Es un lugar increíble tiene mucha naturaleza y es un buen lugar para tomar unas fotos increíbles, cuenta con cabañas en un estilo exótico sin duda, tienen un jardín del arte muy bonito ❣️ a la orilla pasa un río uff me encanto mucho, lo recomiendo. sólo en cuestión del servicio tar dan un poco para traer lo que pides pero los chicos son amables la comida delicioso, regresaríamos

Service is lacking in waiters. . . The enchiladas and chilaquiles lack seasoning. They have no flavor. The place is relaxing, clean, and very friendly. However, if you choose the lower part near the river, you are left without communication with the waiter. This could be greatly improved to increase customers. The seasoning needs to be greatly improved. Some maintenance should be done on the popcorn near the river, paint it, and put a bell or a small bell to call the waiter.

Good place to go for breakfast or lunch. Nice cabins, varied menu. The only drawback was that the cabin couldn't be locked. Pleasant place to sleep.

The facilities are very clean, the cabins are well-equipped and include options for entire families, and the vegetation is diverse and unique to the region. I highly recommend this place; the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Just one small detail: at dawn, the staff is busy with maintenance and other work, which creates several noises that can be disruptive when waking up.

Xcelent place to meet with nature, rest and antidepressant.

Definitivamente el concepto muy natural es bonito.Pero le quita puntos la atención del personal,la calidad de los alimentos y bebidas no es muy buena,el lugar está bastante sucio,las cabañas están un poco inseguras (debieran darle mantenimiento).Espero mejoren ya que el lugar por si solo es bonito.

The place is beautiful, with stunning scenery, however, the food was tasteless, unfortunately lacking any seasoning, and the service from the waiters was terrible! We visited from Guadalajara, but the only good thing we took away from the place were the photos we took... the rest wasn't worth it!

The scenery is beautiful; you can definitely spend a lovely afternoon or a few days there. They also have cabins for rent on-site. We only went to the restaurant, and the wait to be served was long, probably because the place was very crowded. The grilled food is only enough for four people, but it wasn't what we expected. The hot chocolate there is very nice. You have nothing to lose by trying it out for yourselves.

Muy bonito lugar, pero en la cabaña que me hospede no salía agua de la regadera, no servía el aire acondicionado y no tienen agua caliente.

Been here 3 times. Each time the experience gets worse. Service takes forever. We won't drive here to wait for hot beers and cold food again. We even received the wrong check.

The place is beautiful but the food is poor. They didn't have any fruit because "there's not much demand" even though the menu has a lot of fruit options. Ordered bread and cream, the bread was microwaved and hard as a stone, the cream was watered down. What a waste of a great location.

El lugar es bonito, pero el servicio es pésimo, la comida horrible. El buffet y la carta no tienen nada de variedad, nunca tienen platos, tardan en servirte, la comida está hiper grasosa y da asco. El buffet está a 200 pesos. La verdad el ambiente es bonito, sí pero no es la gran cosa. Mejor bajate antes y tú mismo ve a ver y no pagues nada JAJAJ.
