We asked if it was new because it was so fresh (smelt like fresh paint lol) but turns out was there a while but just got a reno so checks out!

We travel a lot, which causes me to require a lot of coffee on our road trips. I have seen plenty of Starbucks, and this one is one of my favorite stops. It's always clean, and the girls I see there are so sweet. They are polite, they smile, and they are happy to help. Like real customer service. Not whatever is happening nowadays. I’ve been coming here for years and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! They always make my drinks perfectly and if there is ever an issue they are quick to fix it (mistakes happen!) They are the only starbucks that listens to a light amount of ice and they are great!

I’m 6 months pregnant. I bought a drink. I then had to empty my bladder. The staff then LEFT the counter. To proceed to stop me half way to the bathroom to state that they are for “paying customers” like i didn’t purchase a drink & just walked in there. do not go here. southwestern is better anyway.
Super cool folks that work here!! Needed a warm drink on this very cold morning and the employees were more than helpful! Great attitudes definitely a good start to my day! Gonna be hitting this spot up more often!
Ever since i moved here to the Buffalo New York area this specific location in Blasdell has been nothing but the best experience, the staff here is amazing at what they do!!!! Amber, Desiree and Marley are the Best and always treat me well and while im working out here i will continue to frequent this starbucks location A big thank you to the staff for their excellent customer service and top tier Barista skills!!!

I BOUGHT A DRINK THEN WENT TO GO USE THE BATHROOM & THE BTCH BEHIND THE COUNTER LEFT THE COUNTER TO TRY & TELL ME THAT THE BATHROOMS ARE FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS ONLY LIKE I DIDNT GET CASHED OUT WITH THE BTCH.

So far , Ive been coming to this Starbucks on Delaware Ave and Chippewa st. The staff here is very professional , kind and accurate with my orders. The playlist is a vibe. Even on the coldest day out the staff , atmosphere and quality of service makes up for it Ally , Julianna and staff are great and deserve a raise ! Come check them out ! You wont be disappointed
This is my second time at this Starbucks while I was on vacation, and the service I received was absolutely phenomenal. Vee made matcha my matcha lattes both times I visited and they came out delicious . She’s sweet, kind , and very knowledgeable . Shout out to her for making my experience great!
There were two men working today that were so kind and delightful to have making and bringing our drinks and food. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated it and hope their hard work doesn't go unnoticed!

I order a pineapple passion fruit blended drink with strawberry, when I arrived at the location the drink was made wrong with no strawberries and was made iced not blended. The worker asked how I wanted re made and she took my original drink dumped it into the blender and added strawberries, the drink looks like puke was not mixed correctly due to ice been already melting, the “blend “ drink was very water down it looks like a regular drink with no ice , very disappointed on Starbucks and their drinks made on the fly
Not horrible otherwise but this is the longest I’ve ever had to wait for a drink to be made, I ordered two plain green teas which usually the cashier will make immediately, but I’ve been waiting going on 15 minutes, on top of the 5 minutes I waited in line with only 4 people in it. The people who were in line when I got here are also still waiting, so I’m sure it’s going to be even longer. *You need more staff here.*
Everything I've gotten from this store has been okay and it's where I preferred to go to get a nicer coffee. But today I ordered from them and they put peach puree into a drink that should not have had peach in it. They did not label the cup as having peach, and I drank the peach. I am allergic to peaches. I'm not really angry but please pay attention to food allergies. You could literally kill someone.
Nice place, but still a starbucks. I like to order my coffee large, not venti, or grande or whatever!
I just don't like their overpriced coffee. The people are great and the service is good but I just don't personally prefer their coffee or the price. Sorry Starbucks, it's nothing personal and I would not advise anyone to not go there based on my personal coffee preference. It's obviously good because many people do like it a lot. I am just not one of them.
This place is crazy today, line waiting for drinks is out the door. They got an iced coffee wrong. No one looks happy here. True despair. OP needs a new Starbucks.
I went there to pick up an order for someone. And the order was not there. Someone else must have grabbed it. And the manager refused to remake the order for someone who paid for their order and never got it she refused to remake it. I questioned it confused, she said she makes the rules told me I wasn't allowed to come back in for the rest of the day. and then she promptly kicked me out for absolutely no reason, completely unprofessional, rude and destructive and embarrassing to the company. I'm sure no one at Starbucks or anywhere would approve of this behavior To save from remaking a drink and a biscuit when there was not one customer in the building
Me and my step daughter were shopping in this plaza and she had to use the restroom- we went to 3 different stores looking for one and they were all closed so we walked down to Starbucks, a guy with glasses and brown hair stopped us on the way to the bathroom and asked if he could start something for me I said no thank you my daughter just really needs to use the bathroom, he proceeded to tell me “it’s only for paying customers.” I spend probably $50 a week at Starbucks just for them to tell me my daughter can’t use the bathroom? NOPE. She went anyways. I said call corporate I’m not having her pee her pants. No one was even in the place. Horrible customer service and lack of common sense. He told me to go to chick fil a (we parked all the way at the other end of the parking lot by five below so I would have to have her walk on the way back and drive her across traffic to go to another restaurant while on the verge of peeing??um no. ) truly flabbergasted. Starbucks do better
the manager for this location is terrible. a lot of us long-term workers quit due to her racism, unfairness, immaturity, and lack of empathy. I am still hearing terrible things about her even after having left the job one year ago. numerous reports have been put in to ethics and compliance by various employees and yet she is still employed at this cafe store and continues to be unwelcoming. do not support this location and instead visit the one around the corner in the plaza where the manager, Woody, is much more human and provides a better environment for his employees and customers.
I am a student who traveled to Buffalo and decided to do some work here I bought a drink and went to sit in my car I went back into the store because I needed to pee and the worker with pink hair informed me I needed to do another purchase but I walked out the door as soon as I walk out the door I am no longer a customer but I explained I was just there and have been just outside the cafe She denied me access to use the rest room claiming “she can literally lose her job “ and “i can contact corporate, she would love it if I do” this is so wrong considering the fact I am pregnant and was denied restroom use shortly after making a purchase. My time there was at 7:31 pm on November 5th

I ordered a large drink and they filled it halfway and they made more ice than drink and the ratatouille a brunette threw it at me and bad service one asks for a drink specifically and they give him what they want
I have Never been the type to go out of my way to write a bad review in my life, but after my experience at this location I I couldn’t not wrote a review. My family and I went Into Starbucks for a drink and a snack. But when we entered the case of food was completely cleared so I naturally asked the Barista (blonde with a nose ring ) if they still had food. Right off the bat she responded with a super rude tone. When I asked what she still had she began to read the whole food list loud and very passive aggressive. It was embarrassing and made me and my whole family feel uncomfortable. Then right as I went To order she left, and went to the back room. Then another employee, named Jules, who was working with a AirPod in …… came to take our order and she was almost just as bad. When taking our order it was filled with many eye rolls and scoffs, very disrespectful. Then after she took our order she left to the back and began talking about me and my family to the other girl who was rude to us previously and then began mocking me. This is very upsetting, because it not only made my family and I un comfy but it made us all feel very disrespected while we are spending 20$ on drinks……. Which we never mind bc we know Starbucks is known for good customer service, but my encounter yesterday has made me double guess this opinion I used to have about Starbucks.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks on Sunday, July 27 around 4 PM. I stopped in after a long road trip and urgently needed to use the washroom before ordering. I explained that I would absolutely be making a purchase right after, but the barista refused and was very rude and lacking in empathy. It was an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation that could have been handled with basic courtesy and understanding. I’ve always appreciated Starbucks for being a welcoming and accommodating place, but unfortunately, this visit was far from that.
Terrible experience. I ordered a mozzarella and tomato sandwich. It was not busy at 3 o’clock in the afternoon and after 45 minutes, I asked about my sandwich. They told me they couldn’t make it for me. At that point Customer came back in and said that she had gotten the wrong sandwich. It was mine, and the girl behind the counter asked me if I still wanted it. Seriously, after she had bitten into it and opened it? Never again.
If I could ZERO-out Stars I would. I hadn't been to StarBFUX in a long time 2017 and rarely before that. I do recall when I did eat/drink from there food/drinks was GOOD. I don't know what happened since 2017. Today (3.28.25) I half-ate a Provolone-Chicken with Pesto & Red Peppers on an Italian bread-wrap. It ALL felt/tasted like I was eating CARDBOARD/PAPER. THERE WAS NO FLAVOR, not even SALT nor a little SUGAR, I could NOT distinguish any flavor from each of the Ingredients. I don't smoke/consume alcoholic beverages and My sense of taste is very sensitive, to point I can tell You what ingredients were used in a food preparation. I rarely eat Restaurant food due to reasons of BORING taste. Most "COR-POOR-RATE" restaurant food, no matter the Cuisine tastes lousy. Most Mom & Pop/Family Restaurants tastes way better. I mostly Cook My own food anyway from FRESH & RAW ingredients.
I visited this Starbucks on February 12 around 7 AM and ordered a Venti drink with no ice. Instead, I was given a Tall cup with ice. When I kindly pointed out the mistake, the morning manager—who has dark hair, fake lashes, and Botox, and appears to be a Caucasian woman in her late 30s to early 40s—was extremely rude and unprofessional. She aggressively took my drink, rolled her eyes, and dismissed me without any apology or attempt to fix the mistake. I used to casually come here, but now the atmosphere is filled with stress and rudeness. As a manager, she should be handling situations calmly, not acting disrespectfully toward customers. If she can’t manage rush hours professionally, she shouldn’t be in that role. Her attitude ruined my morning, and based on her demeanor, she seems constantly stressed. A manager should provide good customer service, not hostility.
