The average chipotle experience is usually one that is consistent and reliable. Who doesn’t love consistent and reliable chipotle. We love it over here.

To be completely honest. My wife and I weren’t in a huge hurry like the gentleman in front of us but the line was moving slow. I guess It wouldn’t have bothered me at all but for a few minutes there three employees were talking to each other complaining about scheduling instead of helping the line move faster. It’s a completely open kitchen so the entire line was able to hear it. I guess that’s why the gentleman in front of us complained and left without food.

The food was good but this place was filthy. They had trash on the floors, tables, seats the trash bins overflowing. They were nice about cleaning it thow but we had to ask for our table to be cleaned because we were gonna eat there.

It's fine. Overpriced, increasingly smaller portions. Really feel nickel and dimed with all the surcharges. Nearly $4 for avocado is unbelievable. Frankly, we could all just make it at home for cheaper and it'd probably taste better too.

Now I remember why I've eaten at a Chipotle twice in the past 12 years. You pay more for less. Hopefully you get chicken. You get twice the amount for $2 less. Was hard enough to find a clean table to eat at.

I often like to buy the honey chicken bowl from this restaurant chain. I always order a double portion, so I know the usual amount of food and the price I normally get. However, at this location they sold me a regular portion that was priced higher than at other locations. I’m giving 2 stars only because the food tasted good. But the price and portion size at this location are not worth it.

I order chipotle on their website because I’m busy with work. When I pick up my order everyone was friendly. The order wasn’t ready so is waited until the chicken was cooked. The workers there are rude and every time I ask to add something they're always making face expressions. They always skim you down with the meat. Avoid if possible

Andre did an amazing job under pressure. I waited about 30 minutes for my Chipotle bowl while the line kept building, and Andre was essentially running the line with just one cook. Despite being understaffed, he moved the line as efficiently as possible and stayed professional the entire time. Unfortunately, his manager was not supportive at all. Instead of jumping in to help during the rush, the manager directed Andre to stop and put ice away and clean lids, then put someone brand new on the line who had just arrived. Meanwhile, the manager spent time chatting, going to the back, and coming out to grab a drink rather than helping clear the line. The food station was messy, the guacamole was browned, and instead of supporting the staff, the manager criticized a line worker for the mess. Great job, Andre—you truly handled a tough situation with professionalism. I’m sorry you’re working with such poor management.

I went to get 6 bowls. The girls working there were so rude. She was just rushing. I was telling her to put the stuff i wanted and she keep making faces. The manager needs to teach them how to behave with customer. We are paying for the meals, we are not homeless that getting for free. Not gonna return never. Worst experience ever.

I hate to say it as I live in the neighborhood, but this is becoming by far the worst chipotle near me. Portions are becoming increasingly smaller and staff is not giving anywhere near a spoonful of helping. I literally eat chipotle 4-5 times a week and with every visit, I become less and less enamored. They were training a new person today 11/7 around 12:30, and everything asked for - not just in my food, was so minimal it appeared to be rationed. Now this is by no means the new persons fault, however - the lady training him was awful. I order double chicken every time and even with new chicken just served, she was nowhere near a double portion. I almost walked away, but felt bad for the trainee. It’s a shame, Chipotle used to be so great. However, it seems this location cares more about how much is being served than providing quality service.

This is the only chipotle near where I live and honestly this particular location is one of the worst ones I've ever been to. They charge you for an amount that isn't fair. You have to pay a big amount and then it's only a couple piseces of meat. One of the worst places out there

This is without a doubt the worst Chipotle in all of Los Angeles. Please take the time to go to literally any other of their locations. It's such a shame this location is managed so horribly. Hoping for a change soon.

I’ve gone to this place twice . The first time I was picking up a mobile order and I was at the checkout registers and the guy completely ignores me and goes and takes a guys order . ( I was there first) He knows who he is . Now I came today and the girl working the front with the big ol lashes is taking long and flirting with some random customer instead of hurrying up with my food . Then I scan my rewards and she doesn’t even say anything about it not going thru ( I work in food as well so I know to tell people to rescan for their points ) so unprofessional and sadly it’s the closest one to my job
