I'm a truck driver I came in today Mar 27 2024 around 2pm and I didn't have enough money for my meal, the young man who took my order bought my food for me! Thank you so much bro and I wish I would of got his name. But thank you bro
Zenen should be promoted. I will make this short, but Zenen greeted me very quickly after walking in. Made me feel important and genuinely seemed happy to be there and like he enjoys what he does. He is a perfect model for others in the organization. You should hire more people like him. Zenen has a level of courtesy and respect I would expect in a dine in restaurant. Thank you for providing me an exceptional customer service experience. Cheers!
I'm so impressed by this Taco Bell. Banesa, the cashier, was super friendly. My soft tacos, which I wish I got a picture of, were likely the best soft tacos I've had of any TB as they actually had a decent amount of filling to them. I was grateful that this particular restaurant has outlets too so I was able to charge my phone and do some things on my laptop. Thank you so much to the staff here, I appreciate you all!
Stopped in for a quick bite and gas for our trip. Enjoyed Taco Bell at this location. The Taco Bell was newly remodeled, fast service, decorated for Christmas and the food was great. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! If you find my review helpful please give me a thumbs-up 👍 Thank you!

We pulled up for a quick lunch. Ordered crunch wrap and 2 chips and cheese and a bean burrito. Everything came out hot and fresh. We had 10+ sauces left over, and plenty of napkins. Very friendly window service and the best restaurant experience of our road trip! Super satisfied!
Daniella and Daniel were very friendly and gave great service, very hospitable we will return when in the atea
I rarely eat at Taco Bell, but I was on a long road trip and decided to give it a try. Note: I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a vegetarian burrito and an iced coffee - total came to around $7. It may not have been the healthiest option, but for a quick snack on the go, it really wasn’t bad! The iced coffee was surprisingly delicious. Not a bad pit stop!
The morning crew made my breakfast Crunchwrap soooo good. Made my morning/day.
One man army, took a little bit longer but worth it! We were on the road and love Tacobell! Only one guy was working but the food he made was delicious and hot! The servings were exceptional.

Stop thru here often. Have never had an issue with the food, or the service. The prices are higher than a normal Taco Bell, because this one is owned by the TA truckstop.
The inside of my wife's crunch wrap supreme vegan was cold but we had it to go and we're traveling so there was nothing we could do. My burrito was good
The price of the food at this location is more expensive than normal because it is in a truck stop. I also noticed they are missing the Manzanita Sol pop that other Taco Bells have. I love that flavor so boo on them.
Absurdly overpriced and quality/quantity are both completely lacking. Regular crunchy taco is $3.39. Sub out the meat for chicken makes that $6. Given that the meat may be a mystery to begin with…..
BUYER BEWARE! There prices are not the normal taco bell price! THEY ARE LIKE 33%higher! I asked why and they said it is a franchise. Owner sets the price. First and last time I go. It was like CHIPOTLE PRICES..
Food was the same as other Taco Bell's, and it was a convenient stop while driving down highway 5. Minus 2 stars for the outrageous prices. I ordered 2 Taco Supremes, and they cost over $4 each! My neighborhood Taco Bell only charges $2.79. Another negative is they don't accept orders via the Taco Bell app, and there is no ordering kiosk inside either.
While the customer service was great, the food was just wrong. I only ordered 2 items. 1 regular chalupa with extra meat and one cantina chicken burrito with no purple cabbage. I was charged for a cantina burrito box and received a regular chalupa, no extra meat and a sorry excuse for a cantina chicken burrito that was mostly sauce with some chicken and a lot of cheese, no pico, and no lettuce. So if I was charged for the box even though I didn’t order it, I could have at least received the drink and nachos. Extremely disappointing! But now looking at the rating, I guess I should have known. Should have taken pictures before eating. 😪
The prices are a lil more expensive than other Taco Bell locations. They don’t serve Cinnabons after 11am. But they also don’t serve breakfast. There was no sour cream on my burrito. My taco lettuce was kinda soggy. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t what I was expecting. I was disappointed with my meal.
They charged Nacho cheese is $4.39 each. Wow.... I had the same Nacho cheese 2 days before other Taco bell paid $1.89 Anyone should do the price first before you order

This place was super expensive for Taco Bell, went through the drive through and realized the pricing, so then just purchased a few minimal items and then went to McDonald’s which was way better priced for a quick stop for food on the way down to LA.

Just got ripped off by the employee. Paid over $17 for a meal that is shown as $10. He refused to give me the receipt.
It was $3.09 for a $1.00 three layer nacho. And it was $2.69 for a single taco that cost a $1.40 in many other locations. I confirmed the price with the cashier and she said the truck stop sets the price. We just drove on. Not donating to the truck stop.
*Pulls up at 10:45 a.m. "Hey good morning, does your breakfast run until 10:30 or 11:00?" "11:00." "Great! Could I get your breakfast box with iced coffee please?" "We're done serving breakfast." 🙃 I'd expect nothing less from Buttsville Kracktown.
As stated in multiple reviews, price gouging and suuuper slow. $3.50 for a bean and cheese burrito (over 2x the norm). Eat local. Looks like there’s a good pupusa place right down the street.
What a rip-off paid 4$ for a bean burrito! Ridiculous if you're trying to feed your family I could just imagine your bill being $60 and up for some tacos. I should have received a notification when pulling up to this place that it was four times more expensive than any other Taco Bell this company is exploiting all the truck drivers and people who live in the hotels around here. The hotels here are cheaper than in Bakersfield. My family and I are living here but unfortunately we what we cannot afford to eat here. It must be time to move out of California. Hi gas prices but now 4x on the burritos ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous.
Almost $5 for a cheesy bean and rice burrito. More than double the normal price. WAYYYYYY TOO EXPENSIVE! Tasted inedible.
First thing you need to understand is what people order. After 3 times of confirming vegetarian order they serve beef. & then take forever to make yet another order. Terrible service and no respect for customers. Don’t recommend coming to this place.
Paid way too much. $3 for a bean burrito. $3 for a large pepsi. $22 for two people at Taco Bell is ridiculous. I could have driven a few more miles and paid half as much.
The man that works here is very rude. I'm not sure if he's the manage or owner or what but he treats ppl with zero respect. Whenever he is there the quality of the food is horrible as well. Everything grilled is burned. One time I pulled up to order and there was dead silence then after a couple minutes past he shouted thru the speaker"Just order!" It was very rude. I will never go back!!!
All done with Taco Bell !!!! Prices are out of control!! Especially for my budget. Come on a Red Beans and Cheese Burrito $2.49. Maybe cost on is less than 40cents.
Seems this whole place is Rip off center first got ripped off at the shell gas station across the street had to pay 30 cents more per gallon than listed price, and as it was already past lunch time went to have lunch at this place the normal chicken taco was charged $3.19 each whereas for a better chicken taco I paid $1.00 each the same day morning at Willits, CA. Felt really foolish paid triple the price for a worse taco.
I ordered four tacos and two bean and cheese burritos. The price was around $19. I asked if they had a "pack" instead of individual items. The drive-through attendant asked (?), and they said "no." I asked for the hottest salsa, but they gave me regular salsa. Although I paid for four tacos, they only gave me three. In their defense, one of the tacos had two shells 😄 I looked for the receipt to confirm the order, but they did not give me one. I tried calling, but they don't answer their phone, ever!!! I was too far up the highway to return for a taco, so I could not walk in 😏 One if the bean and cheese burritos was overcooked on one side and hard on the other side; taste like it was microwaved. I should know better than to eat this kind of shtuff while traveling. Good lesson; I won't do it again!
Attendant had a bad attitude. They wouldn’t take a Taco Bell gift card. Overall bad experience
I wish I could take away the one star I have to give this place in order to make this review. Every other review about this place is right. These people gouge their prices taking advantage that there isn't that many other options to eat around the area knowing that most people are just passing through.. I mean come on it's taco bell!!! $3.50 for a value bean and cheese burrito??? ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Someone needs to call corporate or something because this place is ridiculous!!!! Please don't stop at this taco bell? They will rip you off!!!!!
Food does not come with any beans or fillings. We complained to the staff and will be complaining to corporate.
Not only is the prices at this Taco Bell extremely ridiculous, they shut their drive through down at ? time? The lights in the drive through is on, but trust me, it's closed. I know at 8pm it's closed while the restaurant is open. Makes zero sense.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terrible service, they had only 2 people scheduled and a line in the drive thru and a lobby full of people whose orders weren't taken yet. The cashier took 1 customer's order from the lobby and took off to the back. Waited 45 mins in the lobby and the guy still didn't take our order. Plus when I asked if any one would come out, the guy was rude and sternly said there were only 2 of them. Business and service should not be ran this way. Plus it's only 10am! Extremely disappointed!
This was the worst experience I have had at a Taco Bell. After having to wait over 15 min for two bean burritos and two “loaded” tacos I finally received my order. The “loaded” tacos were disgusting I don’t know how they did this but the soft taco shells were soaking wet, the lettuce was in one side of the taco and the meat was hanging out the other with what looked like half a durrito chip in the middle. I would avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. Ridiculous prices, poor service, and the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had if I could rate less than one star I would.
I don't know how many times I've gone to Taco Bell throughout the years, I'm sure it's in the upper thousands. I have never critiqued any of these stores as their quality control is so consistent. I ordered a bean burrito that was so bad I had to throw it away. Just a hideous, burned bean, no cheese fiasco. Also this was probably the most expensive bean burrito at almost $4.00 after tax. There are at least four lunch trucks along the boulevard that don't price gouge and would be a better alternative.
This place is way over priced for the food , They charge you $1.69 to add sour cream chesse or any condiment to you food! The bean burrito is $3.99 not a dollar menu item any more! But to add sour cream that $3.99 + $1.69 making that burrito $5.68 not worth it. And when you buy an item that is supposed to have cheese on it you ask to add extra at the cost of $1.69 .. No thanks! Drive up the highway a little longer and get that same items for a lot less!
Very skimpy on meat , I bought $60 worth of burritos, food is cold, the steak we ordered barely see any meat. Very bad very bad policy Taco Bell, change or bankruptcy!!!
Opon purchasing the grilled burrito box, I asked to have the cinnamon twists substituted for nachos(this incurs a $0.50 charge), and was told that they were incapable of doing this, which every other Taco Bell I have ever been to and requested has done.
To many time give me wrongshit .today’ I order 3 extra blackbeans burritos you see in photo ware is beans …….😡😡😡😡and not give any sauces

On 9/11/25 I ordered just chips and cheese and they charged me $5. Look at your receipts before leaving!
I would give this place negative stars if I could. I mean the customer service was good and the place was clean, but they are overcharging for the food. The prices for things here are almost double compared to other Taco Bell’s. A bean burrito is $4 here when it’s half that everywhere else. Literally paid $38 for a number one, three bean burritos and three cheese roll up’s. It’s insane. That’s $18 more than any other Taco Bell costs for that exact food items. It’s crazy to me they can charge so much more than other Taco Bell’s. I would definitely rather drive into Bakersfield or somewhere else than ever go there again.
HORRIBLE. Food was disgusting. Forgot my nachos and my sauce in my tacos. Meat tasted old and unseasoned.
Food is INSANELY marked up. I've had cheaper meals at the airport.
seriously people we need to reevaluate who were putting in that damn kitchen. ive been hitch hiking for a whopping 12 hours and all i could dream of was a delicious chalupa supreme.. much to my demise… my dreams were crushed when i arrived to the taco bell in buttonwillow.. there are no words to describe my disappointment. cold, hard, stale, and god, where was the freaking meat?!?! chalupa? more like a salad between some expired bread?!? get a grip people. im seriously angry and ive never had a more distasteful experience in my life. im left heartbroken after this experience. you guys made me hate chalupas. i will never feel joy again in my life and it is all your fault. get new cooks or i cook you all and put you in my chalupa supreme to make up for the lack of meat in the one i received on this cold cold night. stop crushing dreams, i beg of you. have a horrible night.
The service wasn't great. I was being watched while eating. They made me feel uncomfortable. The food was sloppy and not well prepared. They served other people better than the service I received. Not female trucker friendly.
Prices are almost double compared to other Taco Bell locations. Got a craving box which usually costs $6-$7, it cost me $13 at this location, I also had to pay extra to swap meat with potatoes which is free at other locations. The food was good though.
The sheer audacity of the management at taco bell is just despicable. I am on my way towards L.A. from San Francisco, and I stopped by to stretch my legs and grab a bite. I try to make healthy choices (despite eating fast food) by avoiding sodas, I asked for water cups, to which they told me they were out.. The management then cowardly sent out the cashier as their scapegoat to inform me, if I wanted a cup for water, I'd have to purchase a soda cup at full price.. Look here, just because you're a bad manager, who doesn't understand "inventory" should not be at the expense of the customer. I'm very displeased with the management. The cashiers were very respectful, with great customer service, I know this falls directly on the management.. Step it up, stop making the customer responsible for your incompetence..
Do not get the burrito supreme. It was just lettuce sauce no meat, barely any beans I’m just out $7.60 was terrible.
