Amazing food & service definitely a unique place I love coming back too

Visited Freddy’s and the prices are higher than I remember, however, the food was good for a burger. They were pretty busy but, they were quick too. Finally you can get a good burger without waiting forever just to get the order wrong. Everything was quick, correct and tasted fresh.

My wife and I decided to get lunch together at Freddy’s. We decided to sit inside this time. We ordered our food and not even 3 minutes later, it was ready. Everything was extremely fresh and absolutely delicious. But that wasn’t even the best part. The customer service we received from Stormy was above and beyond what we could have ever expected from a “fast food” restaurant. We will be back to see her again. She has guaranteed a customer for life!

Tianna is the best. She is genuinely excited when we come in and makes the experience even better. The food is excellent so many options. The custard is sooo good.

This was my first time here. The double burger was great but the fries were extremely over salted and I could not finish them. The burger was good enough for me to come back but I would skip the fries if they are always salted this much.

Great atmosphere & super friendly staff! Plus service is quick. Definitely a great place to bring your family for a night out!

Never had Freddy’s because I’m from NYC but man these burgers are delicious. Not a huge fan of the fries because I prefer thicker ones but still good with the FRY SAUCE. Inside feels like a 50’s dinner and it’s a little crowded but never less the service was fast. The staff super friendly and courteous. Ordered a #2 no cheese and got cheese on it, the staff got me the correct burger fast and gave me a coupon for free ice cream and a meal as an apology. Have to try the custard because it’s probably like the ones I would get in Coney Island. 😎 Will keep coming to eat here because how good those burgers taste

It took about 15-20 mins to get my food. Very reasonable for how busy they are. Same wait times as whataburger when they have 2 customers. Just saying. Then the food itself, is AMAZING and worth the money and wait time. I had a party melt 5/5, chilli cheese fries with onions, 5/5 and the double cheeseburger 5/5.

Came to Freddy's for family night and Tia took our order. She was so positive and fun to interact with and made the experience even better.

The food was really good and the service was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly. Highly recommend this place.

This was our first time dining at Freddy's custard I had the original double with shoestring fries. My daughter had the same burger but with tater tots, and my granddaughter had onion rings. The burgers were great! The shoestring fries were extremely thin, dry, and just not good. The tater tots & onion rings were very good. My daughter & granddaughter absolutely love the custard there. I didn't have any.

The food was prepared quickly and all was flavorful (I ordered the patty melt meal and frozen hot chocolate). Despite not being a shoestring fry fan, it had good crisp and great flavor. If ever I'm in the area again I'd come back again and try other things on the menu.

My Bride loves the custards which is why we come. I've only been 3 times but all three times the burgers are over salted. Next time I may need to go next door and get some KFC while she enjoys her custard

Clean, staffed with nice people. Love the #1 combo. Steak burger with onions, pickles and mustard. Fountain drinks aren't watered down. Lots of flavor. Love the frozen custard. Only wish the fries were thicker. That's my only issue. Love Freddy's!

First time ever at Freddy’s. Not bad. My Patty Melt was pretty good. My wife had a simple burger and it also was pretty good. Service was friendly and helpful. What took the cake was the shake. A simple vanilla shake but it was just the right amount of sweet and thickness. Super good.

This location has 8 booths and 8 tables all seating 4, so if your coming for dinner get ready for a tight squeeze. There's one restroom per gender. The staff was friendly and fast. They all had smiles and even though they were packed they stayed calm. The meals are all double Patty's of pounded steak and add on are welcome. This place is a little more in price starting at $11.29 for a regular meal. However the food was good, the atmosphere was good, a little crowded but it's new. So come and get a burger or even some shakes, can't go wrong at Freddy's.

First time to eat at this newest location in the DFW area. We ate after 2pm and inside wasn't busy. In the beginning, it appeared that we chose the wrong restaurant to eat at. Why? Because we waited at the counter for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged, "I'll be right with you." Finally, our order was taken, and we sat down to wait for our food. After 25 minutes, I decided to go to the counter and inquire where my food was. The gentleman on the grill saw me standing there and said. Can I help you? I said yes, hello. Like to know where my food is at, I handed them my receipt. He went to look, came back, and said, "I can't find it." I'll remake it asap. While we were waiting at the table, the manager came over to apologize for the delay and told me that she refunded our order. Not only that, she gave us two coupons for 2 free meals for our next visit. We were very thankful for her hospitality, and for that reason, when we are back in Burleson, we will return. Hopefully, it will be a better experience.

I enjoy the nostalgic memories the custard throws me back to in a moment of bliss while remembering that since I was a kid, I’ve not had such good vanilla custard. Thank you for honoring veterans and upholding good customer service experience.

This was our first time dining at Freddy's custard I had the original double with shoestring fries. My daughter had the same burger but with tater tots, and my granddaughter had onion rings. The burgers were great! The shoestring fries were extremely thin, dry, and just not good. The tater tots & onion rings were very good. My daughter & granddaughter absolutely love the custard there. I didn't have any.

2 chili cheese dog meals for $26. Not even close to the value. Hot dog was on a Texas toast. Chili was average. French fries were very thin and just not good. Can’t think of any other restaurant that has bad fries. Don’t understand why they are even using this kind. Won’t be going back. Just wasn’t a good meal.

The food’s decent. Hot dogs aren’t great but the burgers aren’t bad. Their fries are like Steak n Shake’s, but actually good. Only thing that ruins it for me is the price. I can’t justify spending $40 on a meal for myself and my wife, plus a small shake. For that price I’d rather get Five Guys and get absolutely delicious food.

Two combos each with their own fry, one was fresh and great. The other was 10% fresh mixed in with 90% sticks and twigs. They were very old fries. My burger had on it all the things I requested be removed. I feel like a jerk holding up the line to inspect my order but I guess I have to start doing that at Freddy's. Edit: No offense, but I don't accept free food to try to make me happy. I'll reevaluate the experience if I ever go back.

This is the first time I visited this location. It's always been so busy since the grand opening so I thought I would wait. I ordered california double burger and fry. It wasn't till after they rang me up. Did they tell me that it would have been cheaper if I did the meal that includes the drink. I was disappointed. The fries were cold. The Burger was so mushy That it fell completely apart as soon as I tried to pick it up out of the box. To be honest it was not worth the price. I may go for the custard in the future.

First time eating here and it was ok. There seemed to be plenty of people working but they weren't busy, every table was dirty and the napkins were empty. Our food was pretty expensive for what we ordered $34 for 2 burgers, 1 fry and 2 dirt and worms. The burgers and custard were delicious but the fries were not very tasty. We won’t be ordering them again if you keep serving the same type. The customer service was not overwhelming and not what I expect for paying this much for a meal without even getting drinks (Pepsi products are yuck). Probably won’t be back as there are plenty of choices to eat in Burleson that offer a better value and service than this.

Burger was salty, fries are like tiny chips, and soda was great, the custard was edible nothing special. Although the customer service was great, Fast and efficient. Overall not worth the price and salty food. But edible.

Best to go elsewhere. Too much horseplay. This place can’t get an order right and must have 4+ people re-touch your food. They make you give the entire order back to check what is in the bag even if it’s just missing French fries. Multiple Staff will re-rummage through the food and touch your burger and sides while some point and accuse the customer of stealing when they mess up the order. This has happened multiple times through drive though and in store.

Judging the taste, I think each of the 43 teenagers horseplaying while working here added salt to both of the burgers we ordered. We threw half the burgers away. 5/5 on the custard, but it'd be hard to mess that up.. I've had better food, and for $12 a burger, I'll pick somewhere else.. The service we finally did receive was good, as she offered us the fry sauce which was pretty good.. Also, we threw away 3 of the 4 chicken strips as the breading was crunchy on the outside and soggy on the inside. Not sure how to achieve this texture, maybe the wrong grease temperature. I'm not sure, but wasted $35 for sure.. Sorry Freddy's, stick to custards, and fries..

OK. First visit here — and without a doubt my last. The food was poor in taste, presentation and super salty. Absolutely not worth the price. I was honestly surprised to see it’s actually more expensive than many other places that offer far better quality, flavor, and overall experience. The service was just as disappointing. The staff came across as rude, disengaged, and completely uninterested in providing decent customer service. It honestly felt like customers were more of an inconvenience than the reason the business exists. What really concerned me, however, was the complete lack of basic hygiene standards in the kitchen area. I could clearly see employees with long hair and beards handling food without gloves, repeatedly touching their faces and uniforms and then immediately grabbing food and utensils. At one point, I even saw the red sanitation bucket placed directly on the food preparation surface where the hamburgers were being made. Anyone who understands food safety knows these are serious violations of basic sanitation practices. I say this from professional experience — over 15 years manager on duty in restaurants, and what I witnessed today would never be acceptable in any properly managed establishment. These are the most fundamental food safety standards, and ignoring them puts customers at risk. Based on what I saw today, it’s honestly hard to believe this place would pass a proper QSC inspection. Sadly, I doubt this location will last long here in Burleson if these issues continue. If you care about your health and basic food safety, you may want to think twice before eating here!! I even have pictures proving what I’m writing in this survey. This restaurant needs to improve the customer services Tianna, retrain all the staff with proper training on every single station

I get next burger with seasoning and obvious other stuff just scraped off. Send it back again. Round 3, guy brings out new burger pretty fast ( weird). Took 1 bite and I see pink ( I do not eat burgers at restaurants pink, or anything but well done. So I won't be going back anytime soon. The manager was " ok". Candace acted a little put off with me. I didn't want to send it back again I said I'll take it home and cook it fully. She gave me a refund. But the tall guy working grill should be fired. No " Sorry ", no Thank you nothing. Like are you mute?. Horrible customer service. Freddy's do better. :(

I came to Freddy’s for the first time today around 5 pm. The food was great and the service was good. A guy (I’m not sure if he was a manager) walked around checking on customers and asked if everything was good. Later, when I was about to finish my meal, he came over and offered to take my tray for me. I appreciated the gesture, although I could have taken care of it myself. The lady at the pickup counter was friendly and seemed very nice to customers as well. However, the young lady who took my order was quite rude. She looked unhappy and spoke to customers in a very abrupt way. When I said “thank you,” she just responded with “uh-huh.”
