Mateo was our waiter at le bistro and he was the sweetest, best waiter ever. Everyone here was amazing and so accommodating. But Mateo just felt above and beyond and made my birthday the most special dinner ever.

Una experiencia espectacular en el restaurante francés Bistro del Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres. Desde el primer momento, todo fue impecable: el ambiente elegante, la presentación de los platos y la calidad de cada detalle superaron todas nuestras expectativas. La comida estaba deliciosa, perfectamente servida y llena de sabor. Un punto muy especial fue la música en vivo. El pianista creó una atmósfera increíble, sofisticada y acogedora, que elevó aún más la experiencia. Realmente aportó un toque mágico a la velada. Y por supuesto, un agradecimiento enorme a Maximilianno, cuyo servicio fue simplemente excepcional. Un profesional de primer nivel: hiper dedicado, atento en todo momento y con una atención al detalle espectacular. Gracias a él, nuestra cena fue todavía más memorable. Hemos venido a cenar a este gran restaurante y sinceramente nos vamos muy satisfechos, la comida ha sido genial, pero el servicio fantástico, el sr Marco nos ha tratado fabulosamente, ha estado muy atento a nosotros, desde el primer momento hasta el final, solo le podemos dar las gracias por hacer de nuestra noche, una noche mágica, repetiremos seguro!

10/10. What a treat - did not expect this level of quality. The sautéed octopus and mussels-frites were absolutely delicious to start with. The “au poivre” beef fillet was tender and juicy - much better than the steak we’ve had the night before at the steakhouse! The Cabernet Sauvignon served by the restaurant was also perfect. A special thank you to Mateo who gave us a wonderful service from start to finish as well as the pianist. Bien joué!

We had such a great time at Bistro Brasserie! From the start, the hostess Liz was super friendly and welcoming. Her English was perfect, and she made us feel right at home. Our server Mateo was absolutely amazing — honestly, words don’t do his service justice. He was attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. You can tell he really cares about what he does. The food was delicious and the whole vibe of the place was relaxed but classy. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a great French restaurant with top-notch service!

Honestly this is one of the best on resort restaurants we’ve experienced on vacation! So good we went back the second night in a row! The entire team, Jesus Sandoval, Frida, Mateo, Enrique and Hilario went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable night x 2. Food was prepared to the highest quality and customer service was priority! Great job to the team, especially the Rack of Lamb that was an addition to the menu was perfectly prepared! Tonight was the filet, and it was cooked to perfection! The beautiful piano player really added to the atmosphere, thank you for a wonderful night.

We had a great experience the atmosphere was beautiful with a nice ambiance the piano was great and above all we had Sandoval who was our waiter brought us all the good food my octopus was so tender , the steak was done to perfection everything was yummy for our desert we asked for two crème brûlées but he went beyond that and asked me to try his crepe , he brought his crepe station and made a crepe in front of me that was fascinating ,and I don’t even have o wait for my drink he is always filling it up before I could ask him . and the manager was very nice too he made us welcome there as many times as we liked great experience we would love to go there again such a friendly place thanks again to Sandoval and Enrique Vazquez.

Pretentious and rather mediocre restaurant. Here French seems to represent undersized portions and overhyped food. The overall decoration I would describe as depressing, they should have hired the person that did the Bottaccio next door. Service was good and prompt though.
