Heck yes 5 stars!!!! +2 Been seeing people at church bring Starbird Chicken to our fellowship Sunday so this Wednesday an opportunity came up to go. The restaurant was nice and clean, employee at the register was polite and got our orders correctly. looking at the menu I decided on the Chicken Cobb salad, it came in what’s best described as a bowl big enough for a dinosaur “seriously huge” with lots of tasty succulent fried chicken on top “not greasy” I ordered a drink as well, strawberry hibiscus iced tea “soooo good” Bottom line: good service, good prices, and darn good food. 3 “Yums up”

In the area and I saw a Starbird‼️😍Upon entering the crew was attentive, and smiling ! Reminded me of when I first tried the brand in an airport last. Well I ordered and the machine DID NIT display a tip option🙃🥲I didn’t have cash. The gentleman said “ Our system but thank you for the thought.”🥹 The tip jar was EMPTY! A full crew working hard on several orders doing their job happily. First I’m irritated the system is broken Second, appalled the hat is empty! My order came and the server called my name but pronounced it wrong, I joked with her and she and staff laughed! This is the type of place I want to visit! Seems like a real team working together! I ate in and read the company missions on the wall! 🤯Fantastic support of a DIVERSE world we live in! Shout out to the Crew✊🏾

Very tasty chicken, fries were very crunchy and just the right amount of salt. The spicy chicken tenders my friend got were for sure my favorite. (I got the regular just to try). The spicy ones were so savory.

Stopped here while waiting for my car to be washed down the street. I got the Nashville hot chicken with a side of ranch. This was so good! It was the perfect amount of spicy and the ranch made it even better. The fries were delicious and they give you a lot! I did also like the coleslaw as well. Pricey but everything is anymore. Highly recommend, can’t wait to go back.

We just stumbled across this place. Very good. If you like fried chicken sandwiches, this is the place. And not just sandwiches, but also a variety of tacos and wings. Not crowded, but i believe it'll rival that OTHER chicken sandwich place for regularity. Organic Gluten free fried chicken and variety gives it 5 stars. My son was a chef and i know that gluten free fried anything is rare and not simple.

There is a sign outside the window that state this is the best chicken sandwich around. While this is subjective, the food did not disappoint. Super easy to order and the food came out quickly. We ordered three different types of sandwiches, a salad, fries, and Nashville hot fries. All were tasty and satisfied. If I lived closer, I would make this a regular stop for a good, filling, chicken sandwich and sides

My child accidentally spilled the fries, and the staff immediately noticed and kindly helped clean it up. To our surprise, they even gave us a new portion. I was really touched by their friendliness and excellent customer service. It made our experience here so much better, and we truly appreciate their kindness. Highly recommended!

Salads are amazing. Portions are large you can definitely share. My only gripe are delivery pickups. The hover over the counter and it can be difficult to get your order the are constantly sticking their phones in the workers face and jumping the lines.

I'm pretty sure their other menu items are really good, but we love their basic chicken strips so much that no matter how much we want to try something else, we just can't do it. The only crticism I have of Starbird is that the fries are only OK, which isn't that big of a deal because we just opt for one of their other sides. The street corn or the kale salad are really good too and I don't particularly like kale.

This is a great place, Nae was so sweet and helpful as our server! Food was excellent and prepared with love! The Banana Matcha is superb, not overly sweet, ceremonial grade! Will be back!

I have historically loved this place. Especially for their gluten free options. But my experience today was awful. We did a DoorDash order for boneless wings and got delivered bone-in! Which won’t be eaten in our house. I had to submit for a refund through DoorDash, re-order, repaid for delivery. Boneless wings came though this time but honestly the California Gold sauce was more like a dry rub… not up to standard with my past experience.

Generally good food in a nice spot at the Pruneyard but their new Chicken Parm sandwich 100% for NOT match their advertised picture of it. A total mess that's difficult to eat and it has an odd sweetness to it that's not very pleasant or fitting. I like the place. I like the salads here. I completely regret ordering a sandwich.

I planned a late lunch with a friend in Campbell, so we decided to try Starbird in the Pruneyard shopping center. Now I understand why so many people like this place! I ordered the classic Starbird crispy chicken sandwich and my buddy had the mango cashew crunch salad. Both of our meals were better than we expected. My chicken was especially crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside, and not the least bit greasy. Ditto for the chicken bites in my friend’s salad. It had a nice combination of ingredients, including roasted cashews, and was simply dressed with a tasty sweet chili vinaigrette. The diced mango was juicy and the greens underneath didn’t get limp. Portions were large but not gargantuan and everything was fairly priced. I would have given a higher rating but I have a minor gripe about the service. We ordered at the cashier instead of the kiosk because we had a couple of simple requests: 1) an empty plate so we could share our meals, 2) super slaw on the side of my sandwich instead of on top, and 3) my sandwich cut in half. It wasn’t the least bit busy, so the kitchen staff had plenty of time to actually read the instructions on our order. Unfortunately none of our requests were honored. I’ll go back to Starbird to try other menu items, but I won’t expect anything other than typical fast food service. BTW... I don't understand why someone called this place Starbird Salads. It's not a salad restaurant!

Not worth it. I allow myself a chicken sandwich on weekend and I always get it at Mad Yolk in Santa Cruz. Since I didn’t go there today, I thought I would give Starbird a try. Judging from the photo they advertised, I ordered Starbird 2.0 and spiced it up. Total comes out $15. But I was very surprised when I picked up the order. It was such a tiny sandwich. Could barely see the chicken, the photo shown here was after I squeezed the chicken out a little in order to show. Chicken and bun were both cold like sitting there for a while but I ordered it at the counter. Buns were damp. Not worth it. I’ll keep getting my weekend fix in Santa Cruz. Nothing beats mad 🐥 at Mad Yolk. They are opening one in San Jose soon 🔜

I ordered Thai salad through Door Dash. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered it with no problem. Today it arrived with salad lid off, salad spilling out and most of dressing spilled out in bag. Not sure who was at fault, but is suspect restaurant did not put lids on properly. Very disappointing.
