My first visit was great! Nicole and Renata walked me through all that the Snake & Butterfly have to offer. I opted for their Rob Stark coffee (no whip). What an incredible chocolate! When I shared it was too sweet my liking, they were quick to help me adjust the coffee-to-chocolate ratio. A very positive experience. Looking forward to my next visit. Can you find the hidden Millennium Falcon?

They have a great selection of unique and delicious chocolates. Their truffles are the coolest looking truffles that I've ever seen. Check them out, and you'll see what I mean! They also have a good selection of Barefoot espresso and coffee drinks.

Super yummy. Excellent ice cream with rotating flavors. The chocolate truffles are definitely a must have. The fig chocolate were a surprisingly good choice. Hot chocolate was thick and rich.

Fantastic, bespoke chocolate truffles (the chocolatier's supplies can be seen near the window of the cute little shop) and perfect coffee. Really enjoyed chatting with the chocolatier about his creations as we sipped cappuccinos on a perfect fall day. Picked up chocolate bars for gifts while we were there.

I can only speak for the gelato but the flavors are unique and fantastic. I guess they partner with an independent ice cream maker in SF to create their gelato flavors with their in house chocolates. Friendly staff and hidden gem in Campbell.

I was exploring coffee places in Campbell. This store surprised me. The espresso is great. I think I will go back to try their ice cream and chocolate in summer

Flawless, absolutely flawless. These guys custom made a banana gelato cake for my husband's birthday, and he was over the moon. They have marvelous chocolates and gelatos, and it's always a pleasure chatting with the lively and helpful staff. We come here every chance we get 😊

The ice cream here is very flavorful, and served gelato-style (with nuts sprinkled on top of the pistachio while it's still in its tub, for example). My husband was excited about the alcoholic options. My daughter liked the intense chocolate... for the first few bites. My favorite was cheesecake cookie dough, which they called, "fromage blanc cookie dough" for no good reason, in my opinion. If you know that means, "white cheese" in French, you're still clueless about the flavor. The atmosphere is very "coffee shop". Luckily, there are no snakes.

Delicious homemade speciality chocolates. Some of my favorites are the dark chocolate peanut butter cups and the caramel fig truffles. Their gelato is out of this world. We had my daughter's bridal shower there and they went above and beyond to help us with it. They suggested a wine and chocolate pairing. We supplied the wine and it turned out wonderfully. That's how I learned about the caramel fig truffles. They had suggested that we pair them with champagne and it was an excellent combination.

Unique handmade chocolates, made from scratch from the nib to the nom. Bonbon flavors change often, so make sure they know which ones are your favorites! They also serve gelato, amazing coffee drinks, and Italian sodas.

We stopped to meet up with a family member and get some ice cream (which was not working yet). They were gracious to allow us to hang together and bring our own food. I bought a tea to make up for it. The atmosphere is really fun and once they have ice-cream, will be a great place to meet 😋

You could be forgiven for wondering if you had received a mocha instead of a chocolate, but both coffee and cacao are heavy on alkaloid compounds. The almond fig gelato was a sweet luxury. I had a blueberry balsamic truffle as well, again leaning dark, beautifully executed. I can't recommend anything but the gelato to milk chocolate fans, but if you play on the dark side, you will be happy. LGBTQ note: I was misgendered twice and corrected the barista both times. She did not want to acknowledge my complaint, and I was left feeling a chill. When someone tells you their pronouns, it's only a simple courtesy that is requested, not agreement. Who are you to police my gender? 4 stars, but it could have been 5. Update: Before I left the owner or manager had seen this review, apologized to me, and said they would be having meetings to address this issue. That means a lot to me, though I may be more careful in the future to leave establishments before I submit a review. Awkward! Boosted the stars 🌟 to 5 in the hope they will be more welcoming. Everyone makes mistakes. Good people make it right.

Delicious gelato! I had dark chocolate and Mexican chocolate, my friend had dulce de leche; all were very good.

One of my close friends sent me a box of their chocolates for my birthday. They are amazing! Not only do they look beautiful but they taste delicious. Try them if you have a chance or send them to a dear friend far away.

Good selection of gelato and chocolates. The pear sorbet is delicious! They have board games that you can use, including some for kids and a high chair.

We come here almost every week during the farmers market. They have pretty good coffee and cappachino. I have had their drinking chocolate which was creamy and not too sweet. We have yet to have their chocolates which always look delicious and would be great for a gift

It’s okay. Their flavors are a little strong. Even overpowering at times. The caramel one is wonderful. But I wish the alcohol flavored ones weren’t quite as strong. It would be nice is those ones were maybe a little smaller (Less of a punch when you bite)? The gelato is AMAZING.

Seems like a nice place to hang out, sit down, and do some work. Gelato was impeccable. Highly recommend the rose honeysuckle and the horchata with caramel flavors. Would have given 5 stars, but the chocolates weren't for me. Some of the truffles had tasty fillings, but the the chocolate itself was bitter and chaulkie to taste. May be to some people's liking, but not for me.

Lush gelato, Barefoot coffee, and some gourmet chocolates -- what more could you ask for? Loved the earl grey gelato as well as the peanut butter chocolate chip. This is such a cute little shop right at the start of downtown Campbell. There's both indoor and outdoor seating with some cute decorations indoors. <3

I couldn't decide between the drinking chocolate and hot chocolate so she gave us a sample of the drinking chocolate. It was really good but very heavy so I went with the hot chocolate. They have really cool flights--flights of gelato, or chocolate, etc. Definitely one of the most unique menus I've seen yet. 3) Ordering food was quick and easy and our hot chocolate and tea came out fast. 4) Full coffee menu to choose from. Extensive chocolates and gelato items, too. Some baked goods as well, like homemade marshmallows. 5) hot chocolate was awesome. Came with fresh homemade whipped cream. 6) Service was great. Nice, clean place. Not too loud and good central location in downtown Campbell. They had a lot of board games, so we hung out and played scrabble. Other customers followed suit and picked up other games. They also had decorative items for sale which were fun to look at and definitely really interesting! They also had jams, coffee, mugs, etc on sale, all local things, so that was nice. 7) Overall, good experience and would highly recommend to friends and family!

Tried the cashew cluster chocolate. Was hard as a rock. I thought chocolate is supposed to be melt in your mouth texture. But this was impossible to bite into.

The woman who helped me was very nice. The chocolates looked good but their names don’t explain what they are not what ingredients are in them which makes it difficult to know what’s what. I got one that turned out to have caramel inside which I didn’t like. The chocolate itself is not high quality. Shape and colors are lovely.

Got the completely wrong coffee here after going back and forth with the cashier 4 times while ordering. Was not drinkable. I had to throw it out.

I went earlier today and I wanted the mocha with a scoop of gelato and whipped cream. (Andrea deluxe) Unfortunately, the man who was working there didn’t understand English. I didn’t buy anything for myself. I bought 2 chocolates for my brother & an espresso for him which wasn’t good; too much ice, etc. Please hire employees who can speak English. You will loose customers. Horrible service!

Ownership changed but they will act like they use the same ingredients for the past 3yrs. I can tastes the powder in the ice creams and slush has no real fruit, hot chocolate tastes like milk. I've had enough low quality sugars will not return here for good.
