I appreciate that when you place your order online or over the phone with those location, they actually follow your instructions. I've picked up and I really love that this location has a drive thru, it's super convenient. And of course, pizza hut had delicious pizza 🍕🍕🍕

Great service! A delicious personal pizza made just the way I enjoy it most! Pineapple and black olive, don't knock it 'til you've tried it. I sat down to eat at Pizza Hut in a decent atmosphere. An order of the Cinnabon Minis to share with my dad. These are a delicious treat! Being kind to one another makes a pleasant experience!

Our time eating lunch at Pizza Hut was delicious and enjoyable. Our server, Rita, was great. She took our order and made sure our experience was very good. She cleaned our table, brought out hot delicious pizza and bread sticks, and checked with us later to see if were doIng ok. I definitely recommend eating at Pizza Hut!

I dont think Ive ever been so impressed with simply ordering pizza. The menu is easy to navigate online, the delivery driver was so kind and although we met him at the bottom of the stairs at our 3rd floor apartment, he insisted on carrying everything up for us and set it on the counter. Everything we ordered was great, and I was beyond happy that our order came with paper plates, plasticware, and lots of napkins! This was the perfect "new apartment dinner." Thanks Pizza Hut!

I havent been there in a couple of years. I order delivery now. 5 stars for the food. 4 stars for service albeit good. They don't get the instructions right. I indicate in the app for no contact but they ring the doorbell and wait for me to open the door and I request that the pizza not be cut but it sometimes it is. Oh well. Its really fast delivery, kind drivers, hot food and delicious. Love it.

The pizza is pretty good and the staff is always nice. My only "complaint" is that the drive thru was closed and yet the app let me select contactless pickup. If I'd have known we'd have to go in, I'd probably not have ordered that day

I had ordered two pizzas and one of them was wrong and had mushrooms on it when I can not get them they make me have a allergic reaction. When I called a young woman picked up the phone and was very nice and gave it back in store credit sence I do not drive. Very great customer service. Definitely better then the Crowley one!

One of my pizzas was crispy while the other was not. Both were thin crust, only the one with stuffed crust was flimsy, almost doughy. It was a three topping, but the other was Meat Lover’s and crispy. Thinking maybe it needed to be cooked longer.

With this order it was quite expensive for one large pizza and in order of wings I ended up spending $46, including tip. Food was not hot and I did not receive a cash receipt. After I ordered the pizza it took an hour and a half for my order to arrive.

Tonight’s service was sub par. I’m thinking it’s just because they may be understaffed. But I havnt had a pizza finished in a timely manner or when the app says in quite sometime. The pizza its self was stupendous. Bradley was more than accommodating. The young lady teens likely was polite and nice and friendly. It’s just that id be happier if I had a pizza when the app says. Ya know.

I am a weekly customer at this PH. I called in my order for delivery, gave the team member my Bank Card info..was on hold a few minutes longer than I should have been. Team member comes back on and tells me that credit card machine is not working correctly, and although it gave her "APPROVED" MESSAGE, she tells me it didn't go thru. She asked for my card number again. I was worried about doing that and shared my concern with her. She assured me that it hadn't gone through. I reluctantly gave her my card number all over again. I had given the driver a $10 tip both times. When I got off the phone with her, I called my bank which told me two identical transactions were waiting for payment. Called back and asked for Mgr. Mgr said his hands were tied, and that I would have to write a review for his Boss can see it and get in touch with me. So here I am! Your Credit Card machine sucks, or the person putting info into machine needs to be retrained...regardless, I would like my refund! I have no problem with your food, which is great, by the way!

Did a walk-in order and there is no menu to use. Staff looked at me like I was crazy when I asked where the menu is?

All the food has always been so delicious! Tonight 6-8-24 our food was SO overcooked. May be some time before I come back if ever. Yuck!

Today's experience was much less than they normally give. I ordered for a pick up at 4:30 (hoping it wasn't too rushed at this time on NYE) and the toppings were very sparse and the crust tasted like it has been prepared for quite awhile. The bone out chicken wings were tough and dry. I'm sure they were trying to plan ahead for such a busy night, but my order was small; not custom and at a time most people had not gotten off work. Pretty disappointed.

The employees are VERY rude. They have a really bad attitude towards customers. Though I have to say the food was good.

I ordered from the app and they delivered with door dash. My drinks were not delivered and they said I had to get with door dash to fix it. I didn't order through door dash and I paid pizza hut. Why would door dash have to fix it? What a rip off.

Food was excellent. Service was lousy! I ordered online at 6:56PM. Order will be ready in 25-35 minutes. I get to Pizza Hut at 7:30 PM and they did not have my order cooked and ready. I waited for 45 minutes total. 15 of those minutes were behind another car waiting to pick up order. I do not know how long they were in line before I pulled in behind them.

When my husband ordered, they didn't offer any specials. He ordered 2 large simple pizzas and breadsticks and it was going to be 50 bucks. Cmon. We are used to the 5.99 specials. So I called back and low and behold what he ordered was only 10.99 each! Took over 20 dollars off. Then got the pizzas (after repeating the order my husband had already ordered and was already in the oven) and got a hand tossed pizza instead of thin crust... and my kids just don't like that. I didn't call and complain. But was annoyed for sure. We don't ever eat out. We were Celebrating my new job and first paycheck. My kids were excited to be able to eat out lol. Not so excited when the wrong order arrived.

Had to ask for.order to be remade bc it was wrong. Ordered two pizzas one double pepperoni with mushroom and one beef with pineapple and bell pepper. They used sausage instead of beef and when I asked for it to be redone the associate was rude about it and when I asked for a.manager she showed me a peice of Italian sausage and peice of pork sausage and tried to say the pork sausage was beef. Ended up getting my money back and going to a different pizza hut.

The blonde will totally ignore you. She didn’t greet when we came thru the drive thru for pickup and then she only opened the window and I told her we are here for pickup. She close the window and never came back. Cars were lining up. She got on her phone. Someone else had to finally come to the window to give us our food. Our app said the food was ready.

Ordered my pizza on the app 2 hours before I was supposed to pick it up. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes, then at the window for another 10 before someone came to the window. Then they told me my order wasn't ready even tho the app I ordered it from said it was and I ordered it 2 hours earlier. They said they had orders backed up, but isn't that reason you order from the app for a 2 hour later delivery? I think they forgot about my order! I was told to go back around and it would be ready in 10 minutes. I just went inside and waited. Several people came in after me and were served before I finally got my pizza 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I even gave a 20% tip! This is not the normal service I get. Hopefully will be better next time

My order was missing part of it. I waited to pick up my pizza almost 20 mins in the drive thru and it was not hot when I received it. I also order a drink at the window I was charged and then handed the wrong drink when I informed the girl the replied with "oh yeah were out of that" I tried to receive my money back and she claimed to be unable to open the drawer and I would need to make a different selection.

Did you know this was a sit down restaurant? Neither did I. And apparently neither do they and neither does the rest of burleson... our service was drastically below par. The girl asked what we wanted, turned in the order and disappeared. I had to go up to the front for a refill, which I didnt mind honestly because it's no big deal except that the manager? yelled at the girl to come take care of me and then told me "you could have just asked her and she could've come to your table" I mean I would have if I could've found her. Finished out food and had to wait around again for a to go box until my company went up to the counter again. The girl was again, no where to be found. He asked for the to go box and ordered cinnastix and had to wait another almost ten minutes for anyone to hand him a box. Four people were literally just standing there including the girl he asked for a box. Anyway the food was superb! Definitely saved the experience! But maybe next time it will be a drive thru visit.

My family came in to dine and were rudely greeted and the table was dirty where my family was asked to sit. When my family asked for the table to be cleaned, nicely, the girl rudely spoke to my family. Rayn was very rude to my family and it was not acceptable by any means. This reflected the staff poorly. I was disappointed because I personally know the staff and know they wouldn’t allow someone to treat my family so poorly. Anyways other than her the people there are so sweet!

We have tried on 4 different occasions to order from there and each time they are always out of some sort of CRUST or whatever there retail driver maybe. This location needs to learn how to properly place an order and shouldn't be out of CRUST every weekend. How is a pizza place out of CRUST??? Manager/Owner go to Papa Johns or Dominos to learn how to order they are never out of Items!!!

After sitting in line for 30 mins at the drive through i pulled around to go inside to find out that the lobby was closed. so had to get back in line for another 15 minutes for them to not know where my pizza and breadsticks were. Probably not going back to this location.

was really disappointed today! Was told my order was canceled! Felt $20 for a medium pizza was to much after doing some research! Was told my order had not left yet, canceled it, then get blown up has to why not answering door and im not the 1 that cancelled! Im astounded, I sat by the door for an hour waiting for my pizza and nothing. Allegedly the pizza guy sat there and rang the doorbell but I never saw him. Window was open and I was by the door. Not once. Called the store and found out he rang the doorbell then left and didnt knock and the fool called the wrong number. That is incredible. Itd be probably better to order from the Ft Worth store with the 2 star rating than that sorry excuse for a pizzeria.

Service was terrible!!! Online order was lost!!??? Still took over 20 minutes to get my pizza after getting there. Manager could only offer a credit on my next order!! Sure if I want to wait an hour!!!!

Probably one of the worst places I've ever been to get something to eat. Waitresse was very rude after we had asked for a no lemon ice tea and when we got the tea it had lemon flavor so we called her over to the table where she rolled her eyes at us when we asked for water. Very rude would not recommend to anyone.

3/28/18 @ 9:33pm I ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce, cheese, tomatoes, and spinach but got home to find jalapeños on my pizza, figured no big deal until I bit in and found meat... I’m vegetarian. Gross and not happy. Everything about the pizza was sloppy. It wasn’t even cut all the way.

I called to order a special they have posted on line that states carry out only. The employee that answered the phone was nice, but said that the special is for online orders only. I explained to her it says it is for online or calls in orders. She replied yes, but their general manager won't allow them to honor it. I said ok. I called the Crowley location, and they gladly allowed me to order the special. I guess the Burleson GM doesn't value his bonus bc he lost a $20 plus dollar sale. I know it's only $20, but that can add up quickly. From now on I'm taking my business to Crowley where their GM values his customer.

Worst service. I ordered for delivery at 545pm and it's now 704pm still no pizza. I literally live less than 5 miles away. I called to see where the pizza is and only response is it's on the way. I will never call this pizza place again. Totally ridiculous

Samantha decided that since they ran out of breadsticks/cheesesticks and they hadn’t had an order for 45 minutes or so, that they would turn the ovens off, close the store early, and no longer take orders. Not very good business if you ask me. You don’t turn off ovens until it’s closing time. I tipped in the app and was gonna tip more cash (as I’ve been a driver before) but that’s fine. Employees get to decide when the store stops making profit eh?

I've order twice from this location both times they messed up the order. The first order they did not put the buffalo drizzle on the buffalo chicken pizza. The second time I ordered a cookie with my order and added in the special instructions to a buffalo drizzle. I did not receive buffalo drizzle and instead of a cookie they gave me a brownie. With over an hour delivery time you figure that they would be able to get the order right.

Ordered online and the delivery time was supposed to be 30-35 minutes. After an hour, I called & was told that my order was out for delivery. After another 30 minutes, and still no order,I called numerous times and was hung up on. Finally my call was answered and I was told that my order was still out for delivery! I told them to cancel my order & refund my credit card. No apologies. They were rude and acted like I was bothering them. Terrible customer service. I asked the manager who the owner was & he said that he didn't know! Beware of this Pizza Hut!

I ordered a pizza for delivery on the evening of July 11, 2021 through the app. When the pizza arived, the white strip to ensure it hasn't been touched, was torn, and the pizza was cold and all there were very little toppings. It looked like it had been dropped and examined, but not fixed. After calling for two days, only getting a recording, then disconnected, I finally spike to a manager, who was very cuteous and apologetic. He said I had a $10 credit. So when I called to order another pizza on the 18th, there was no credit. This is unacceptable and should NEVER happen! I er 30 years in restaurant management, I ANYTHING other than perfectly prepared food left my restaurant, people WOULD LOSE JOBS!

I will no longer be ordering from the Pizza Hut in Burleson. They continue to get my order incorrect, and this time they delivered my order to a random location, but were then rude when I called to talk to the manager about the situation; and laughed about it, were going to resend the order out to me. I told them to just credit my account that I wouldn't be ordering from them again. (A stranger called me to let me know my delivery was at their house - used my information from whatever Pizza Hut puts on the receipt. So, FYI, may want to be cautious about ordering, strangers may get your information). Needless to say, I will no longer order from the Burleson Pizza Hut ever again.

Today, 07/11/24, I ordered two pizzas. I watch them make them. I watch the person who makes the wings. He dropped one on the floor. Picked it up and placed it back with the others. When I confronted the person. He lied and made up excuses what happened. I clearly saw what he did. They placed the wing in the box for the customer. I waited for the customer to show up. But I couldn't wait any longer so I left. This is not right. I know they have cameras. It happened between 5:15 pm and 5:35 pm.

Came in at about 9:30 on a Saturday night. We were the only ones three and found out pretty quickly. The waitress checked her phone and gave an exasperated sigh. Horrible service, then, the pizza crane with sausage instead of beef...they insisted that it was beef, but it sure tasted like sausage. Never go there again! Hope this helps the next person who is considering going there!

Ordered 8 piece boneless wings. Got 20 crumbs. Went back the next day and wouldn't refund my money. SUCK. TTrying to post a picture. Won't let me or don't know how. Really disappointed.

The last pizza I ordered was the worst pizza I have ever had. It was cold and not made correctly and smothered in a ton of sauce. I called to talk to the manager and was told they would give me a $13 credit for my next order. All I want is my money back. I doubt I will EVER order from you guys again. Bad food and money lost. The pizza was HORRIBLE!! Got a three meat Pizza with pepperoni,bacon,and beef. There was literally 4 pieces of bacon,10 pepperonis,and very salty tasting beef. I have lost respect for the Pizza Hut name. I believe CiCi's has them beat in toppings and that is SAD!!!

This has to be the worst pizza ordering experience I've ever had in my 76 years on this planet. The app told me that my order didn't go through then I get an email thanking me for my order my friend went to pick up the order and didn't even know so he ordered another set of pizzas in all we got 2 large pizzas and 2 individual pitches and the cost was almost $90 this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in my life I'll never set foot in a Pizza Hut ever again what a joke.

When you forget an item, the store should have another driver send the item right away. I should not have to "drive to the store" to pick up my delivery order when their team members forgot half my order. To tell me I would receive a $10 credit for $16 worth of wings. Then fail to provide me credit for their mistakes. Will not be ordering from Pizza hut in the future.

Extremely rude. I realized it can be frustrated calling in minutes before they close but in this case my younger sister called in 30 minutes before closing time with the worst phone etiquette. Who answers the phone to a customer "what do you want" and come up with an excuse such as they only have one delivery boy and it's going to take 2 hours to get a pizza order? Right before 30 minutes to closing... sorry if my sister made you angry to feel like you have the right to be so rude with her over the phone and not care. But Whoever Was Taking Orders Tonight needs change their attitude.

The burleson location is horrible! We ordered delivery and the driver barely knocked at our door, he almost drove off and his excuse was he was about to call us. Big lies!!! Then they forget our soda and he said he would bring it. Another lie!!! Had to call just to get the soda! Never tipping a driver again from this place period!!!

Ordered the works pizza for dinner, got a cheese pizza delivered, called to dispute and a young unhelpful 'manager' answered saying that's what I ordered. When clearly that's two different types of pizzas and would never order just a cheese pizza. Now ordering pizza from somewhere else. Will not be ordering here again in future.

Unfortunately, I had to come update my review. Placed an order online on $2 personal pan pizza day and went to pick it up only to wait over an hour and the employee state they are out of personal pan pizzas. There was a line of customers and constantly asking for the manager to come up and not once did the manager come up. I was told I had 5 more minutes on my pizza and that ended up being 40 minutes and then hear they are out of the Pizzas is unacceptable. I understand workers are under pressure, but to also be rude to some of the customers and walk off and not come back up to desk is unacceptable. I frequently order from this location and have pleasant experiences, but after today I'm not sure I will be back. After, finally getting a refund, I wasn't offered anything for my time waiting. Definitely need to do better on $2 personal pan day and very disappointed with my experience today.

Went to this Pizza Hut and ordered my pizza at 9:08pm. It said it would be done at 9:25pm. I waited 10 mins after the supposed done time. I pulled up to the window and the blonde girl at the window was incredibly rude. For what? I’ll never go back here again.

Rarely gets orders correct, maybe happens once every 7 or 8 orders. When they do it tastes like cleaner or something weird and bitter. Randomly puts garlic sauce on pizzas for some reason. We have given up and are just going with Marcos or driving further to avoid this store. On the upside their is never a line...

Horrible, first i got a text saying the pizza was out for delivery... then an hour later it shows up cold. Then i go to eat my cookie and it's hard as a rock and burnt on the bottom ... wont be going back.

I have enjoyed Pizza Hut pizza nationwide for many years. They are fairly consistent in taste when properly prepare. This store site did not prepare the pizza I ordered properly. It was ok but not good. The customer service is apathetic almost to the point of rude. It is not much further to the next Pizza Hut. I will be driving the extra distance for better tasting food and friendlier staff. The staff is usually a reflection of the manager. Better management will cull poor staff. Poor management will be friend the lack luster individuals and continue to let the poor service employees stay. The fish rots from the head down.

They are locking the doors every night 2 to 3 hours early and we have to sit in the Drive-Thru it's ridiculous

Horrible service by inept, lazy and uncaring employees. We were told they didn't have ice for our drinks, didn't have parmesan cheese or red pepper for dine in... we asked about the little packets for take out and was told I would have to pay extra. Tossed our pizza order with a couple of paper plates down on the table in an inconsiderate way that made us feel disrespected. We will never return.

I called at 10:15 pm on Saturday night. They close at 11:00pm. I was stuck in the on hold recording for 20 minutes I drove to the store to place my order. I could see movement inside the store. No one came through the drive through to take my order. After several minutes I drove off, no pizza or even contact with an employee which I could see at least 3 inside trying not to be seen. This is not the first bad experience I've had with pizza hut, but it will be my last! No more pizza hut!

My husband order 10 pizzas for a party and they gave me all cheese pizza NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. My husband called to ask for 80 dollars back and the guy told him he gave it back as credit and didn't. My husband then called back to calm it and then only gave a 20% credit back. This is not the first time this has happened to us they are always messing up out orders and never giving us the right pizzas If I didn't have to even put a one star to put my post I wouldn't

Have been using this Pizza Hut location for 5 years and we have always loved the pizza!! We’re extremely disappointed this evening. The lady at the Drive Thru was extremely nice. When we got home and started eating the pizza it was awful. It tasted like cheese and crust! We peeled back some of the cheese on a few slices and there was no sauce on the pizza. We had to get a jar of Spaghetti sauce out and put it on ourselves. Got pictures of the pizza so will attach a photo if it will let me. Had better pizza at the gas station. Definitely was not worth paying $10.80. Have always had good pizza here so don’t know what’s going on.

Horrible customer service! I ordered $50+ dollars of pizza and drinks for them for an event for my work. Specified I must have receipt when delivered. They did change the order from pickup to delivery for me, which was nice. However, when the food and drinks were delivered - no receipt. Asked at time of delivery he said oh sorry it’s not attached. Called that night after event, requested receipt yeah yeah we will email to you. Nothing the next morning in email. Called multiple times that day over a 15 hour period trying to obtain receipt for reimbursement. Gave them a few hours between calls just because I understand it is busy time of year. Last time I called was told by Aubrey the manager that they couldn’t give me receipt because they had already closed out yesterdays business. I said I needed a hand written receipt or training receipt, and why have I been told all day it will be emailed, no answer, just put on 20 minute hold for the general manager who never answered. I do multiple work events and try to support our local businesses but this one will NEVER get my business again! I realize it’s $50 bucks but when you do this daily it does add up and it’s the matter of being told one thing and no OWNERSHIP OF THE ISSUE OR FOLLOW UP. Thanks Pizza Hut of Burleson! 😡

Manger was extremely rude, told me it would be a 30 min wait for my order. I waited 30 min and was told it would be an additional 30 min. wait. The manger was very disrespectful. I called corporate and filed a complaint

I put in a order and my food was suppose to be delivered at 10:16pm I gave an extra 15 minutes before I called and they told me that my food was already delivered. I had been waiting and waiting and checked out outside. I have cameras, a ring doorbell and my neighbors do as well. No one ever showed up to bring out order. I have a whole family at home with toddlers asking for their food just to tell them we can’t get pizza because PIZZA HUT DELIVERY DRIVER decided not to deliver us our food. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a large meat pizza for carryout. Total was $22.99. I picked it up, paid. Deal done, no tip. 2 days later, I got updated transaction notice on my account, they charged another $5 that was not authorized. Although the food was good, due to dishonesty with the extra charge, I will not be back. I caution everyone who pays debit or credit to watch your account.

Do NOT order, I repeat, do NOT order the garlic cheese bread that they show online! My husband does not like bread sticks, but loves garlic cheese bread. We made the mistake of ordering the bread at $8.99 and received a half order of bread sticks (which are on the $7.00 menu when uou buy 2 or more- which we did). I said something to the guy working and was informed the sticks were the same thing. I told him no they weren't. He proceeded to argue with me and tell me yes they were - they are the same thing. If they are the same thing why is the "bread" more expensive?

This was my first and last time to order from this Pizza Hut. The toppings were messed up and the thin crust we selected tasted like raw dough. It was barely cooked on the bottom. I should have checked the reviews before ordering but I trusted the Pizza Hut brand. Luckily this was a special and the low cost meant I could throw away the pizza without too much regret.

I had a disappointing experience with my recent order at Pizza Hut. I arrived to pick up my order after waiting 45 minutes, only to find that it was clearly ready the whole time, as indicated by the app. It was frustrating to see my pizza sitting there while I waited, especially when I had followed the app’s guidance. I understand that things can get busy, but communication about delays or issues could have made this experience much better. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service and hope improvements are made for future customers. My food was also cold by the time I got it home.

Ordered a Large 3 topping original pan pizza. It had so much crust, it was like eating a size medium. Plus there was missing cheese in some areas. Average amount of toppings. Not the quality I once remembered.

Taste like wet plastic and cardboard. The pepperonis shouldn't be as chewy as they are. The cheese isn't gooey or stringy. And a lot of the toppings are either dried out, or have this weird oily taste I can't explain.

How hard is it to make a pizza the way the customer requested it? Asked for light cheese, and light sauce, and what did I get? A scorched pizza. This location needs to hire people who care about the quality of the food they are serving to customers. I would not be proud of pizza that is charred and hard as cardboard. That's ridiculous. Surely, you would not want your food done this way if you were to order from a food place, so why would you serve trash pizza to someone else? Refunded, and will not order from this location again. 🔥🍕🍕🔥❌️👎🏾👎🏾

I typically do not leave negative reviews, however, I felt it was important to share my experience. I arrived at this location after mistakenly placing an order at a different branch. When I asked for assistance in helping me with the issue, the cashier declined to help and spoke to me in a very combative and unprofessional manner. I requested to speak with the manager, but unfortunately, they also declined to allow me to speak with them. A little empathy and understanding in situations like this can go a long way in creating a positive customer experience.

When I pulled up to the window, the girl just looked at me. She did not say one word… I told her my name and she said “what?” I said it again…. She then shut the window and when she got back she handed me everything at one time and said “your welcome” I asked for LIGHT sauce and well I was not given light sauce… also that is how the sauce was when I got home… there is NO ROOM for the sauce to turn over in the box…. Something needs to happen… I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time… now I am wondering how does that one even stay open?!??

Ordered a Tavern pizza, two orders of breadsticks and extra marinara. The pizza and the breadsticks were burnt. The pepperoni was so overcooked it's petrified. The breadsticks were beyond greasy. The marinara was ice cold. The food was not edible. We won't return anytime soon.

I ordered light sauce on my pizza and got EXTRA sauce then when i called to tell them about it so i can order a remake of the pizza and switch it out the little girl was too much in a rush to get me off the phone. That she immediately stated they will credit me $15 for my order then hung up. I wasnt able to say anything else. So I didnt eat last night.......

After I got told it’ll be ready in 15 min, headed that way I stay 5 min away, I am speechless It was probably left to long in the oven or what but it was dry and too crispy bad pizza today…
