Expensive and mediocre, don't order the 6 cheese one... It's the same cheese base as the others, I couldn't find any difference, the cheese crust isn't worth it.

The service is average. They always forget the sauces, I don't know why. But then I spoke and explained, and they gave me an excellent response, service, and a solution to the problem. They do arrive on time, though, where they are some of the best delivery pizzas. The prices are somewhat high. The condiments don't include ketchup; they don't carry ketchup. And a delicious garlic sauce, mmmm delicious. Poor service. The employee didn't provide excellent service. On weekends, they have terrible service. Also, they told me that they no longer serve my address (my area), which is strange. I've been calling them for 5 years and they've delivered all the way here. How strange. And they didn't provide me with another location to place my order at. What terrible service. But they do offer the option of Uber Eats, when the service is terrible, and they want you to pay more. The high prices aren't enough for them. Boooooo Don't go............

The size of their pizzas is a joke. The quality keeps getting worse; the dough is like cardboard, and the sauce they use as a base is awful. What a terrible experience I had.

Ordering from this branch is incredibly difficult; they never have a delivery driver and they never keep to their schedule. On top of that, the app is terrible for placing orders. It's a shame such delicious pizzas are run by such incompetent people.

This is the driest pizza I've ever eaten. I'm not into those 100-peso pizza places anymore. It has no sauce, do you have to ask for extra sauce to get it? And then it's all dry. I think the pizzas they don't pick up are reheated. Look at the photos; the one from Cesar's looks better. And considering this is a US company, they can't compare. Honestly, how disgusting.

Terrible food experience. I ordered a "Tuscan Six Cheese" pizza, and so far it's been the worst and most expensive pizza I've ever ordered. Excessively thin, so thin it burned. It has a paltry amount of cheese, and because it's so little, it also burned along with the dough. It seems like a joke that they call it a six-cheese pizza. For $350, I'd rather get a Little Caesars, and they're 10 times better. I called, and the person who served me advised me not to order the NYS.

It's truly unfortunate what they do at this pizzeria. A few days ago, I ordered two 14-inch pizzas, and instead of using 14-inch pizza dough, they're using 12-inch pizza doughs. This makes them much thinner and smaller. One of them was missing a lot of cheese, and the distribution of ingredients is disproportionate and terrible, so much so that one slice only had one pepperoni (the pizza was a super pepperoni 😂😂😂). I was very disappointed and hope the manager pays more attention to preparing the pizzas. Updated 11/21/2022 Today I gave these pizzas another try and was disappointed once again. For the price, one expects good quality and an adequate amount of toppings, but this isn't the case. The pizza is actually very good in terms of flavor, but the problem lies with the toppings, as there are some slices with no cheese at all (I've attached a photo for proof). Please add an adequate amount of cheese; that's not asking too much.
