Loaded fries were amazing with their homemade ranch! The cheesy goodness was equally distributed throughout the fries, unlike many places that just cover the top. The wings were cooked to perfection. They even scored the containers lid so the wings didn't get soggy during transport.

I just want to say, the owner is great. I'm updating my review for the simple fact of how kind and understanding the owner is about an order not being right. I recently placed an order on Sunday I was not pleased with and he made sure to reach out and even spoke with me on the phone to make it right and get all the details. THAT IS HOW YOU RUN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS!!! That means so much to me that he cared to make things right. I WILL be trying their food again (:

I tried the boneless daughter did the bone in. Both were great. The list of sauces is crazy and long. The boneless were real chicken, not nuggets. Fries and cheese topped it off. This take-out only. Good size parking lot.

The best wings I’ve ever had—period. I won’t order wings from anywhere else! When they temporarily closed, I was genuinely disappointed, but their comeback has been even better than before. The wings are amazing, they’ve expanded the menu beyond just wings and fries, and the customer service was something that I haven’t experienced in a long long time! I felt like they really cared about my experience! There was a small issue with an online order, and the owner himself called me to apologize, make things right, and personally ensure I was taken care of. He genuinely cared about the experience I had, and that level of service is something I haven’t seen in years. It really means a lot, especially when deciding where to spend my money. And let’s talk about the options…they got over 100 flavors (more if you’re creative), but our go-tos are definitely 🔥🔥 Pookie Wings 🔥🔥 🔥🔥 Pigeon Wings 🔥🔥 Thank you, Big Shot Bob’s, for not only feeding us right but treating us right!

We always LOVED the wings here and when they closed we were so sad. We saw they opened back up so we had to order some wings! I went in to pick up and met the new owner. He is the nicest guy!!! Our wings and fries were AMAZING! we’re so happy they reopened and can’t for our next order!!

First experience ever with Big Shot Bob's and it did not disappoint. We were debating between Bob's and another and we are extremely happy with our choice. We ordered 3 large fries, 60 total boneless wings with Honey BBQ, Garlic Butter parm, Hot Honey BBQ and the LeBron flavor. They were very delicious. Sauces were very flavorful and the wings were still crunchy covered in the sauce. The fries were very delicious and paired well with all of the wings. It's a small building, but it's nice to get in and out. The employee there was quick and to the point with our order. We ordered online and that was also very easy to do. Always my preferred way to order food anymore. Definitely look forward to ordering again!

Probably the one of the top three wings I've ever had. I came back home for Christmas from Tampa and stumbled upon this place while home and I'm so glad I did. "Ain't My Faulks" and "Game-Changer" which are in the respective pictures! Absolutely delicious!!!!

First time ordering from this location and will most likely be the last. Spent over $90 (including tip for carry out) on 50 wings and a side of loaded fries. The fries were the only thing “fresh”, sadly the wings were very small and old. The sauce on them was the only thing tasty. Disappointing to say the least..

I've eaten here several times since they have opened this location. The burgers have always been really good and there's a decent variety of them. The wings come in many combinations of sauces and seasoning but are usually drowning in the sauce. The salads are not worth getting. The greens are usually very warm and wilted on the chicken salads like they tossed the hot chicken on then immediately closed the lid steaming the vegetables. The service has been terrible. I have waited 20 minutes past the pickup time for my food. It has never once been done when it was supposed to be. It's so bad that we no longer get food from here.
