Located in the heart of Business Bay JW Marriott Hotel with a valet parking and straight away to the 68th floor. I have tried the business lunch and the best steak of coarse. I love it. Lunch with a beautiful skyline view. Staff were so accommodating too and very helpful to choose which options to choose for a business lunch menu as for the best one. I just had the business lunch with the amazing prime steak, so tasty burrata and amazing dessert! The service was impeccable! As for the views were stunning, we had a table next to the window and we enjoyed a lot!!

Cannot fault the service. So attentive but without feeling like they were interrupting. Wonderfully calm and relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant. Stunning views. Did the dinner set menu and food was great. Felt like a real treat. Set menu good value but any drinks/extras do add up.

Absolutely divine experience! The appetizer portions were quite filling. Both the Burrata salad and the French onion soup were great. The Filet Mignon was well made and was plated very well. The Eton Mess was a pleasant surprise with a strawberry sorbet center. Will definitely be a regular visitor!!

Came today for lunch with a friend and I was surprised with the view, vibe and the food ,the steak was soo good and the desserts were on another level ,love it would come here again for sure ,would recommended it for a romantic date

The business lunch menu is of great value, with excellent view and service. We truly enjoyed our cocktails, beef tartare and filet mignon are wonderful. During our lunch, we got to witness smokes coming out from the building across and how quickly the fire was put out.

We booked for early bird dinner, which is a 3-course set menu, starting between 5:30 & 6:30 pm. Appetiser, main and dessert. Wine pairing is available for an additional cost. All the food was delicious. And the views are breathtaking, specially during sunset. What we enjoyed the most was the service provided by Julius and the rest of the team. They were very attentive and super kind in every interaction. Very happy to have chosen Prime68 for our wedding anniversary.

Starting with making the booking, each person I dealt with was kind, courteous and professional. It took a few tries to get a booking but well worth the wait. The venue itself is on the 68th floor of the Marriott Marquis so the views are spectacular. The old movie star photographs lend a nostalgic charm. The business lunch is incredible value. It was perfect for a Birthday celebration. Our server was Christin and he was absolutely brilliant. I ordered the crab cake for starter and the salmon for main- just fabulous. Seafood was cooked perfectly and presentation was on point. Desserts were chocolate mousse or Eton Mess- both were delish. Allow a little extra time getting there and then there’s valet parking.

He was attentive without ever being intrusive, made sure our table was always clean, our glasses never empty, and every need was anticipated with a smile. Friendly, professional, and truly outstanding. The food was superb: we had the Wagyu steak, Caesar salad, and beef tartare – each dish perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The wine selection was also excellent and matched the quality of the food. The overall atmosphere and service standard were exactly what you’d expect in Dubai: polished, professional, and deeply guest-focused. Staff were present everywhere, always ready to assist, yet the environment remained relaxed and comfortable. If you’re looking for a premium steakhouse experience with unforgettable service, Prime68 is a must. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely one of the very very best steakhouse in Dubai but be ready to pay for the quality... which is actually pretty reasonable. The food is amazing and cooked to perfection. The steaks offered from USDA to Wagyus are all outstanding. Service is excellent and faultless. And finally it would be remiss to not mention the outstanding views of from the tables. I cannot recommendation this restaurant enough for any occasion.

I think it should have a Michelin Star. Best steak house, amazing desserts and incredible view.

I would say it the one of the best view in Dubai. 68th floor. Great food. Burrata was 10/10. Fillet was made perfectly Medium Rare. Unbeatable offer for a lunch 125 dirhams for 2 course meal and 148 for 3 course. Service can be a bit faster and attentive but in general we had an amazing lunch.

Had a fantastic meal and the food was top quality. The ability to select your own knife was a nice touch. It would be even better if the knives were sharpened as it was a real challenge to cut the meat as this took away from the experience

Amazing place almost on the roof top of JW Marriott. From beginning you feel some special. Everyone so much care of us and check is everything is good or not. About atmosphere you can see on the pictures and also can add there is amazing view. So you will excited in gastronomic and views way. Recommend to try steaks of course. Depends on your choice of even meat. As a starters we order some few and loved them all. The most I like with burrata cheese. Such a interesting way to serve with the other ingredients. Also tried classic onion soup. I tried first time so is for lovers 🫣

I attended their brunch special and overall, the experience was good. Overlooking Business Bay, the drinks, appetizers, sides, and desserts were all very enjoyable. However, the steak was mediocre, which is disappointing since the main reason for going to a steakhouse is to have a good steak. I would have traded everything else for a better-quality steak. Despite this, I had an enjoyable time, greatly aided by the wonderful staff.

This restaurant is a very good choice if you want to go to a restaurant with great service, atmosphere, and view. The appetizers and sides were outstanding, however the steak was average. It was a good overall experience.

We went to celebrate my child’s recent exam results. Fantastic views of downtown Dubai and beyond, 68 floors high! Lovely sedate, clean lines, calming restaurant. Great service from all staff. Amuse bouche: Gazpacho- superb. Appetiser: French onion soup - amazing. Sides: mushrooms - fantastic, spinach sautéed - nice, creamed spinach - good. The mash potato was AMAZING- better than their great fries!!! One of us had the tenderloin steak which was unbelievably good 😃. Sadly I wanted to try Wagu for the first time and two of us had the Wagu ribeye which was disappointing, no way as good as the tenderloin steak which was considerably less expensive! Desserts we chose chocolate mousse - fab, cheesecake - best ever and cheese board- only 1 cheese which was truffle, this was sadly disappointing too. Lovely touch of adding a celebration cake for my son.

Final night client dinner. As a vegetarian it was not my choice. Client and friends loved it. After much cajoling they offered me a steak baked cauliflower, covered in cheese sauce, however the dish lacked depth of flavour. Lots of grilled vegetables on the table and an amazing red wine. Overall very slow service with waiters covering too many tables.

A restaurant with amazing views! It was lovely. We went for lunch but would love to see the views in the evening too. The crab cake was delicious. Unfortunately the steak and salmon was slightly overcooked. Dessert was great. Overall a great experience. (Watch out for traffic at this hotel as we were stuck for 40mins when we were in fact only 5mins away.)

The Bad: • Culinary Logic: They failed at Steakhouse 101. You don't serve Surf and Turf without melted butter. Verdict: At this price point, I expect expertise, not a classroom session. Having to explain basic flavor pairings to the kitchen kills the "premium" vibe. Fix the fundamentals to match the quality of the meat.

Prime68 offers decent food, but it’s definitely on the overpriced side. The steak was good—cooked well and flavorful—but the starter and dessert were just average. The staff, however, were lovely and made the experience more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place with a great atmosphere and willing to splurge, it might be worth it, but for the price, I expected a bit more consistency across the menu.

I used to really enjoy this restaurant but recently I start to feel its becoming overrated especially with many steak houses opening up, the service is starting to fall short of expectations. While the food itself is enjoyable, it’s not an ideal spot for lunch both the atmosphere and service are noticeably better in the evenings. I raised a concern about the loud and unpleasant music and asked to speak to the manager, but never showed up. For the price point and reputation, I would expect much better. There are plenty of other places I’d recommend before Prime 68, which unfortunately won’t be one of them.

Expectations were high. But the food was very disappointing. Had the US filet mignon which was too well done, dry & tough. Shame…
