This is head and shoulders better than any other Conejo Valley sushi place. Middling atmosphere. But damn fresh fish! Amber jack, toro, yellowtail were all mouth-watering! Nice folk too!

The true star of Sushi Nishi is, of course, the food. The sushi here is a work of art. The fish was incredibly fresh and the rice was perfectly seasoned, striking a harmonious balance that showcased the chef's expertise. Each piece of sushi melted in my mouth, leaving me craving for more. The menu also offered a variety of traditional and innovative rolls, which catered to both sushi purists and those looking for a unique twist on classic flavors. I also had the opportunity to try the sashimi, which was as equally outstanding as the sushi. The slices of raw fish were expertly cut and the presentation was simply exquisite. Additionally, the miso soup and seaweed salad were flavorful complements to the main course.

Great always! All the rolls are always good. Great service. Pretty nice and friendly staffs. They have great cooked options on appetizers side that works for kids too. We go to this place almost once a week.

Our waitress was wonderful! The food was top notch, we did not have to wait long. All of the staff work well together. I wish we lived closer, this would be a regular favorite for us.

We ordered the salmon tempura roll, the OMG roll, and tonkotsu ramen. The sushi was great! The OMG roll was pretty spicy. We would reorder both options of sushi. The ramen had too much ginger. The entire dish had hints of it and made it unpleasant to continue eating. We would not reorder this dish.

I got the Yaki Soba Beef noodle dish for 16 dollars to go. Service was quick and the noodles and sauce were good, but the dish had virtually no beef. Probably about 5-6 small and very thin slices of beef, amounting to maybe one full bite total. I can't help but feel a bit ripped off since this menu option was more expensive because of the beef. Maybe the sushi is a better deal.

Not sure about the food since we never got our meal We pre-ordered at noon for a 5 pm pickup and at 6pm they still continued to ignore my ticket and instead bagging orders of people ordering to go walking in way after me. Rude staff told me I can go when I calmly asked on status of my food. So I can take a hint and left. I am a champion of small businesses but this one should honestly take a dive
