very unimpressive, it was giving plain tomato juice. I had to add hot sauce and pepper to it, but even then it was just okay. Still, loved this place and would go back if I find myself in Buffalo again!

I hosted my birthday party here during the Buffalo Bills game, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The energy was unreal, the staff was on top of everything, and the entire day felt effortless in the best way. They set us up with plenty of space, kept the drinks flowing, and somehow managed to balance party vibes with full-on game-day hype. Kim the bartender was friendly, quick, and genuinely made the celebration feel special. The food was great, the crowd was fun, and the game on the big screens made it even better. All my friends kept saying how perfect the spot was. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate, watch the Bills, or just have an amazing night out, this bar absolutely nails it. Anytime my husband and I have been to Jack Rabbit, the food has been incredible, and the staff are very kind and attentive. We decided to host our elopement celebration here this September, and it was the best decision we could have made! Adrianne was our point of contact for planning and coordinating and she was very responsive, flexible, and incredibly helpful. The lower room was a great dive-bar party vibe and the cocktail room was a gorgeous space with a beautiful bar, and lovely decor. All the food was amazing, and it was nice to have delicious casual food that still felt special. All the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, I couldn't ask for a better experience! I highly recommend visiting Jack Rabbit for a meal, or hosting your own party with them!

Went to get some wings today and man oh man was they perfect and worth it. Was a little pricey and almost 20 dollars for 20 wings but I understand everything has gone up. I would recommend calling and making reservations honestly. I went around 4 and it was SUPER SUPER pack. Really great staff from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave staff takes care of you. For how busy they was they literally made sure to check on you and see if you needed anything.

Great inclusive atmosphere, service was very prompt. Food was hot, tasted great, and very filling. Possibly the best rotisserie chicken I have ever had…fall off the bone amazing. Definitely adding to our dinner out rotation!

The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. The only 2 issues I had were that 1. My crab eggs Benny was over cooked and the wait time from ordering was about an hour long. I understand that it was very busy so that's why I still rate it very highly. Will reccomd to anyone that likes a good brunch spot.

We had a somewhat decent experience here. We ordered their christmas specials. I can't quite remember the names of it but one dish was eggs in a spicy tomato sauce while the other dish was eggs benedict with crab. The egg tomato dish was tasty but surprisingly spicier than expected. The eggs benedict was decent. The eggs were cooked just a tad too long but was fine. Service was good at the start with him checking on us a few times but once we were ready to pay and leave. It took several attempts over 5 minutes to flag our server down. The place has a very lively atmosphere. There seems to always have some type of event going on. If you want a more quiet brunch experience, I wouldn't recommend this place but if that doesn't bother you, I would suggest you give it a try at least.

the food was divine! the little gay server was delightful, and very attentive. however i cannot say the same for the other server we had. his aura was very unsettling and he spoke robotically. i literally felt a shiver run up my spine when he spoke to me. food was great tho

My family and I stopped by for dinner while in the area. We were seated pretty quick for a friday night. Our waitress was fantastic. The spinich artichoke dip was great and came with a bunch of pita. The fish fry was good, was big, had a thick battered coating on it, came with a big serving fries and mac salad and coleslaw. The grilled cheese was made with texas toast and had a lot of cheese. The tater tots were lightly seasoned and tasted great.

Very busy when we were there, so obviously they were having a difficult time keeping up. Service was very slow, food was so so, cool place though.

I ordered this through Uber. I had the chicken finger sub. I asked for no hot sauce. I do not think they make them per order?! I think they make them ahead of time and put the fingers in the sauce. Because mine had sauce on it. It looks like they tried to take the sauce off but they didn't get it all off! They missed my onions on my sandwich. But not so much a problem because I had onions here so I put them on my sandwich myself. I also had the chicken soup for the first time. It was okay a little salty. And they use dark meat. Worth the $3 yes but not worth the $8 something that they would charge for it, if you purchased it on its own. So far the steak sandwich is the best they have there!!!!

I was very surprised by the high rating on here since the appetizer and entrees my friend and I had were so bland. I have never added salt to hummus (once served) but it was the only thing at our disposal on the table so we kept taking turns trying to impart some sort of flavor to it. Thought it was a fluke. Then the entrees came out. The pizza I ordered's crust was almost impossible to cut, even after I stole my friend's steak knife from his plate. The pizza had steak, "chipotle" marinara, arugula, and balsamic glaze. All normally flavorful items. Not here. The steak wasn't seasoned and was overcooked. There wasn't a hint of chipotle in the finished sauce. Somehow even the arugula and balsamic just faded into the background. I again resorted to shaking some salt on it trying to bring out *something* for the taste buds (again, something I've never had to do before). My friend's steak was blah. I even went in starving, which usually makes everything taste better but not in this case. It wasn't disgusting food but it was bland as heck. If you think pepper is exotic then maybe you'll love this food but if you've ever eaten flavorful food before, maybe pass on this place.

First time eating here for the Buffalo bills game on 9/7. Ordered a burger which was okay, not the best, the salad I ordered had the wrong dressing. My bfs salad had the wrong dressing as well. While we were eating a family was very disruptive, kids were doing gymnastics where we were eating. The adult females were soooo loud and allowing the 2 children jump on the furniture, yell and run around us and another couple that was there. I asked the host what they could do and he offered for us to move. He reported this to the manager and due to the manager not witnessing the activities my bf and I did he stated, “There’s nothing I can do.” Im a nurse and if I had a patient complaint I’d definitely be spoken to immediately. The other couple requested to move as well and sat where we relocated in the restaurant. Moments later, the loud family came down the bar where we were and the male adult took a shot with the host after we just complained about this family. So, the host took a shot while on the clock….nice. The manager did pay for our meals however if im ever in the area I definitely won’t be revisiting unfortunately.

2 1/2 out of 5 since it’s new and has time to hopefully improve. As of now the food that I ordered was middling at best, and consisted of a $14 beet salad that should not have been a cent over $8 since it was about the same size as the “not so big” salad. The best thing about it was that I was able to add it to the top of one if the blandest white pizza’s I’ve ever had, which would have been surpassed by most frozen pizzas. The pepperoni was not much better. As far as atmosphere, lots of young people, fairly loud music but tolerable, decent service. Note: This reviewer is a bit of a foodie, so I’m setting the bar pretty high.

Food was incredible underwhelming, especially for the price. I got the chicken finger sub which according to the menu comes with a “giant chicken finger” but the finger didn’t even cover the roll it was on, which was also incredibly small. For almost $20 I expected this to be a decent sized sandwich but it was rather tiny. Also our server didn’t check on us at all until we were both completely done eating. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all too. Not great.

Went for a friends birthday with a group of 9. Heard great things so wanted to try it out. Could not find any parking. We got in and sat down and we didn’t get a server for 10 minutes. We put our food order in with our drinks and it took over a hour to get our food. She brought us a small pitcher of water and rarely came back to check if we needed more, and we sure did. When we finally got our food, it was pretty cold but we were so hungry so we didn’t speak up. We waited for our check for quite a while and barely saw our server the whole time. We also asked to split the check and they told us they don’t split any checks with a party over 6. It would have been nice to know when making the reservation.

The only great thing about this place was the atmosphere. Super cool! The food took way too long to come out and was lukewarm at best. Like it sat for a while before it was brought to our table. The flavor of the steak was good. Chicken wings were over cooked and dried out only ate 3! The French onion soup was also lukewarm and the croutons in it were burnt tasting and super hard. The staff were friendly as well. The bathrooms were clean. Overall it’s not a location we would revisit due to the food situation.

Got seen by someone to sit down for lunch after waiting for nearly 8 minutes, got brought specials menu and a water and got told "I'll be back soon for any other drink you want and your order." 20 minutes passed with no one seeing me and me looking around repeatedly with staff not paying me any mind. I walked out because staff didn't even check in on me or any apologies for the delay. If they did so, I wouldn't have been irritated and I would have waited, but I got sat at a table and then forgotten.

Came here highly recommended by another a server at Graylynn sent us to. We came for cocktails and food. Ordered with our wonderful waiter Alex. When the food came out it was a brie artichoke dip. I’ll attach the picture of the menu here so you can see peppers were not listed on the dip. I am allergic to peppers, honestly wouldn’t have even thought to ask about peppers in brie artichoke dip. When it came out I took a bite and realized right away. The server was wonderful offered to bring something else I declined just ordered another round of drinks for my husband and myself. When the bill came they “comped” 50% of the app. If it isn’t listed on the menu you shouldn’t have it in the dish. The waiter stated that’s all his manager would allow him to do. I still tipped his as the wonderful server he was. I have never given one bad review, this is appalling.

Honestly, the food was very disappointing. Ordered tenders and fries which came out cold. The server replaced the fries (after about 10 minutes of waiting). I only had two bites of the tenders and pushed them to the edge of the table - wasn't even asked how they were, etc. the drinks were not good.. service was awful. We waited probably 15 minutes to get our drinks the first time. We thought it was going to be great because of the reviews. The service should have been much better considering the restaurant wasn't at all busy when we were there. The bill was $100 and I'm not really sure how, based on the quality. The outdoor patio was cute but we definitely won't be going back.

The worst food I've ever gotten! Went with my sister's and nieces. We all ordered different foods. And everything smelled and looked as if it was all cooked in the same grease, that looked extremely dirty as if they don't change ut often!! Nevee again would I go there!! I would give it 0 stars if possible! Everything smelled like fish! The only thing that was good was the music.

The food was not good. Not that it was spoiled or anything, just uneventful. Sweet potato fries with hot honey, the hot honey looked like it just had tajin in it, and did not taste good. Fries themselves were good. Ceaser salad with chicken, the salad dressing was bland and had to ask for salt for the salad which I've never done before. The croutons were remarkably terrible. The chicken was not regular chicken breasts, it was pulled which it stated, but it included bones which I discovered while eating the chicken and was not expecting. The other diners with me also said their food was "ok," which included the steak sandwich and the only GF option was white bread not even a roll for my GF friend. The brussel sprouts were okay as well. Not written off completely bc the vibes and staff were nice, but only would order fries and not attempt a real meal again.
