Opiniones de Hook Burger Burbank
--Their burgers taste home made possibly all natural. --Jessica and Brittney were very hospitable. They made sure we had everything we needed as we sat down and waited for our food. --Veteran friendly
My boyfriend and I were feeling a good burger, I searched up near places on google maps and this place came up. I ordered the Maui burger with avocado added and my boyfriend ordered the California burger. Both burgers were very delicious, the meat patties were juicy and all the ingredients were fresh too. The fries were also delicious. We went at night for dinner, since there’s other places at that shopping center the parking was a bit full but we got lucky. We’re definitely coming back.
I went on a Friday about 3pm. It was moderately crowded. I ordered a burger and then was convinced to upgrade to a combo that included the fries and drink. The burger was $12 when they added the fries and drink it came up to $20 🤯🤯🤯🤯. That's crazy to me!! To make it worse the fries weren't anything special whatsoever. My advice, save your money and skip the fries. The burger 🍔 was awesome!! Well worth the 12 bucks
Tuesday night has arrived once again, and tonight, it was burger night. We scanned the map for a good place, and we ended up bumping into Hooked. It looks a little like a Shakeshack, but the food is much better. They use brioche buns, a variety of cheeses and sauces, but one of the things I appreciated the most as an Italian, is that they use rucola mixed with the lettuce, which gives it a much nicer taste. The employees were all very polite. They helped out a group seated on 2 tables with children, which started making a disaster almost as soon as they arrived, they also almost blocked the walkway so they could sit near eachother, with tons of seats to choose from. The employees cleaned up their mess with a smile and provided a highchair as requested, they also provide table service.
All I can say is that the fast food quality here is amazing. If you’re comparing it to five guys, in n out, Wendy’s, etc your typical burger and fries place, the food here is pretty amazing. A bit on the pricier side so I’d say it’s a fancier fast food restaurant too — also because the taste quality Is immensely higher than your normal fast food restaurant. They have different flavored burgers — We got the Maui burger which had teriyaki sauce and pineapple and the crispy chicken sandwich. The fries were also amazing — we got sweet potatoes and normal fries. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for something quick and fried!
First time I've been to this place and I have to say I'm really impressed. The inside layout and design is very nice. An elegant Lobby to sit and eat. The food was absolutely delicious. Very fresh and I definitely am a fan of this place now. Anytime I'm in the area I will come and eat.
Had a chill day trying out Hook Burger at Empire Center. Cool vibes and comfy seating, but the wooden table was a bit sticky – not the best. Ordered the Hickory Burger with onion rings. Soft buns, tasty hickory flavor, and tangy BBQ sauce nailed it. Fries were meh, but the onion rings were decent. 🍔👌
This place is pretty good. I had the hook burger, my husband had the mushroom burger, and we shared the trio side that included French fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. The burgers were yummy, I particularly liked the char flavor. The sweet potato fries were okay, I wish they were crispier. The onion rings were very good. The regular fries were okay.
Pretty good burgers, but a little pricey for not totally amazing. We got a Hook burger, Maui burger, and Hickory burger. Hickory had "crispy" onion straws which were very soggy. Fries were fine, but nothing to write home about. I'd eat there again, and maybe try a chicken sandwich next time.
It's quality pub fare served under the guise of fast food. For a little more than a combo burger meal at McDonald's, you can get at Hook Burger fresh, perfectly cooked patties with a assortment of fresh ingredients encased in a soft, tasty brioche bun. They claim to have conscientiously procured meats and vegetables in their food, and it's apparent in how it tastes. Nothing "fast food" about that California Burger I just had! I only say fast food because the food comes out quick. Burgers, salads...pretty much their whole menu is top notch. Even their ranch sauce is awesome. Likewise their selection of drinks, from their beers and wines, to milkshakes, floats and homemade rootbeer. We were delighted to find out we can substitite tuna instead of chicken in their Caesar salad. They do have a bar at this branch, plus a good-sized dining area, a covered outdoor dining patio, and lots more outdoor seating in the front. The staff is always courteous and helpful, as they bring your order to your table and always ask if you need anything when they pass by. Parking is usually abundant this side of Empire Center, and though there are lots of food places to choose from around the shopping complex, we usually end up at Hook Burger when we want a quick, fresh, and delicious lunch.
Pretty good food. I tried the Hook Burger and the trio. The trio has sweet potato fries, French fries, and onion rings. I liked the grilled onions on the burger. I also took a salad to eat the next day. I was pleased by how well it stayed overnight. It was the Baby Ray's BBQ Chicken salad. Yum!
It was fine, just the $60 price tag for two burger meals rubbed me the wrong way especially for what was served. Definitely trying to capture the fast causal market but these are Shake Shack sized burgers that tasted worse and were twice as expensive. They weren’t bad by any means but for the price tag it is NOT worth it
I stopped by a couple of days ago for lunch and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience. Given the competitive burger scene in LA, I expected more. I ordered the mushroom burger on their suggestion. Despite being one of the more expensive options, it barely had five slices of mushroom, and the meat tasted like a frozen burger from Costco. The fries were processed, unflavored, and nothing special. I don’t understand why some places serve tasteless processed fries instead of real potatoes. The burger buns also were not especial. I guess there are more options with better food and prices are in the neighborhood so they better improve quality.
First time ever going in this restaurant I was not greeted I said hello to the lady and she didn't even acknowledge me I asked for well done Burger they just said turkey burger when I got to my place it was barely even cooked and the same lady that didn't want to say hello she picked her nose and then picked up a cup and poured beer in it unsanitary
