It's a great, quiet place with a nice variety of food from Latin America. The pupusas were good, and the fried chicken tacos were so good and crunchy. It's also super affordable.

The food is good service also good the place itself is clean the only problem that I see, is the no matter what you do if you're dining or take out, always the add the gratuity and I understand that some people don't tip at all but the one's we do it's uncomfortable they should tell to all the patrons that the tip it's all ready includ.

On my last visit I was very disappointed! The food was good as always but,the service was terrible our waitress only came to our table twice once to get the order and again to serve I had to get my own ticket from an older lady ( cashier ) and for my surprise it had 15% gratuity included!! In all our waitress didn't deserve this large of a tip her service was mediocre at best.. I will still buy from this restaurant but it will only be to go

There are too many places with similar menu with better pricing. Food is good; however, the servers are simply disinterested. Never rude, but never an effort to actually serve. Order taken, food dropped, check processed. Out of luck if you need napkins, second drink or sauce. Every check has automatic 18% gratuity, so no incentive to actually care about guest service.

For me was not a good experience, I ask for yuca and chicharrones and the chicharrones were so dry and hard and the waitress looks like scared to talk to people.

I wish I saw the reviews before I ate here. Poor meat, quality. Only place that serves fajitas without guacamole, sour cream or pico de gallo. Fish with garlic sauce was terrible. They don’t know how to cook here. And the audacity they have to charge for service when you’re actually not getting any. if I have to ask you for a fork, and you’re not setting my table, you’re not refilling my water, you’re not bringing out plates you shouldn’t be forcing service charge on the receipts.

4 dollars for pupusas!!!! What a rip off. I ordered 10 pupusas to go and it was $40. Yoooooooo!!! On top of that they wouldn’t pick up the phone, and when I walked in it was emptier than a doughnut hole. I use to like this place so years ago, not anymore.

I called to order pupusas and asked how long do they take to cook because I was literally outside the lady had an attitude when she told me “they all take the same time to cook about 16 minutes” which I understand it takes time but I’ve never made pupusas before that’s why I asked!!!! Anyway, I ordered 2 and decided to come in to wait and I let the lady at the cashier that I had ordered already and that I was just waiting which she was again rude and said “well if you just ordered they are not going to be ready” (i knew that I was just waiting) then I told her about the minimum $10 purchase to be able to pay with card and I said I don’t have cash can you add another pupusa and she looked at me very upset and told me “buy something else or I’ll cancel your order” by this time I was already upset at the way she was treating me and I said yeah just cancel. That was the first time of me being there and I sure won’t come back that lady was super rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers I don’t know if she is the owner or a manager which should not matter. It was an older lady like late 60’s with funny eyebrows
