Kleines und unscheinbares Café mit dem besten Espresso in Griante! Das Croissant mit Pistazien ist ebenfalls unschlagbar. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse zum Wasser ist wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen. Die Preise sind ebenfalls völlig angemessen und nicht zu teuer. Große Empfehlung! ✨

Sehr nettes Personal, einfache Pasta mit Tomatensauce —> beste Wahl. Direkt an der kleinen Promenade am See sitzen, essen und ein Bierchen trinken. Unser Start am Comer See hätte nicht besser sein können.

It's place to go prior to ferry trip to Bellagio or Varenna. Staff is quite friendly, their sandwiches and toasts are delicious as well! Outdoor seating next to the road with lake view is cozy and vintage! Don't hesitate to visit prior to boarding.

Stopped here with a family of 4 for Gelato before jumping on the ferry. Gelato was very good, staff were very kind and welcoming, and the bar itself had a cozy atmosphere. Great little place to stop off for a treat or a bite to eat. ☕🍨

We stayed on Lake Como for the week and ate breakfast/lunch at Bar Impero almost once a day. Coming from America, I forgot how much I loved a good croissant!!! The cappuccinos, fresh squeezed orange juice and the simple sandwiches (salami & fontina or prosciutto & mozzarella) were all exceptional. The service is so friendly and we will miss our new friends!

Loved this little neighborhood bar and restaurant. We had drinks and bites outside by the water and loved it. Charming service and well priced, very drinkable wines to go. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view, delicious pastries, coffee, and smoothie. Having Celiac I asked about cross contamination and the lady was so gracious in explaining their process. Great place for a meal with wine, surrounded with beautiful people making it all delicious and enjoyable. Unforturately the parking didn't take our card, my husband and son wanted to eat there because they loved the pasteries but the meter didn't take our card.

Bar Impero is a friendly establishment that attracts a predominantly local clientele. It's unpretentious, but don't be deceived by its understated ambiance - the food is so amazingly good. I tried the pasta and pizza here - the pasta is al dente and very very tasty, while the pizza is delicious. The drinks are also cheap and decent. The owner/staff here are also very kind - I felt welcome there; so welcome I went there twice during my short visit at Como. Much recommended.

We are staying at The Edition Hotel next door to this cafe for 3 days now. Every day we witness locals on motorbike, cycle or walking stopping for a quick coffee and snack. I can not speak to the poor reviews and feel some people are just flat out rude, however, if you want the BEST CROISSANT, you must try this place. We were served fresh from the oven a Pistachio Croissant and coffee and it was nothing short of amazing. The people are incredibly friendly and engaging. Please do yourself a favor and stop here. You won’t regret❤️

When we stepped off the ferry at Cadenabbia, this little casual bar was the first thing we noticed with tables right on the water's edge. We decided this was a sign we needed to stop for a quick drink, which soon became two drinks. Even though staff had to regularly cross the road to serve patrons, service was excellent! Staff also brought out a steady stream of complimentary snacks. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we would highly recommend this place.

Accueil parfait avec un sourire du début à la fin , que ça soit Monsieur ou Madame . Vue parfaite sur le lac , service rapide cuisine parfaite, c'était très bon pour un tarif correct. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Il bar molto pulito, buona attenzione, il cibo molto gustoso ottimi cocktail, il panino è molto buono e la pizza spettacolare.

Se volete fare un aperitivo affacciati sul lago siete nel posto giusto. Aperitivo generoso ed il personale accontenta sempre le richieste dei clienti. Sono anni che lo frequento e anche nelle sere ad orario inoltrato trovi sempre da mangiare ed un sorriso che non guasta mai. Tip top!

Highly recommend. They cater to nothing but tourists in the summer months but haven’t cut on quality or let it go to their heads. Very polite and service minded staff and great food value. Great juices.

Terrasse splendide sur le lac, on ne peut pas avoir mieux, à proximité du bateau pour Bellagio Service rapide et sympathique Les plats sont basiques mais corrects, parfait pour un snack ! Prix intéressants, Je recommande !

We were waiting for the boat and came in for a coffee. The coffee was very nice and we had the option to pay with the card since we forgot to take some cash. Across there is a few parking spots available. It's small but fine.

Sicuramente fare la colazione ai tavolini in riva al lago a pochi metri dall'attracco del traghetto è puramente suggestivo oltre che comodo! Questa è stata la mia esperienza! Disponibili anche panini e aperitivi. I tavolini sono pochi perciò si spera che siano liberi 😉 Il locale in sé si trova dall'altra parte della strada ma non essendo entrata commento solo quel che ho visto. Personale cordiale e servizio veloce!

Panino allo speck con UNA fetta di speck. Nemmeno si sente il sapore. Ma va là, dai… aggiunto alla lista dei posti dove non andare. Fate lo stesso anche voi.

Pessimo bar, sporco, con prodotti scadenti e personale maleducato. Bar tabacchi, ma con 3 sole marche di sigarette. Comprate le uniche sigarette a loro disposizione e preso un caffè, ma alla fine non accettano pagamenti con carte, solo contanti. Potendo pagare solo con carta ho chiesto gentilmente di non farmi in caffè. Sono stato insultato malamente. Un bar sul lago che non accetta carte bancomat o di credito è proprio da età della pietra. Inoltre posso venire in contro su tutto, ma non sulla maleducazione. Da mandarci la finanza. Conclusione: andate al prossimo bar, non ve ne pentirete

1 stella poiché non è possibile mettere 0 stelle. Bar che non accetta pagamenti con carta, dopo una breve discussione hanno accettato la carta. Nel frattempo il personale (forse proprietari) facevano commenti lamentandosi del non pagare in contanti, che tra l'altro si sentivano benissimo. Riassunto: personale davvero MALEDUCATO.

Abbiamo optato per un tagliere di "salumi e formaggi" per un aperitivo. Le olive le abbiamo mandate indietro, olive denocciolate visivamente vecchie, tenute da chissà quanto tempo, non mangiabili ma bastava guardarle per non offrirle ai clienti. Ho notato una superficialità nel servizio che poche altre volte ho visto. Ci siamo sedute fuori ad un tavolino che non ci hanno nemmeno pulito prima di mangiare, menù anni 80 un po' demodè, ci hanno trattato da turisti proponendoci delle pizze o dei panini "buonissimi". Siamo davvero rimaste male. Cibo di pessima qualità. Tavolini fuori sulla strada a pochi cm dalle auto (dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al lago). Ah dimenticavo, lo spritz era caldo! No comment
