Great location inside the Globo shopping center, highly qualified staff, average service speed, but my friend was called for his order only to be told it wasn't ready. Great idea on the drinks, free refills, you can order from the app without having to queue at their ordering machines. Salt-free fries. Top-quality zinger menu. Highly recommended. There's a special offer in the receipt photo. Great idea.

Today i ordered menu Hot Wing 5pz and 3 pZ add-on to take away. When i opened my order at home , they are only 7 pz ( lacking 1 pz). Please pay more attention when you make order Take-away for customers. ( of course no one want come back to KTF to claim 1 pz missing hot wing P.s the customer service from KFC team replied fast about the complain. Positive attitude with customer. 👍🏻

I went to eat lunch after buying some shoelaces and I ordered a sandwich after waiting and when it arrived I opened it and there was a piece of chicken in the whole sandwich not to mention the bacon which wasn't even cooked and wasn't even good luckily the drink was good and the chips too

Sono venuto a mangiare parecchie volte e mai ho intravisto questa cameriera con gli occhiali,dietro al bancone con un fare arrogante verso il suo collega ,pronta a riprenderlo davanti a tutti manco fosse la direttrice. Detto questo ero in fila e ha fatto passare due persone prima davanti a me e vabbè non dico nulla,nel mentre il ragazzo affianco aveva fatto un gelato per un ordine che era stato già consegnato e gli chiedo se non è di nessuno io l'ho voglio piccolo senza nulla e il ragazzo risponde a bene, me lo dà e nel frattempo ordino 5 gelati 2 grandi, 2 medi più il piccolo per la bambina e questa va dal collega e inizia a dirgli cose del tipo ma da quanto lavori qua',non sai che non puoi consegnarlo e io ho detto guardi il gelato piccolo ho chiesto io espressamente che fosse così e che fa'! L'ho butta, quindi con calma la guardo e gli richiedo guardi se è un problema che non c'è il piccolo solo fiordilatte ,le pago quello al pistacchio ma cortesemente non l'ho aggiunga e mi fa'..no ma non c'è se vuole prenda il medio ed io con calma.... guardi me ne serve giusto per la bambina le pago il pistacchio ma per favore me lo dia semplice ,va anche a suo favore voglio dire... E mi fa' no! non c'è! non è possibile..... Il ragazzo quasi imbarazzato non dice nulla, alchè annullo l'ordine del 5 gelato e ne ordino solo 4 e chiedo un bicchiere vuoto... Poi riflettendo nei modi di fare di questa, ho pensato ma perché queste persone si credono chissà chi e fanno anche le ramanzine a colleghi davanti al pubblico e non in privato... Se c'è il direttore cortesemente prenda provvedimenti.

Cibo mediocre, attesa lunghissima, si salva solo il ragazzo al banco che cercava di salvare il salvabile. Non tornerò

There were no hot dogs, no sandwiches, no KFC, no waitress. Disappointing. Very nice girl. Great. Thank you. She made my already bad evening better.

After a lifetime of wanting to try KFC... What a disappointment! The "chicken" (the meat) itself is good; you can taste the fillets. It's not the usual mechanically ground meat. Everything else is bland, if not subpar. All the chicken options taste the same, whether sandwich or bucket. Very little flavor variation. Ironically, I got a sandwich without the chicken... It was replaced on the spot (Long live food waste! /s) Greasy, soggy fries... Horrible. No beer, even if you paid for it... Only soft drinks and water. At least Pepsi Zero saves the day. I don't think I'll ever try KFC again.

Waiting time too long, almost 40 minutes, could of had time to buy an egg, nurse it and raise it to full chicken, and the cook it and eat it..sorry guys but for a fast food ..it was kind of misleading advertisment...

Mandato ordine e il personale ti fissa, sta appoggiato al muro a bere e mangiare facendosi gli affari loro.Dopo aver aspettato 10 minuti col locale vuoto, hanno servito patatine e pollo riscaldato e neanche fatti al momento. Pessimo non mi vedrete più.

Completamente abbandonato. Lo staff è palesemente svogliato e ne risentono sia i piatti (preparati ore prima, non si spiega altrimenti la crosta che dovrebbe essere il punto di forza di KFC), che la pulizia in generale (sia dei tavoli che del dispenser delle bibite, unto al punto da non volerlo usare). Onestamente non capisco cosa aspetti una catena come KFC a porre rimedio ad una situazione che è soprattutto un pessimo biglietto da vista per loro stessi

40 minutes before closing time, chairs on the tables.... You can already tell they want to close, plus they didn't make sandwiches on the grill because it was obviously already clean.... The chicken wasn't very hot so I'd say avoid!!!

The only redeeming feature is the girl at the counter, who was kind; otherwise, everything else was truly subpar. I usually never leave negative reviews, but I don't think I've ever had such a bad meal at a place where they usually don't expect much. The side dishes were truly ridiculous: barely cooked, soggy, and flavorless. The fries were soft and stringy, not even salted. The sandwich tasted of cheese and little else, and the chicken was breaded softer than the two slices of bread.

How disgusting! It made me feel sick and I almost threw up. Then it took them half an hour to make a sandwich while no one was there and the ordering machines were broken!! They didn't charge me and the consistency was like jelly, disgusting 🤮

I arrive at 8:35 PM to order, the tablets are obviously turned off. You have to wait in line for 20 minutes, and after 10 people in line for 20 minutes, they tell you they're closed. Tell them right away rather than make people wait?

The worst KFC I ever visited. I ordered and paid via the machine, then I was waiting for ever. Then I noticed that there was no one on site and I had to go inside to the kitchen to call the guys. They were simply sitting inside and talking. And even when we talked to them they were very slaw and rude.

TL;DR: Horrible. Wish I could give ZERO stars. I usually really love KFC and have written many highly positive reviews of other KFC locations. This one is different. We waited for a long time (about 20 minutes) since there was nobody at the front. Eventually we figured out that we needed to order from the kiosk. Ok, no big deal. The food arrived and the order was wrong. Ok, but whatever. The real problem was the food was super old and mostly inedible. The chicken sandwich looked burned, nearly black and tough like shoe leather. The fries were cold and limp - clearly several hours old. The drink had weird black particles floating in it, (Schweps from the self-serve) and every surface was sticky and filthy. So gross. I won't come back here, and advise everyone to avoid this location.
