Updated, This location since my last visit was a disappointing experience, this location didn't honor my Coupons from my rewards app nor would it honor my Coupons i got from clippings in the paper. They only honor specific items and mislead customers and they overcharge specific items , Mainly The Turkey, Tuna, and Steak items..

Small clean and friendly. It was not What I expected. I expected small. I did not expect clean. I Drive for a living. So gas station subways are a healthy Exchange. This was a nice one.

The service there was awesome. The people there are awesome. The subway clerk a great personality loved her to death. But she was improperly wearing a mask while she was making my sandwich. So I refused to sandwich after she made it and walked away and went to another store to find something to eat. Enforced The Mask rule 100% or terminate your employee

It's kinda small sense there is a store as part of it so when they are full in both parts it's not even worth the sub stand in there wait.

There are definitely way better subways nearby but the food is decent here

The food was great but word of advice management should tell the employee(s) not to be on their phones while they touch people food with the gloves... you are transferring the germs from phone to our food that’s unsanitary even worse with Covid issues

The employees do not check to see if the person picking up online orders is the person who ordered it. I went in and asked for my order from online. They said they just did it and placed it on the rack but someone else came in and took it.

The man working was friendly and accommodating, though the only complaint i have was because of the food. It tasted awful. Every bite was bitter and unpleasant and I believe it's because it's hot in there and the food was starting to spoil. Otherwise, the employee working did a good job helping me.

I wish this Subway would take coupons for that reason I don't go here anymore

This gas station has no business serving food. The only subway I've ever seen that has bars on it's windows.

Didn't realize till we got home. Paid $43 dollars because they charged us for a whole extra sub we didn't get and never got our cookies. My bad for trusting a food place too much I guess. I don't suggest going here.

The ignorant staff couldn't even wait for me to leave the building before making rude comments about not answering fast enough when they asked what I wanted despite just staring at the counter and mumbling under their breath. Eye contact can go a long way unlike these two girls

I just door dashed a tuna sub from this subway it was horrible the tuna is disgusting it doesn't even taste like tuna I'm completely upset that I chose to get lunch here

Hello. I spent a whopping $10 on just a 6 inch sub and the worker skimped on the important ingredients. The advertisement said it would be 50% more meat than normal and it wasn’t. And instead of putting on a layer of guac per the ad, he squirted a thin line down the middle. Do not go here it is a total rip off

Listen, I don’t usually complain but I just went through a 65 hour failed induction into an emergency c-section so we ordered doordash to the hospital. I haven’t had a ham sub in 10 damn months so i was looking forward to it. They messed up my order, no lettuce on my sub, and gave us completely different cookies than we asked for. You’re subway how do you not have lettuce 😭😭😭 i read the ticket it said it!!!

Service was terrible today at subway. In the middle of me ordering the guy ask the customer behind me what would he like and I tell him I’m not done and he says to me well you’re too slow and that he was busy (it was only one person behind me) I didn’t take long at all…I’m a respectable person and never had that happen to me before. It was very rude no etiquette at all. I told the worker that was at the cash register by the door and he said he would talk to him but he looked like he didn’t care. I just know I won’t be back here again

Absolute trash. Blt sub with raw, cold, translucent, slippery bacon. Ordered a BLT got a fatty ham sub.. Bacon on a BLT is expected to be crispy and hot anywhere you go. Learn bacon if you want to sell sandwiches. Knowledge is important.

Ordered a sub today from GrubHub. The $20 I spent on this sub got me maybe 1 vegetable per bite, half a piece of chicken, the chicken teriyaki was just the regular chicken with the sub soaked with the sauce to hide it. Might be the worst fast food order I've received in my life. My $20 sub maybe weighed the total of an oz if lucky. Do not order from subway - the lack of quality and quantity is astounding. I hope management doesn't wonder why the franchise is dying

The food is absolutely awful. I do think since they don’t have many customers they never change out the food containers. Unless you like raw meat on your subs I wouldn’t go here🤮

I think they need a class called making subs 101 cause i swear they can never get a sub right especially always footlong with a half amount of meat , always forgetting the cheese and sloppy i mean we work for a check just like ya i wouldnt do anyone like that .. doordash orders recently this was suppose to be a all pro chicken teriyaki 2x pepper jack cheese toasted more like a all pro whatever they wanted to put on it smh no teriyaki barely chicken not toasted no 2x cheese put ends of banana peppers trying to make me break a tooth ..

I could have overlooked the cramped atmosphere and questionable quality, but the dude straight up overcharged us by intentionally putting in full meals when we just got two simple single items. Their posted prices are not accurate, and I get the feeling they just charge whatever they can get away with charging. It's okay. I dropped a tip with a special gift for him. Karma comes to thieves.

This is probably one of my worst subway experiences. Starting from the location to the appearance of the store to the service, everything made me hate the choice that I made to visit this store out of all Subways in that area. First of all, the guy messed up our online orders. He didn’t have the courtesy to call us and inform that they ran out of veggie patty. So he gave us 2 veggie delite and 1 veggie patty footlong. That already screwed 3 of our 5 orders. And he gave the wrong footlongs for the remaining 2. It’s partly our fault that we didn’t check though. Highly unprofessional and the store is dirty and located in an unwelcoming, mediocre spot to put it mildly. Avoid this store if you can.

This place makes no sense! We ordered 3 12 in of the same sub, except the last one had dbl meat. The first two subs the guy did 2 trays of meat. In the last he did 3...So, then he started cashing us out and charged 2 at reg price and then charged the 3rd reg plus dbl meat. I said sorry, "i think there is an error here, you charge me dbl meat for the 3rd sub, but only used extra 1 tray of meat" He then said "right, its only 1 tray of meat per sub." Rather than argue with him i looked at him and said "that makes no sense at all" and walked out. Dont worry we still paid for the food. But still. If its 3oz per 6 in. Then i should be getting 12 oz per 12 in when i ask for dbl meat. Horrible

Went in on my break at 9:10 am. There is one person ahead of me that is almost done paying, and no one else in the store. When it came to my turn to order I was told to hold on for several minutes and the employee walks away. So I left and that will be my last time going. I’ve come to this location everyday for lunch for several years. A handful of complaints I have looked past no big deal it happeneds when you’re busy. But slow and no one but myself ordering and being told to wait in my lunch? Not ok.
