This is the quintessential family owned and operated Tex Mex restaurant. The food is spiced to perfection. Just hot enough to bring a sweat, but not so hot that your taste buds are burned out. The portions are huge, the service is better than most 5-star establishments. You would be doing yourself a disservice not stopping by this little Texas towns eatery....

It might be small town hole in the wall but don't be fooled by appearances! I happened to be there on buffet day, everything was you average good quality Tex-Mex. The enchiladas were A+ though with fresh made tortillas. The salsa was also good. Don't hesitate to stop if you are in the area!

We have been to this restaurant twice now and have been very satisfied with the food and especially the service. It is a small family operation with the friendliest staff that makes you feel right at home. We will make it a weekly stop. Our family of 7 stopped in after voting in Caddo Mills. We were all blown away with their delicious dishes and their service. Their salsa was a huge hit too. Its hard to please everyone when we go out together, but everyone of us agreed, Fiesta's Tex Mex, is our new favorite place for Tex Mex food. We will be visiting again soon.

Fiesta’s Tex Mex!! Truly Commendable! My husband and I have ordered from them for years for birthday parties! Yesterday was my friends wedding day and the people she had originally scheduled for catering messed up and had her down for the next day! Last min I called Lily at Fiestas and they pulled together, got to work , and showed up to save the day for food for 130 guests and even stayed to set up and make sure everyone was taken care of! I can’t speak enough Praise over them and how thankful we are for Lily, her brother, mother and Father and their crew at the Restaurant! They are Family owned and I can’t even express how beautiful of A scene it was seeing the white catering van driving down the driveway .. showing up for our Bride and Groom! Another place I drive by and don't stop. So I read reviews which were good. Man I had some damn good enchiladas. Beef and chicken rice and beans.good rice. Good tea. Good service. Air conditioner was not working but the food made up for it. Cheap too. Nephew had the lunch special. Came in two plates. He said it was great. Nachos beef were plenty and good. Oh the hot sauce best I've had in a long time. Came out warm. I think they make their chips. They were thick and crispy. Coming back for sure.

My family and I found this place by just pure happenstance. Before Christmas we found this place and decided to get tamales for Christmas dinner. They tasted so good and had a great price. For that itself warranted another visit. So the other day my family and I along with my sister in law and brother in law decided to pay the restaurant an actual sit down visit and try something else other than tamales. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the owner who also happened to be our waiter. The first thing I judge a Mexican restaurant on (food wise) is the taste of their salsa. We were given two different salsas. One warm and one cold. So as we were eating our chips and salsa we perused over the menu. Once we decided what we wanted ( we all chose something different) we were chatting and our waiter and his wife would check us frequently making sure everything was ok and if we needed drink refills etc. Once the food arrived we were surprised with the amount of food we received as well as the deliciousness of it all. I as well as everyone in my party absolutely loved our food and we would definitely be returning. If you like good Mexican food, great service, and friendly hospitality of the wait staff, then I highly recommend stopping by for a visit.

I visited this restaurant last week. I had passed by it several times in the last year but never stopped. I was out doing errands when I was passing by yet another time. This time I stopped and went back. I went inside, mask on, and ordered to go. The people who work there are very nice and courteous. I was just getting a small lunch to go when I decided to ask about tamales. They had them so I ordered a dozen to take home for later. My lunch was very good, and the tamales later that night were also very good. The best thing I had from this place was the SALSA. I loved it. I would recommend visiting Fiestas and try it out. I will be back.

Great authentic Tex Mex, what a great place. Salsa is outstanding, worth the trip in itself. The buffet was a perfect way to try several different entrees, and I'd say the guiso tacos were my favorite. Excellent service as well. I'll be back!

Great food and awesome service! Amazingly friendly staff! Got the chile relleno with shredded chicken and ranchero sauce! Perfect light batter and the flavor was so nice! My daughter got the blackened steak fajita plate and that thing was piled so high I'd say it was probably enough to serve almost three people! Closed out with sopapillas and flan, and they were excellent! We will be back next time we're out that way again!

The food is phenomenal. My husband and I loved their tamales. We also loved the flavor of their Don Sergio plate. I highly recommend stopping in and enjoying the food. The staff are wonderful, too. Very helpful, polite, and make great food!

Not your typical chain flashy Tex-Mex restaurant! This is a great mixture of traditional authentic Mexican food and Tex-Mex. The portions are huge and actually more than you can eat! Wonderful little out of the way place to enjoy good food.

Came through Caddo Mills in our way to a roping. We noticed this “little hole in the wall” Mexican restaurant, so we stopped by on our way home. Service and food were excellent. Fantastic.. I got the buffet to go. The mole was amazing. I got 6 enchiladas rice beans galore and charro beans and some type of soup. For 8 bucks and the food is really good. Next time I plan to sit down and enjoy it or order one of there specials. Everything is great and my Togo box was about 5lbs. Oh the chicken was amazing. This place is a mix of a taqueria and ponchos. It's now my go to spot in the rockwall area

Great Mexican Food: My son and I got dinner there 2 days ago. It was great food and very plentiful. Will definitely go back for more & tell my friends about it. It was quiet with shabby chic look - not pretentious.

We have passed Foesta's Tex Mex several times and finally stopped to try it and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is very Fiesta and I loved all the vibrant fiesta colors and the setting. The staff is also very responsive and attentive to their guests. I ordered the three taco plate with beef and they were really good. The refried beans amd mexican rice were also very tasty. My wofw ordwred the chicken fajitas and loved them. Good amounts of food and just delicious. We will return.

Family owned and operated in it's truest form. Definitely abuelita style cooking. You're going to get real food and real tastes, not boxed food. Its definitely a one a week place for me! They also do tamale orders and catering to large events almost every weekend. Now I just need them to do b-fast burritos/tacos and it'd be winner-winner!

I was visiting the area and found Fiesta's online. I drove there and ordered two combo plates. The food was good, but the items were very small. The beef burrito looked more like a small soft taco with only beef. The taco and enchilada were small. The chalupa looked like a tostada - perhaps here in Dallas that's what a chalupa is? The beans were very good as was the green salsa. The other food was tasty and just too small.

Food wasn’t bad, and the chips, salsa, and queso were all solid. The seating was decent and comfortable enough for a casual meal. The one downside is that they don’t offer fountain drinks just canned drinks, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, not a bad spot, but there’s room for improvement.

Stopped in to try it out and was a bit disappointed. What we ordered was decent but would not order again. There are worse places to go, and also a lot better but, if you want some Tex-Mex food I'd suggest getting the fajita for 2 plate. Overflowing.

Bean and cheese nachos were good! Served with plenty of sour cream and guacamole. Sour cream and chicken enchiladas were meh. Chicken smelled and tasted straight out of the can, as did the beans. Also, two strands of hair were found in my food. Good if you're in a pinch, just keep an eye out for hair 🙃.

Big portions and the food is good, but not great. Reasonably priced as well. Would eat here again if I was in a hurry. Was a little underwhelmed based on the ratings it had received. Again, not bad, but not amazing either.

Popped in for dinner after our plans changed. It was our first visit and only went because it's super close. It's on the smaller side with festive decor. There was only one other table occupied at the time. We had beef faitjias for two with beans and rice. The salsa and refried beans were mediocre, the rice was decent, but the faitjia meat was tasty. I'm unsure if will we rush back, but maybe at least to try their lunch buffet to sample more of the menu. I will say the standout was the extremely quick , attentive, and friendly service.

First Timer Here! Great customer service but I will not be visiting again. I visited the location right before the lunch special was over and ordered a taco plate per the young ladies recommendation. After sitting awaiting my food I noticed the price didn’t align with the menu-no big deal. Get home and realize I didn’t get my entire order so I called and alerted them. Tony was great and told me when I returned he would give me my entire order over. I get back and only received what my order was missing which again is fine. As a customer it’s important that restaurants understand that customer experience and care determines if a customer returns. The Customer should always get an entirely new order for the inconvenience.Great Staff Regardless

Food is not very good at all it is served luke warm. And service needs great improvement. I do not recommend this place at all.

2 out of the 3 people who ate in our four-person party ended up with very bad food poisoning. Both got extremely sick (vomiting for 2-days) after eating from the all-you-can-eat buffet, I didn't like the way the food looked nor tasted for the one bite I took after going to the buffet so opted to NOT eat (even though still charged), and our son just ate chips/salsa with a side-order of rice and beans (NOT from the buffet) and did not get sick. So, I would advise NOT eating from the buffet and instead ordering straight from the menu so that your meal is prepared fresh.

Good place, but food quality was low. The meat tasted like it had fillers & additives to make it go further. The queso sauce wasn't from a can which was great... oooh but it was from a packet, which was worse. Pastor pork was heavy on the fat, light on the pork. They are cutting corners and definitely not passing on the savings. Cost should be about half what it is for what you get. Good people and very nice. So if you aren't looking for good quality food and just want a pleasant place to be... this is your place. I'll mention that the salsa was unique but good. It had grease in it and was more like a soup than fresh salsa, but they pulled it off.

If you want enchiladas don’t come here. The cheese wasn’t even melted and meat sauce was spicy. I wouldn’t give it to kid.

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! Poor poor customer service, no one greeted us, we sat ourselves, no one said nothing to us! We sat at the table for 10 minutes and no one ever came over! We left! We went because of the good reviews.

It was my 3rd time and last. Food was gross. The Buffett was a no go for sure but the food was just yuck. The man was more interested in his man table where they were all watching tv. He acted like our table was a bother and it took forever to get yucky food. We were only 1 of 3 tables. No customer service and again, fajitas which you almost can't mess up, were old and chicken looked like he had left it to st out before cooking. I was glad we didn't end up with food poisoning.

Food was horrible. Taco meat was not seasoned at all, like literally, just dry meat slapped on a taco shell. Salsa had grease floating on the top. Food is not good. Service wasn’t great either.

If I could give this place zero stars I would the rice was crunchy and tasted old the meat was dry over cooked and lacked any flavor what so ever the tamales also lacked flavor this meal was so disappointing for what I payed for 3 plates and a kids meal not acceptable honestly I was my money back 42 dollars for nasty tasteless food.

2nd time here. I ordered taco salad to go. I'm sad we liked our 1st time it was greasy too but nothing like this 10.00 Togo Taco Salad.the little lettuce was drowning in grease, u can't see any lettuce. The burnt soggy shell had chicken I will give you that but a salad is not all meat. The little bit of lettuce was in greasy and welted. Sad..
