We had the most amazing time at Hard Rock Cabo, we came two days in a row. One night the DJ even made us feel so special by inviting us up and letting us have a try at it. Daniel and Alex both served us and were absolutely amazing. If you want a personalized service I highly recommend it!

Highly recommended. They've done a great job with the new Hard Rock Cafe 🎶 at the Marina in Los Cabos San Lucas. They've only been open a month, and they were doing a new smoked margarita series. 3 flavors for these unique margaritas 🍹 1) Hibiscus/Mezcal, 2) Avocado/Tequila, 3) Passion Fruit/Tequila. We were the 3rd customers to order it after watching the 1st and 2nd orders. The food was consistent with past experiences at other Hard Rock Cafes. The manager Nicholas was very nice, and the crew was attentive. There should be no problem keeping this place alive for years to come in Cabo! We'll be here every time we come back to Cabo.

Great for drinks, as one might expect. The souvenir shop was devoid of beloved pins and magnets, so that was disappointing. Didn't eat there, so I can't vouch for food. Atmosphere was not quite up to some Hard Rocks, but fun to sit outside anyhow.

We didn't eat or drink here. The place was completely dead. For a Hard Rock I was expecting music to be playing,maybe music videos playing on the screens. Nope just some local futbol on the screens which isn't a bad thing, just not the vibe. We bought some shirts, but there is no selection in styles. Just a couple of designs. They should be playing music, ice cold beers in a tub and maybe misters on the patio to draw in the people to stay cool.

Not sure what is going on here I understand they have not been open long and feels like they are still figuring things out. We visited twice, sat outside, ordered the same Gin & Tonic off the menu and were served two completely different drinks neither of which matched the description. It seems like they have a Hard Rock Menu but not the ingredients to match it. Tried to be helpful and pointed this out to several servers to no avail. The live guitarist and DJ outside were both good.

The food was not up to the normal Hard Rock quality. My pulled pork sandwich was cool. The fries were hot. My wife's Mac and cheese was not good. The brownie and ice cream was really good. They were not that busy, and the service was poor. The restrooms were terribly dirty.

They overcharged us by 130 dollars. Two charges one that was supposed to go through and one that was obviously them stealing. Worst part about it, probably would’ve given more stars based on service.

Pongo 1 porque no se puede menos. Al momento de entrar nos trataron de manera hostil, una trabajadora en vez de invitarnos a entrar nos trató como si hubiéramos entrado a pedir limosna, el motivo lo desconozco, de todas formas decidimos buscar una mesa y sentarnos. Estuvimos sentados como 15 minutos y jamás nos dirigieron la palabra, a las mesas de extranjeros que llegaron las atendieron, terrible el clasismo y malinchismo. La peor parte, tienen un letrero en grande que dice. "WE SERVE ALL".

I went twice. The first time, my food came with a piece of wire from the fiberglass used to wash the dishes. They fixed it, but from the start, we felt uncomfortable with the waiters' treatment, who gave preference to foreigners. The second time, we sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to serve us, and we were never served, unlike a table next to us full of foreign girls. It's very sad to see such segregation in Mexico.

Just a sad memoir to what this place was in the past. We were in Cabo for a month and they had no live music. No special for Valentine's Day. The "special" for Superbowl was certain half price beers. Bar smells like the toilets. This is our second visit to Cabo in 13 months and the prior experience was the same. So sad that they have so much to work with but such a loosy job of managing it.

Title: Overpriced and Underwhelming – Avoid This Resort If I could give zero stars, I would. My stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. For the price they charge, you’d expect at least decent service and a comfortable stay, but this place failed miserably on all fronts. First, the check-in process was an absolute nightmare. Despite arriving at the correct time, we waited over an hour just to get to the front desk, only to be told our room wasn’t ready. When we finally got our room, it smelled musty, and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed from the last guests. The air conditioning barely worked, and calling the front desk for maintenance was pointless because no one ever showed up. The food was another disaster. Every restaurant on the property was either severely understaffed or simply didn’t care about quality. Buffet options were cold and stale, and ordering à la carte took forever. Even the “fine dining” restaurants served food that tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Room service? Forget it – expect a two-hour wait, and when it finally arrives, it’s lukewarm at best. The worst part was the customer service. Staff seemed completely uninterested in helping with anything. Asking for simple things like extra towels or a drink refill was met with attitude or ignored entirely. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. To top it all off, the resort nickel-and-dimes you at every opportunity. They push timeshares aggressively, charge extra for “premium” drinks that should already be included, and the WiFi was spotty unless you paid for an upgrade. Between the lackluster food, unresponsive staff, and poor room quality, this place is an overpriced joke. There are far better resorts in Los Cabos that actually care about their guests. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
