I'm picky about McDonald's because they are not the same when it comes to freshness of food. I ordered the Southwest salad with ranch on the side. Fresh and tasty. The service was good and the restrooms are decent. The drive thru is awkward and kind of slow, better to park, get out of the heat and enjoy their A/C.

Went very late at night since all the restaurants were closed but food was decent. And service was quick. I mean it’s McDonald’s you can’t go wrong lol. The drive thru line is a bit short so I’m betting during the busy times it overflows into the street. Especially since the other McDonald’s is closed for renovations as of April 2022. So be patient

This high review is for the cashier I've been coming to this place for so many years, that I never had a cashier like this one I don't know his name but he's up to the top.
Since I downloaded the app I have earned so many points, to be honest I didn't even realize how much I came here till I did. I got free Happy Meals, free sandwiches etc. Drive through is always long but goes fast, they are great at getting orders right. I'm a regular and will continue to be!!
Victor was a very kind and understanding fellow. Only reason I’ll come back is because of him. He was an awesome employee, and definitely deserves a raise.
Staff is clean and efficient. They are organized and quick. Polite and are very accommodating when it comes to customer complaints. A little to understanding if you ask me😅. The store is always tidy. The food is cook yo order and some of the best quality I've seen in four locations. Burbank and Olive is one of the best McDonald's. The customers are just as welcoming. I enjoy coming here.
This location was fast. 4 cars deep before being able to order. I was hesitant about Entering the line, but thought I'd go ahead and give it a shot. The team here was quick and all the cars move through the line fairly quickly. Not having an actual timer, it felt like 10 or less minutes. The staff were courteous and pleasant and took the orders correctly. Very easy location to use.
This MCD has the best service and quality of food. They make customized order accurate and bring out the foods efficiently.
The gentleman that was at the cash register, was amazing!!!! I wish I had gotten his name. He wears glasses and has blonde or light brown hair. He could be a server in a fine dining restaurant. His customer service was above and beyond. He was polite and attentive. He walked around the dining area, asking everyone if they were doing ok. He is an amazing employee, and I hope the company recognizes this. I called and talked to a manager about how wonderful he was😊

Fast efficient service. Time was an issue. I was in an unfamiliar area. They were able to get me in and out. I went inside because there were several cars in the drive through. I had concerns about getting out of the drive through line because I have attempted to go inside some fast food restaurants and found out that the dining room was closed due to staff shortages. The egg McMuffin and coffee were fresh and good.
amazing! a word i never thought i would do scribe mcdonald’s as but i came at 3:40 am and was first in line u may ask why a line at 3:40 am well now i know why i ordered thru the app and got 2 cheeseburgers with frys i ask for frys to be well done at the drive thru and she says certainly a guy greets me at the window with great costmer service the typa service you would want to run your restaurant with i taste the frys as he gives them to me like i usally due expecting a little bit warmer than usal frys while also asking for water cup and after i asked my mouth goes mmmhm in joy i’ve never tatted a fry like that so good and crispy my burgers were amazing too but the thing i can’t get over is the costmer service the drive thru guy had the boss needs to shine some recongnitionnfor him

I've been eating McDonald's for about 30 years now. On November 8th of 2025 at approximately 1:45pm I ordered one cheeseburger and one hamburger in this location. By far those two were the most delicious McDonald's burgers I've ever had in my life. They tasted exactly as a McDonald's usually does, but for some reason everything on it was perfect and I wasn't even that hungry so I won't put it in the hunger, it was just perfectly made burgers and I loved it. Kudos yo whoever prepared them for me! You made my day
We always come to this restaurant here on this side of town. Compared to most McDonald’s this place is not “perfect” but they have provided great customer service and delicious food to our satisfaction. I have nothing but goodness to say about this location we love this McDonald’s restaurant. Keep up the good service and food. Don’t let anyone steal your shine.
Nice McDonald’s because they have a play area for kids, lots of seating, there’s a school nearby so if you go there around two or 4 PM it’s gonna be really busy, but besides that, all good here
10/14/2025 - I just picked up a big Mac to eat this morning on my way to work. They didn't put in the the damn burger meat🤦🏽♂️ it wasn't even busy when I went and got the food. 10/15/2025 - I told the cashier today about the incident yesterday and they were able to take care of me and apologized which was wonderful. They handled everything great and because of this im giving them 5 stars.
UPDATE: came here for the newly released Cactus Plant Flea Market Adult Happy Meal and the service was impeccable!!! the restaurant was already SUPER BUSY with morning breakfast orders so when it came to my turn, i was able to quickly order this limited edition meal. My cashier with the two little pony tails was super polite, sweet and extremely helpful. ONE THING ABOUT THIS MCDONALD'S IS THEY ARE ACTUALLY VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE!!! other stores, not so much! the Manager (a petite lady with her hair in a pony tail) was SOOOOO ACCOMMODATING AND NICE and even though she was SOOOOOO BUSY she always took the time out to listen to my additional requests with my large order. on a side note, there was a mildly irate woman (karen) who almost seemed to get to the boiling point because she was waiting 2 mins too long but the sweet natured cashier immediately took care of her and she went back down to a simmer without exploding. I, personally, started the day HORRIBLY with a parking ticket ($73.00) so i wasn't in the best mood but after dealing with the amazing staff at the burbank olive restaurant, i totally (for the moment) forgot about my terrible parking ticket and was pleasantly cared for by a fast paced feverishly busy McDonald's staff! thank you so much to the burbank restaurant. i will always return to your restaurant!

This McDonald's is very good. I should also know that they have a double drive-thru line and a separate window to take money, they are taking a lead from In and Out Burger and it works well. The food was delivered on time hot and fresh. I was asked what kind of sauce I wanted with my French fries. It is a little bit hard to find so you have to follow the sign and the direction to get into this place, as it is set back from the street.

Food portions are small for what they charge. I know prices have gone up on everything but I think with their rewards club. They reduced portion sizes and raised prices. I used to like McDonald's. I only go for a good deal or because it's convenient. Don't eat before they dining room closes. I believe I got old or rushed to soon food cause it was cold and the nuns were hard. I didn't say anything as being I was hungry and trying to get home.

The service was great 👍 food was nice, the ice machine was not the best, just really small pieces of ice and the cold drinks weren't cold or fizzy, the ice melted as soon as it went in the drink and tasted flat 🙄
We stopped by here before seeing the Lion King. I joked around with my BF about them having LK happy meal toys bc I collected all of them when I was a kid. Sure enough, they did have LK happy meal toys but nowhere near as good as the originals. These were lacking expression/animation/character in their faces. Big playplace for kids in the back and plenty of seating. My BF wanted convenient and quick sausage mcmuffins before we saw the movie. Gotta hand it to McD's for being convenient and quick ya know? DL the app and you get $1 off. They still make killer hashbrowns and I respect them for minimizing portion size in order to stay in the calorie range. Can't take the nostalgia and epicness out of McD's in my book. Ever.

We were disappointed in our drive- thru visit. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwiches and they were soggy and rubbery. McDonald's should not be serving sandwiches that have been sitting long enough to get cold. :(
Usually don't have a bad experience at this McDonald's, but today was an exception. My mobile order was incorrect, and when I brought it to the employee's attention, she seemed to be bothered by it and attempted to correct the mistake but wound up not fixing it entirely because she was distracted by filling other orders. The restaurant was starting to get busy because the local high school was starting to let out, so it's understandable when stuff like this happens. On a plus side, my kids did receive an extra Happy Meal from the same employee when one of my daughters asked to switch out the toy she had already receive. Again, a slight snafu in an otherwise usually pleasant McDonald's.
Just to get a refill coffee is like I was invisible customer service disappointed. I don't usually like to criticize because I deal with customer service at my own job and I teach my students how to deal with customer service. But I'm willing to forgive and hopefully they can adjust.
Downhill. That's what best describes this location. With Raising Cane's opening across the street, you'd think they'd up their game.. they have not. The forget FF with meals all the time.. cold food.. the ONLY positive is their ice cream machine is rarely broken
It's probably the worst McDonalds I've ever been in. Chicken was a bit stringy/gristly with no filling other than the chicken. Fries were terrible, couldn't finish them. The redeeming factor was that the coffee was good. Not cheap. Not fast. For an area on a health kick, no salad options and not even any salad in the burger.

Decided to stop by to grab some coffee. I went on the app and setup my order ahead of time because I know this location is always busy. Decided to place it for in-store take-out since the drive thru is always packed here, then I stepped out and tried to go in. No wonder the drive thru is packed, they weren't open inside! This was at 8:30pm by the way, so it's not like they really had to reason to be closed unless they were understaffed. Anyway, I went through the drive-thru and told them that I already placed the order for take-out. Despite me explaining this twice, they still asked me for the 4 letter code you usually give when you do a drive thru mobile order, which you don't get for other types of mobile orders. After I finally got through to them and waited to pick up the food, one of the iced coffees had no cream. Don't know what excuse they had for that one, considering you can visually see the coffee was black. They fixed it fine though and were relatively kind during the whole interaction. This is a weird McDonald's location.
This McDonald's has gotten worse over time... They are not concerned with customer satisfaction. They get two stars because they serve Happy Meals, but the regular menu is always lacking and they rarely have the publicized Happy Meals in stock! I've never had such horrible experiences with management. They refuse to correct an order if you make a mistake, and don't even suggest that they made an error. Please note, this is a franchise, so contacting corporate will not help. Corporate will encourage you to contact your bank for a refund.
I've been coming here for years...and this particular McDonald's has management issues. Always slow, and the staff often looks disorganized and a bit confused. Management needs to work on procedures. As someone with ample restaurant and management experience, I can see they're not as well oiled as other McD units.
For the last month they have gotten my order wrong every single time. I'll ask for no pickles and they'll add extra. I asked for an apple pie, when I went to pay they said they were out so I said I would take a cookie, then I got their disgusting guava pie instead. I'll ask for a diet Dr. Pepper and then get a diet Coke instead. I generally like them, but lately it's just been frustrating that they can't seem to get a single order correct.
I don't know if they were short staffed this morning, but the service was less than ideal. I was a walk-in and it took about 4 to 5 minutes before they took my order, and no one was in front of me. It was taking so long to get served the guy behind me left. There also was no "hello" or "thank you" from the employee who took my order. I'm not going to reward this type of mediocre service with patronage.

There is currently a homeless man asleep on the floor in the playroom! It was a good learning moment for my 10 year old, but did not feel comfortable eating or having him playing in there having to step over a man and all! 7 minutes for a double cheeseburger and a small french fry is absolutely embarrassing as someone who has worked in countless fastfood restaurants, It's honestly embarrassing. But we've all learned that it's a management issue and not a staff issue. I'm disappointed that I spent 30 plus dollars. I got no plastic fork spoon or knife for my breakfast deluxe and some employee there messed-up my Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddle they literally put the driest bacon ever and the egg was cold and the McGriddle didn't even have the right buns instead of the sweet maple buns they gave me a english muffin buns instead. This location has the slowest drive thru. Of any I've ever experienced. And I don't mean just once, I work down the street and frequently try to order here. I can't begin to tell you how many times I have given up and drove away.

I've been going here on and off for years now and customer service and the food have been going downwards. Picked up some coffee and sausage sandwiche and as I was chewing I felt something strange. As I stopped eating and pulled out was in my sausage sandwich, it was someone's finger nail. Very disappointed.
If it were possible,I WOULD GIVE THEM A 0. I was there this morning. It took about 5 minutes for them to run my card and get me a receipt. I picked up my food, and then checked my account and I had a charge for food that I did not order nor did I receive. I went in showed them the banking information and was essentially told, "too bad." I was shocked at how they chose to ignore the issue, and hoped that I would not follow up with them or the corporation. In spite of the convenience of the location, and the fact taht I have enjoyed McDonalds food since I was 12, I will never return to this location.
Super disrespectful and rude workers. They even don’t know how they should talk to customer. They gave hard time to customer before me and keep telling him they don’t understand him!! And then giving me hard time and then telling me to go through drive through while my order was on the table and easy to hand.. I never ever have seen this low level of customer service anywhere. I would recommend McDonald managers to work on workers attitude on this branch! Even one star is too much!!
March 28 at 14:29 - next in line, a woman customer kindly asked where her meal was? My server asked the woman putting orders on counter about it - she snapped at him & shrugged him off. He kindly asked for my patience and made the patron her order. Just before my server started my order, the woman employee spoke to him in a Spanish with a slur. I was utterly shocked - because I am white did she think I didn't know Spanish? I asked him who the manager was- guess who? The rude woman employee! Horrendous!
The lady taking the order is rude. She starts by speaking spanish. I was like am can I have a oreo Mc flurry. She was like yeah you just have to wait 3 hours for the ice cream machine as it's been cleaned. If they had any sense they would clean it at night or early morning, not 2 in the day when it's hot. We ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie and it was basically Ice disgusting. We had to wait 5 mins for the smoothie. We went to the McDonald's on Victory and we got our Mc flurry. We showed the guy our smoothie and he said that is no smoothie that's a slushie. He asked were we got it and we said it was on Olive and he said Oh I believe it there not great there. So I suggest forget Olive and just go to the one on Victory.
The employee at drive through is very rude , and she has a very bad attitude she was working there yesterday , she argued with one of the drivers , when he asked her something She treats the door dash delivery employees in a very unfair way , everyone who delivers is complaining at door dash , about her . She doesnt like the door dash deliverie guys . She should not work there !! this it is my opinion , if she cannot deliver an excellent service to customers or delivery guys .she looks at the delivery men In a unpleasant way all the time . she is not helpful to them when they ask something . a cashier should be nice and patient all the time , she is always unpleasant and is very unprofessional. My cup was gooey like syrup on the bottom when I ordered hotcakes & lg coffee today at 8:30AM, and its all over my hand. So: I asked for an empty cup to put the sticky cup in. Simple? No. The woman at the counter didn't understand. She gestured to another employee, and I repeated the whole thing over. He waved his hands and said "no cup". So, I spoke slowly, pointing at the bottom of the cup, explained for the third time. The customers behind me are quiet, watching this charade. His hands "no no, no empty cups". This had become a Larry David episode. I waved towards the back, "you got plenty of empty cups!" Somehow as if by osmosis he produced an empty cup that I placed the contaminated cup in, and I thanked him. I didn't waste more time trying to communicate for a wet napkin to clean my hands. Why wasn't there a bilingual manager or employee in this place? I've been coming here since 2005 and the past few months have been a nightmare. Incorrect orders, wrong charges, and long waits. Competent managers are randomly here one day then gone the next. There was a young woman with braids, a man who was military sharp, and another older woman who were fluently bilingual. Vanished. Does McDonalds expect me to learn Spanish? I travel for a living, and I speak in the French speaking, German and Slavic countries because that's their language they expect to hear. Here in the USA I know how to speak English. I do not have an issue with the employees here, they are trying to do their jobs and they work hard at it. But there is poor management policy. Whats up McDonalds Corporate?
This McDonald’s is absolutely vile. The bathrooms are disgusting, the restaurant is disgusting, and the staff is disgusting. In addition to being extraordinarily slow, the restaurant is run like a giant, greasy vending machine. You’re forced to order on machines, even if you don’t want to, unless you’re a cash customer, at which point you stand endlessly at the counter, while rude and unhelpful employees stare at you like you have three heads, and do nothing to assist. If you ask an employee if anyone is taking orders, they can’t give you an answer. The entire building should be razed.
Ordered food to be brought to table but it wasn't. When I went to check where our order was, I was told they had called us three times so it was sitting getting cold on the counter. Part of the order was missing. No straws provided. Poor, poor service and not even a "Have a nice day". Would not go to this McDonald's again.
Terrible online/app service I ordered online around 3:20. I went to pick up my food. Payment couldn't go through the system was updating. Ok, "it'll be up an running again around 30-40min." I wait. Go pick up my food. "The system never processed it because it was updating." Ok no problem. I'll just reorder it again. I try to. Lunch is no longer available. Breakfast only. No lunch. Oh man... Ok no worries I'm hungry so I don't mind breakfast. I submit my order. Pull up to the window. Night manager, "Breakfast is not served at this time. Only lunch" Not this is a problem! I am unable to order lunch. Because the McDonald's app does not allow lunch after X time. (Early morning time) I put in a breakfast order. But the store manager informs me they cannot cook the order because they are still cooking lunch. Not good. I cannot order lunch on the app because the app says it's breakfast only. I cannot order breakfast because the store manager says it's lunch only. Point is I cannot order. I just wanna eat something. Solution: Fix the app relative to the correct breakfast/ lunch times of the store. Or Alline the store in parallel to the apps time for breakfast/lunch after the system update. Please fix. I may be hangry but this shouldn't take this long to notice this problem or fix it since the pandemic. I'm sure I'm not the only one with late night munchies left with a bad taste in my mouth from this experience. Actually no taste, I couldn't get any food.
this mcdonald’s always has their system down during the night time and only take cash. it is so inconvenient because they don’t even take mobile orders when their system is down. Come on, this fast food chain is world wide and can’t deal with this system problem? i work retail and we don’t even have this issue. it’s just so ridiculous. this is the third time it’s happen this month alone.
When I was waiting to order at the cashier, nobody took my order and some of the employees were standing and talking to each other until I raised my voice for help.
$6 for a large fry at this location - prices set by the “local” owner who must be desperate for cash. Oh and not only a rip off, but tasted like a$$
Very sorrow service , i bought French fries, and like a joke they give me two ketchup , no napkins, and i asked for, and the employee still very reluctant to give me some , i end up with one napkin. And to get this order of ten nuggets , fries , apple pie and side salad. I waited for 25 minutes . Hopefully the owners care more for their sorrow service.
24hrs? Opens at 5:00am Had all the employees stare at us at the door at 5:00am everyone pretended they didn't see us. We waited for 15min till they finally opened the door. I said thank you and no response from the employee.
Quality has dropped significantly at this location, not sure if it was a change in management or what but I used to see a long line at the drive thru all the time and didnt mind because the food was always freshly cooked The last few times I visited the food was cold and seemed like it has been sitting a while. Cheese was not even melted on the quarter pounder and those are supposed to be cooked to order.
They were so rude (Dasiy) got my order wrong. She pointed her hands in my face while telling me that the frapp was peppermint(it was a moca frapp it had no peppermint). She was extremely rude disrespectful beyon necessary....
I received my order with a bite taken out of my Spicy McChicken. When I asked for a replacement the staff member looked at me with an "are you kidding me" face while saying "really" 3 or 4 times. She gave me a new sandwich after my persistence, but I walked away feeling embarrassed, like I was the guilty party, while 10 other people also stared at me. It was probably another customers return. They were very busy. Or maybe they were expecting to blame a DoorDash driver and didn't realize it was an in restaurant customer. I don't know, but thanks for making me feel like crap. My kids at least enjoyed the play place, but we were forced to leave after the door alarm wrung for 5 minutes with no one willing to turn it off.
There service is extremely bad and slow when the employees are working around food they should be wearing hair nets or hats I dont like seeing hair in my food ,
Worst time management McDonald's spot ever, I think you have to reconsider who is the manager at your spot. I work in delivery and get to the place at 8:57 on 12/24, to pick up my delivery, and they have closed the place. I saw the people inside so I tried to ask them to to get the order, in answer I got we are already closed through the window. I understand that you guys tired and have been working all day , plus it is a Christmas Eve, but I am working as well and was paying from my wallet to get to this place, but met with absolute unprofessionalism in terms of time management from the McDonald's. I hope someone from the higher position could see it and enforce the policies to teach the management team that if stays : closing at 9 - it is closing at 9,not at the 8:57.
Used the app, GPS didn’t update and the blue haired girl on register didn’t offer any help, instead she said I was holding the line up and that I should pull around. which goes into a very busy street and the line I waited was pretty long so no, I’m not gonna be late back to work for McDonald’s after the worker was rude to me. Especially because the app messed up. I use the app multiple times a week and this is the first time this has happened where it doesn’t update the location automatically. Rude experience. Rude people should work the fryer not the window.
Coffee is good some days A few awesome employees and some employees have terrible customer service or should I say selective kindness. I think it violates the 1st rule of McDonald. There is no WiFi anymore so I go to a different location now.

This McDonalds always claims their Uber eats isn’t working..had my Uber eats driver waiting for 30mins and according to the driver he claims they told him “1 -3mins for the order” yet when I called them they claimed it’s Uber Eats fault..I install the tablets at many restaurants and it’s not the app it’s something else possibly the internet?..please correct this issue..if you don’t offer Uber eats remove it from the app please..
Possibly the worst McDonalds in the SFV. App works most of the time & when it doesn't, don't expect the restaurant to be any help. In fact, Guillermo goes opposite & treats you like you're scamming McDonalds. When it's reported & the owner/ operator calls, he's cordial but he's just wasting your time. No refund for charges to my CC. Never again will I order food from this McDonald's & I used to be 3-4x's/week kinda gal
I placed a mobile order through the app when I went to go pick it up my app had said it was picked up already, I tried explaining to the manager I didn’t pick it up at all. Manager kept trying to accuse me of trying to stealing and refused to give me my order even though I kept showing her proof that I had placed the order. It wasn’t till I showed her MY BANK STATEMENTS of that day when she finally gave me my order, and even still she had the audacity to look through my transactions, not too mention how rude she was. When I got my order it was all cold and didn’t even give me my full order either. Worst experience ever.
Abysmal service. We ordered 4 meals via the electric screens. As indicated we took a tent marker, entered the number into the order and placed it on our table. We waited patiently for around 20 minutes before going to check on the progress of our order. It turns out that they hadn’t bothered to bring it to the table but had just dumped it on the counter. They claimed to have called out our order number three times but we were pretty much the only people in the restaurant and we never heard them. There was no offer to remake our meals so we ate them cold. What’s the point of having the tent markers if you can’t be bothered to deliver to the table?
This location is always bad. The people are rude. We were handed our bag, and then a lady came to the window and told us to give her the bag back (which is illegal, by the way; once it goes out the window, it's not supposed to go back in) and when my mom didn't move fast enough to return it she started yelling at her "GIVE ME THE BAG BACK!" This was my first time returning in a year because I had bad service the last time I was here, too. I have only used the drive thru, so I am unsure of the cleanliness inside.
They took over 15 minutes to give me a quarter pounder meal..and they got the order totally wrong..not even the correct beverage. Who are they hiring these days?
Went there earlier got my order put in got to the window and luckily had the app where I found a coupon for 4$ off told the woman my code she walked away and then had this big oof come to me and basically yell at me that my order was 26$ which it originally was so I asked about my coupon they said I could only use one at a time so I kinda was like what ever. Then I got the receipt looked so I asked because it clearly wasn’t added the oof then brought over this woman in a black shirt who then yelled at me that it was applied but still was not but cool come here if you want your order constantly wrong cool
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the McDonald’s located at 1701 W Olive Ave, Burbank, CA 91506. I placed an order using the mobile app and showed the confirmation, but the staff rudely refused to fulfill it, claiming it didn’t show up on their system. They didn’t even try to help or resolve the issue, leaving me without my meal. The customer service was shockingly unprofessional and unfriendly. I expected much better from McDonald’s. Avoid this location if you want a hassle-free experience!
Paid customer, was denied and lied when asked for a cup for water but other employees were giving away several cups to kids that fill the place and just spend $1 perhaps... Got nothing against McDonald's but this location and their staff needs to be trained for customer service, this location just permanently lost a customer.
The service experience was quite unpleasant. I understand that the staff may be busy, but it would be nice to show a bit more attention to customers. Instead of taking my payment at the counter, I was told to place my order through the Skip the Line / Self-Order kiosk. My order didn’t start preparing right away because payment wasn’t completed immediately — even though I was standing right there. Later, the cashier also asked for more money, even though I had provided the exact amount.
I ordered a PLAIN double cheese burger and they gave me a double cheeseburger with pickles, a lot of onions, ketchup, and mustard. I had to throw the burger away because I’m highly allergic to onions, so I couldn’t even eat it. Lastly, I ordered a happy meal with sweet and sour sauce, and they couldn’t even get that right. Instead of sweet and sour, they gave me tangy bbq sauce. This was not a good experience and I DO NOT recommend going to this location
Horrible shift with two Deyanira and Lidia in particular who put the orders that are ready on a side silently and no one asking you standing right in front if it’s your order. Crowd gathering with plenty of orders ready but no one even bothering asking anyone from the crowd whether it’s their order. Manager was right there but did such a poor job. Just a reminder for someone. I know it’ll take a while to come from Palos Verdes but next time someone inspecting the franchise please pay attention at these two employees.
Had to rush a lunch; after a hard shift... thinking - quick and filling "Mickey D" (not this location) they added the cheese to my McChicken but forgot the actual Chicken... thanks a whole lot for messing up the basics! The ole Veterana at the drive thru window was Firme (thanks for the receipt) and my apologies for adding it as proof for this review. I knew there was a reason I ordered a 4 pack of McNuggets... I would need to replace the forgotten Chicken 🐔
The people here just don't care. Sat in my car waiting for a curbside order for 15 minutes before having to limp inside with an injury because they couldn't manage to bring out a fry and a drink. Then I get handed a lukewarm bag of fries and a warm drink that has probably been sitting for 14 minutes. They should be embarrassed to run such a bad restaurant.
This place hates kids , we got here at 1120 am and the worker is taking her sweet time cleaning inside the play area then the manager comes and yells at a mom because her kid went inside and was trying to her kid out. Then they send an old worker can barely walk to clean inside the slides meanwhile the kids are crying because they want to go inside and play. They been inside for 30 min and more before we got here.
