esta crecería en la plaza las américas fue mi postre preferido, no puedo contar las veces que fui a comer un crepe porque fueron muchas, mis preferidas fueron la de queso de bola con Nutella o de quiso Philadelphia con Nutella, esas dos opciones las recomiendo mucho.

Excellent service and delicious crepes! The bi-lingual staff is very nice, even when tourists are being bleeping-bleepers barking orders and demanding special orders, or blocking the register, or yelling "ENGLISH!" #Eyeroll Some staff are faster than others and most order-changes seem to be made by (who I assume to be) the manager in a white shirt. I have been here about 3 dozen times and not once has the staff been rude or gotten my order wrong. There is a young man with glasses who looks like he enjoys making crepes and works very fast - the process DOES look fun! :) Reasonably priced (in my opinion), quick service, and variety in the menu.

The crepes are good, and they get better as the prices go up. For example, I ordered one with condensed milk and they barely spread it, but another one with Nutella and Philadelphia cream cheese was nice and smothered. One downside is that there aren't many tables to sit at.

Me gusta el sabor de la masa y creo que la relación con el tamaño, contenido y precio es competitiva. Los chicos son relativamente atentos, el servicio más o menos rápido y la ubicación es buena con mucho espacio libre ya que están lejos del área de comida. El único incidente es que mi crepa tenia un pedazo de plástico duro que casi me rompe un diente como a la 4a mordida. Al manifestarlo se mostraron escépticos y pareció no ser significativo. Sugiero revisen sus crepas antes de darles una mordida y a ellos sus ingredientes ya que tal vez no es culpa de siya si el proveedor no es bueno.

Hello, the truth is that the crepes are very tasty and everything but the service that each one gives is different, there is a girl who served me as if she did not feel like working, I smiled at her, said good afternoon and she was all serious, whatever, whatever, I paid her with a 200 and she asked me for 30 to give me 150, well she did not give me my change and I did not notice the truth anyway, but when I went to tell her politely she said no and no, the truth is I was not going to fight but seeing her reaction it seems that she does not know how to accept her mistake, I hope they correct that, it is not bad to accept the mistakes that one makes, what is wrong is that they become confrontational with the clients, in my opinion they are all nice, but this girl named “Jennifer” did not give good service. There are always guys who smile and are too nice.

I like the crepes, but I went yesterday with my sister, and the girl treated her very poorly because she didn't have change for $100 (or even $500) and it was 8 p.m. They should really check who they hire. It's not fair to treat customers like that. Otherwise, you're going to ask for credit, and the employees aren't the owners or heirs of the establishment.

It was an unpleasant experience. I had to ask for the name of a girl named Angela. Both times I went there, I got a bad impression of her. She was arguing with her coworkers, not caring that she was in front of the customers. To top it all off, she tried to sell me a to-go bag. These places are supposed to have to-go service at no extra cost. I don't understand why she tried to sell me the bag, and why her coworker took it from me without selling it.

Muy mal pésima actitud de las señoritas de la mañana. La crepa estaba pasable le faltaba más cocción,pero su falta de amabilidad y desatención me hizo sentir incómoda y desvalorizada, sobre todo considerando el precio que pagué. Espero que puedan mejorar su servicio.

Pésimo servicio, me entregaron una orden diferente a la que se pidió, no me entregaron ticket y encima de todo una actitud nefasta de parte de quienes atienden. No les puedo decir como hacer su trabajo, pero si sugiero que capaciten a su personal en atención al cliente.

Poca profesionalidad y falta de respeto de los empleados de cara al cliente. Creo que deberían contratar a gente más seria y no a gente que esté riéndose y hablando de los clientes entre ellos sin ningún tipo de respeto.

Whenever I come here I buy, but this afternoon I had a crepe and I sat down. I had a drink. I asked the girl where I can throw the trash. She said over there and I threw the crepe wrapper and my cup and she yelled at me, "Hey, not your container." (And she took it out of the trash and gave it back to me reluctantly.) And I said, "Why are you so exaggerated?" She didn't look at me. I hope they fire her. From what I see, it's not the first complaint. I hope the owner or manager sees this.

Terrible service. Bad attitude. The crepes were raw. The two girls who served us gave us dirty looks because we interrupted them while they were making their crepes and breakfast. They refused to give change.
