- 4th visit and this place is still great. Really good Boba tea place. I would say it's at the same level of Gong Cha or even a bit above. Very nice service, cool clean atmosphere inside. Can sit outside as well. Parking is very easy right behind the building in a Parking structure. Definitely plan to go back.

I’m continuing the hunt for the best Brown Sugar Boba in San Jose, this place is right 5 minutes away from us. And I got to say it’s really up there in terms of flavor. The service and the girls were really cute and pleasant. I give them 7/10 for their boba.

I had a great experience here. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Besides their boba, I love their selection of desserts! The shop is very clean and it provides great ambiance.

Fantastic place!!! I love taking people here, grabbing tea and snacks, and hopping over to the bookstore just down the street. Originally I only ordered from here through delivery apps but was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere walking in for the first time. Highly recommend 👌

A small cozy place right in the core of Campbell downtown. A variety of drinks, few selections for boba tea. Food quality is good and service is prompt. Parking is a stretch, It's a small place, and gets loud, but definitely a fun place to visit.

I already loved this place and take my daughter there frequently for a Grapefruit Sunrise and a bubble waffle (the best, imo)—but this time I accidentally left my handbag on the back of my chair when we wandered out. I figured it out about ten minutes later and raced back. The gentleman working the counter had spotted it and kept it behind the counter for safekeeping. Heart attack averted! Good looking out, Breaktime! Thank you!

I've been going here for years and it's still my favorite tea spot to bring friends to. the jasmine tea here is incredibly floral and delicious! it's a great place to hang with tons of snack options, desserts and many drink choices!

The drinks are decent. The popcorn chicken is mid compared to other places and the quality control isn't there. Some pieces were moist while others were dry and hard. Some barely had seasoning while others tasted line nothing but seasoning. I went around 4pm and there was barely and almost all of their pastries were sold out. You order and pay through their kiosk instead of talking to someone. Want to place a phone order for pickup? Forget about it. They don't take phone orders. You will either have to go there and order in person, or order through UberEats. However, their menu on UberEats doesn't have their full drink menu.

The tea is good, but the customer service is frankly horrible. I asked for no ice but my drink arrived completely full of ice. I asked them to replace it, so the employee just took my drink, removed the ice, and gave me a half-empty cup. Ended up paying full price for half a milk tea.

Latina girl, Ari is the employee that’s consistently cordial, friendly and service oriented here. Articulate, with praise worthy mannerisms. However, I experienced quite the contrary on Monday, August 11th, during the shift covered by the 2 Asian girls working around 5:30pm. When asking what it would require for me to receive a full serving, the girl with lighter complexion (acne) stated the drink shown in the image attached would be “all I get.” I asked what the reason was for this being the only drink being served at 50% of the cup size and why on different days I would receive full servings from the other half of the staff? Although very misleading to sell half a beverage at full price, I still asked if I could just pay double to get a full cup. This was denied without reason, without explanation just a condescending denial. I will gladly take my business to the coffee shop down the street.

However, I experienced quite the contrary on Monday, August 11th, during the shift covered by the 2 Asian girls working around 5:30pm. If you want to close at 8:45, then close at 8:45. But don't advertise open and then not serve customers. Bad for business. If you have to tell customer you will not be serving them, you should be kind.
