Confusing menu, crab legs good but went home hungry considering $33.00 for my meal. Quite the different experience, not your usual meal! Bag full of crab legs ,2 potatoes and half cob of corn.

Super tasty spot! 🦐 I got 1 lb of head-on shrimp with the juicy sauce (medium spicy) — the flavor was spot on, not too sweet or salty, just perfect. The fries were alright, and the price felt fair. Bonus points for the location — super close to Buffalo Airport, easy walk over. Definitely worth a try!

The crab broil was amazing! From the succulent crab meat down to the scrumptious shrimp. This little crab joint was a good find for the wife on her bday. The biggest complaint was how long it took to get refills and the waitress didn’t seem to want to be there. Other than that, I recommend the place.

Very good flavor when it comes to the sea food broil. I feel like the calamari can be improved upon. I’ve been trying calamari at many restaurants just to find a winner and this one was not a winner in my book. The seasoning they add to the calamari is too salty and they don’t have much variety added to it.

Ordered the snow crab special for $29.99. Plenty of food for the price. Although it was a fun experience, it can become a bit messy so wear dark colors. Daughter had the fried shrimp basket. About 8 large shrimp and a ton of seasoned fries. Fun atmosphere, wish they had some music on as you can hear everyone's plastic gloves and bibs. All and all solid 3 stars.

The food was good. As always. There were only 3 tables of people there and our waitress was in a hurry for some reason. The lemon drop martini was good but no sugar on the rim… too busy with no tables to even finish the drink? Then someone was coughing up phlegm around the restaurant while we’re were trying to eat… it was our waitress! And she was listening to her iPad in the row over from us loudly …. I mean really? I love the food here, but we will have to drive over to the one by the galleria because this was the grossest visit. The only time the waitress was nice and smiled was as we walked out the door. I forced my wife to give a tip. Even if she didn’t deserve any. I would say try any place else if you don’t want to hear someone coughing up a lung while you are trying to eat. Thank god the meal comes out in a plastic bag otherwise I’m not sure I would want to eat it at all!

The Chinese lady that works here is so mean and rude I asked her to wrap up my boil to leave like they always do and I Asked politely, she literally told Out of her mouth to wrap it up myself and the older man that works there didn't hold her accountable for her actions When I brought it to his attention, all he had to say was how much I needed to pay for the bill I was in awe as I go through the reviews, I see that other people are having the same issue so I guess I will try a different location because the food is good but I will never ever go back to this location and I suggest no one else goes if you don't wanna deal with rude waitresses and managers that don't wanna hold their waitresses accountable for their actions

i had a terrible experience at king crab around 8 pm yesterday. the staff was extremely rude from the moment i arrived. their tone and attitude were aggressive and unprofessional, making the entire visit uncomfortable and stressful. what truly shocked me was how quickly the situation escalated. instead of handling things calmly, a staff member became aggressive and borderline violent in both speech and demeanor. i felt disrespected, humiliated, and unsafe — which is completely unacceptable in any dining environment. no customer should ever be treated that way. i’m extremely disappointed and hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure it doesn’t happen again

Poor service the man who sat us down was rude. Placed white sheet of paper in table placed the napkin holder down and it has red juice under it stained the paper. Food was warm waiter came over once. The windows and base were dirty omg. Let talk about bathroom not clean there is Clorox bleach brushes to clean bathroom u see sink I. Bathroom a child can get to that. No thanks not clean place they should be reported. I wil never eat at this location again.

The Resturant has a beautiful dining room, but that's it! Service was terrible, they gave me old crab, which was dehydrated the meat was so frail and fragile and had a weird smell. and egg had shells in it! Waitress was MIA so we couldn't order cocktails! The place was a ghost town and that should have been my first Indication. They were unwilling to make it right instead they choose to attempt insult us.

i usually always order from king crab & i usually have no issues but this past time, i had a long piece of hair in my seafood boil entangled in the crab leg, & when i told the manager he blamed me & tried to say that i was lying when i literally have no reason to lie i always purchase from king crab so to say that i lied is very hurtful. my hair isnt even the same color or texture as the hair in the seafood boil bag. the manager tried to tell me i put hair in my own food, as if i would want to ruin my own dinner. very discouraging & they have lost a valuable customer. i will never purchase from this restaurant again, they didn’t even apologize for getting hair in my food instead i was accused of lying & offered a small percentage of money off my next seafood boil as if that makes up for over $100 spent that went right down the drain because i no longer wanted to eat the seafood with hair being in it.
