It's good, but there are so many people that you have to wait a long time, and because of so much demand, the preparation is poorly done... my strips were very cold. Anyway, if you have time, it's a good place.

You pay for your order, and when it arrives, they tell you they're out of a certain item. It would be a one-off if it happened the first time, but it's becoming a constant problem. They should have an option to block items when they run out so you don't waste time. Terrible service.
This is not about the quality of service, but a fraudulent advertisement. They're promoting a chick n' go for 189 pesos but yet it is never available, which is a lie due to the fact that you can order it individually for 129 pesos under the name "chicken n share," which is the same bloody thing but single instead of the combo pack that is front and center being promoted but unavailable. I have been asking for this ever since they promoted it but never had it and everyone I know has had the same experience but never had it either. I'm only aware of this establishment. I cannot speak for other KFC establishments in other parts of Cancun. Regardless, it is a false advertisement in this establishment, which is a crime, especially when you are actively promoting an item that is not available despite the fact that you have another item that is the same that is available that is more expensive. As we are speaking about false advertisements, they also have this big box which is absurdly small. It is just another misleading attempt at a false advertisement. It doesn't seem that the advertisement authorities are putting them in check, be it the KFC Corporation or the individual franchisee.
They didn't have the product I requested and they also wanted to exchange it for another one.
If you're really hungry at this KFC, it'll definitely make you lose your temper... ridiculously long wait times, tiny portions, terrible customer service, and they refuse to serve many menu items that are available on the apps.
I'm sorry, I can't accept that I was given something I didn't order in the order I placed! This hasn't happened just once. I just haven't complained as I should have. I've attached photos of the order I placed and what I received.
They are requested in a certain way, they just make you wait and they don't give you what you agreed on, plus it was an extra expense for requesting the secret one and they gave me crunchy ones.
Horrible service and terrible attitude of the cashier on duty, the food was worse, besides waiting too long, they served us whatever they wanted, the hamburgers I ordered were a piece of chicken and the bread, that's all it didn't even have lettuce, they didn't even give us the fries that came with the order and I paid for the extra Mac N Cheese and they didn't give it to me because there wasn't any, everything was bad, terrible branch and the employees throwing the food without warning what the order was going out, plus most of them were in the back eating and talking and the cashier didn't know what to do.
Good afternoon, I placed an order for 18 pieces with sides and everything, I placed it through the app for home delivery at 1:21 pm on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, an order number #25 was generated from the Cancun Mall store and my food never arrived
Terrible customer service. You ask the cashier something and she ignores you. The wait time for your food is an hour or more, and that's if you even manage to order because everyone ignores you. The guy in the kitchen wasn't wearing a hairnet and kept dropping things into the mashed potatoes. Save your time; it's awful service.
Terrible customer service. The cashier had a sour face. I understand that after a long day you're tired, but making faces at the customer isn't right. She gave us a time of 50 minutes to 1 hour when they had almost no customers waiting, and on their screen they didn't have many delivery services either. When they gave me the order, they gave me an incomplete order. Out of curiosity, I wanted to ask if everything I ordered was there, and coincidentally, it wasn't. So we went over to ask for what was missing and they clearly gave it to us, but if we hadn't noticed, our food would have arrived incomplete when we were paying, and it wasn't $100. They should pay more attention to customer service; the girls' attitude leaves a lot to be desired.
I had an awful experience in the A store at cancun . Extremely rude staff today 25 of September they didn’t want to take order from us no one tried to even speak English plus it was dirty and smelly . Never going an a KFC again ….
KFC is a complete disaster, I'd give it ZERO stars. The "Ketiras" were less than 5 cm long, the salad was spoiled, and they only half-filled the soda for $149.00. It's an insult.
I ordered from Express and I didn't get what I ordered. The soda was a different flavor, and the burger was awful. The bread was the worst, and it wasn't the one I ordered. They sent me whatever they wanted. And they didn't send me the size of fries I asked for, and the few they did get were salty. I don't recommend this store. It's the worst. I'm used to eating at this franchise, and today this one excelled. The worst presentation in the world.
They weren't giving me jam, jalapeños, or ketchup. They said there was no ketchup and that my meal didn't include fries. Well, not even a tray, because supposedly they didn't have any. They didn't give me a spoon for the mashed potatoes, saying they didn't have any. It's not that cheap, and other times I've been treated better. The guy was awful. He acted like it was his own business. KFC Cancun Mall 10/01/23 - they never have change. I ordered a $155 meal and paid with a $200 bill. They asked for $5, and the cashier got mad because I didn't have it, saying she didn't have change. So, as punishment, she gave me my $45 change in nothing but loose change. Ha ha ha
